i really did not enjoy this place. came to play bowling with some friends. ordered food when we got here, came out when we were basically done playing. and then the chef left 30 minutes before close apparently so we couldn’t order anything else. the food wasn’t good anyway. comparable to my cafeteria food i had in high school. and the waitress left us in the dark there was no communication of why our food was taking so long or if we wanted something while we waited.

I almost feel bad because most of the reviews are so high…. But in all honesty….we couldn’t wait for our time to be up. After about 20 minutes in the simulator we could have left but figured we would stay through our time. Most of the time you’d throw or hit the ball, it wouldn’t register. The bowling alley looked fine and we didn’t do any challenges so maybe that’s fun, but in terms of the simulators, I wouldn’t waste my time or money.

"Terrible experience at Sports Challenge America! A man at the front desk with tattoos and a Poker logo shirt, who apparently is the owner from when we asked him directly , was extremely rude with a terrible attitude. We came to play football, and the instructions clearly said to throw from the 30-yard line, but he insisted it had to be from the 40-yard line. When we pointed out that the paper said 30, he just shrugged and claimed it was a typo but refused to honor it. Instead of providing decent customer service, he basically told us to throw from the 40 or leave, in the most careless way. We decided to leave and asked for a refund.

To make things worse, after we left, this same man followed us outside on a golf cart and took a picture of my car’s tag! It felt incredibly sketchy and made us very uncomfortable. This place is definitely not family-friendly and the owner’s behavior completely ruined our day. Avoid at all costs if you want a fun, stress-free experience."

We went here on a whim today and had an absolute blast. We took out two boys (8 and 5) and we all bowled and played in the virtual simulation rooms. They had everything: hockey, baseball, dodgeball, golf—everything! It was the best rainy day we've had in a long time.

The full bar, excellent service, and fun atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend! This would be a great place for a holiday party or kid/adult Birthday party!

This place is amazing and a must-go for all things sports, especially in the summer heat. We came with the whole family - grandparents and kids - and everyone had a blast. We rented a bowling lane for an hour and then a simulator for an hour. The simulator is really fun for everyone because you can play every sport as well as carnival games.

The service was great, food and drinks were also. Excellent experience. We will definitely be coming back whenever we are in Bonita - and hoping they franchise to Cincinnati soon!

This was my first time coming here and let’s just say it won’t be the last. This place is definitely the next Top Golf. Awesome challenges and games. The food was great and the service was even better. My bartender Cole, definitely plays a part in my return. He was very courteous and it was clear he took his job seriously. I simply can’t say thank you enough for how the staff at Sports Challenge America accommodated our student athletes on our Field Trip. To begin with, they allowed us to rent out the entire facility at such a reasonable cost and they worked with us when it came to food, drinks, etc in order to make our experience the best possible. We had about 80 students from Athenian Academy Charter and there was still plenty of space to go around. The students loved the virtual pods and bowling that was located indoors and the we had numerous students playing basketball, ping pong, and pool outside. Again, our school thanks the staff at Sports Challenge America and we would certainly like to come back year after year. Thanks again!

What a blast bowling at the new Sports Challenge America in Bonita, Springs, FL! 🤩 🎳 Very nice lanes with easy to use screen features (and very comfortable shoes); nice ambiance; super nice and attentive staff; and really cool golf simulator rooms, which we are booking next. ⛳️ First up for us was Pickleball. 🏓 Yes! There are challenges with the courts. They are listening to feedback and making changes accordingly, so give it time. The courts are only $15/hr to rent. These are not meant to be Championship courts, so don't look for steak on a hotdog budget. IJS 😉 It's a nice place to organize a fun day out, or to take a client for lessons. Overall, we had an absolute blast and look forward to doing it again! 🤩

My boyfriend, his son, and I visited Sports Challenge America with a gift card. Right from the start, there were issues with the card's balance and payment for the game simulator. Despite multiple attempts, we struggled to get the attention of the staff. Even after ordering, we were left waiting for food and drinks with no response. Throughout our hour-long visit, no one checked in on us, and when we sought assistance, staff were more interested in their phones than helping customers. The lack of service was disappointing, especially considering the potential for a fun experience. We'd consider returning only if service improves significantly.

Very nice place and clean, super new. They have many things to do and spend some time there. But it's expensive and didn't see any package to play multiple sport. I wish they offer some kind of pass or multi games package. Bowling for an hour cost about 68 with shoes plus more for food.

What an amazing venue for our high school JV and varsity basketball team gathering for all players, coaches and their families - a group of 55 people! A place that truly has something for everyone. We rented the party room, 4 bowling lanes, 3 gaming bays and the outdoor basketball court for 2 hours and ordered trays of food and pitchers of soft drinks.
Everyone had a GREAT time, and it was the perfect venue for the kids to be active and for all to socialize and be together. This place is a gem!

We went here for my husband's birthday 🎂 We are not the most athletic people, but we had so much fun! I wish more people were hip to this kind of activity, in a digital world it was a great way to put down your phone and enjoy physical activities! Also they have sports challenges that if you win THEY pay you!! Like you have to get a hole in one at golf and you win 1000.00 and In the video of my friend he won 150.00 for hitting the 40 yard football challenge! I would check the website if you're in for a challenge. Also, food was AMAZING and affordable 😁 They also had digital video games too, that I was actually very good at! I booked a room for my husband's birthday. The staff was amazing, very attentive to our guests. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Server Christina was so wonderful, kept coming back to the room to make sure we didn't need anything, we didn't even have to press the button to call her, she took great care of us. Don’t try to take your teenage boys there, don’t try to plan a party, don’t try to give them money ….….the management is unorganized.
Challenges are only for adults …. Even when the place is completely DEAD and nobody is doing challenges.
I felt bad for the staff they were just standing around and the bar was excited to make money. But we were refused business while waiting for our reservation … because the boys were outside playing football in the parking lot. Even though the lady “that pretended like she knew what she was doing” ,plan was planning the party, told me that we could wait at the facility while all of the kids for the party begin to show up. The place was completely dead…… they wouldn’t let us inside to use any of the sports facility, even though I offered to pay extra money, again, there was nobody there and the stuff standing around. place was completely dead. I already rented out one of the sports rooms, a bowling lane and then I rented out the basketball court at night. We were simply waiting for our reservation as the lady explain to us that we could do.
My son and his friends just wanted to play sports and have a good time for his 17th birthday. They are all football players at the local high school ..
Boys were doing nothing wrong… they were polite. They were having fun throwing the football in the parking lot and they were not near any cars.

the working staff were all standing around bored but are very knowledgeable and tried to accommodate. The bar and staff was also extremely accommodating. However the upper management ruined my sons 17 birthday .

It’s pretty sad we were all so excited her place like that to be in Bonita Springs …. Instead, we got some crazy lady trying to ruin peoples birthday parties upper management that is sloppy in the facility. That’s closed most of the time and they’re not open to kids that actually plays sports and that are almost adults……. They messed up big-time all of those kids. I brought her going to be 18 soon and none of them will be using that facility.

We’ve been to the venue twice. We had a grand time on both occasions. The management and staff are very friendly, well qualified and most accommodating. The beer is ice cold and the snacks are tasty. This place was so much fun! We have gone multiple times and this is our new place to take family and friends when they come to visit.

They have simulator rooms with sports games like golf and baseball, carnival games and shooting games. (Shooting zombies as a family is so much fun!) We have experienced these rooms with other couples for a night out and with my nephews and their parents - there is something for everyone. It is nice that you can eat and drink and that the servers come to the room.

There is also bowing inside and the staff goes out of their way to wake care of you and ensure you have a great time. This was something that we recently discovered - they have the best key lime cookies made by a local business owner in the vending machine inside. The food and drinks from the bar are amazing, but pick up a sleeve of cookies before you go too.

The outside bar is fun and the bartenders are great. You can watch people play the outdoor games (You can bet $5 and win much more if you can make a half court shot, hole in one, field goal of certain distance and the other games they have outside.)

This place has something for everyone and just a good time. It is nice to find something "new" to do rather then just dinner out. I will cherish the time with my nephews in the simulator forever. Finding something that allows me to connect and get quality time with teenagers was incredible.

We love this place and will continue to be regulars!

Really neat place, the gaming bays had something for everyone in my group, played some simulated golf courses, enjoyed trying to score goals on the simulated soccer, and also enjoyed the variety of shooting games while sitting and eating some great food. Very cool concept, great experience, everyone had a lot of fun.

This is a bad review for the sports part and not the restaurant and bar, which Taylor the manager and fellow bartending staff were amazing.

Long story short. Made a reservation for my girls son 17th birthday. Had about 13 of his friends from the Bonita high school football team attended with myself and and my girl and her daughters. she was on and off the phone with them about setting up them to play football / basketball / literally anything. Teenagers just wanting to play sports at a sports complex and have fun and celebrate his day. We asked repeatedly to get a staff to give a challenge to the kids who all signed a waiver and ready to play. They got Jeff who was a total asshat manager from the sports department, We were literally at the bar waiting for our reservation and to try to get the kids on the turf to play football / do a challenge. He met my girl and myself and we’re saying get someone to do a challenge. The fields are empty. The place was empty, there was more than enough staff to do something. Anything. And Jeff talked in a condescending tone to my girl and said ‘we have the right to refuse service’ and asked us to leave because the boys were playing football out in the parking lot next to the turf field. All my lady said they’ll stop playing until you can let them play and issue a challenge. The bar staff and my friend the bar manager Taylor were stunned and literally said ‘there’s no one here and they’re asking the only party here to leave….’ Terrible business management. The bar staff apologized and tried to get ahold of the owners because they’re losing business. Definitely handled poorly. Will not come back whatsoever.
