At St. Joe Pilates we have a classical, integrative, systematic approach to movement. We utilize the various apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates to aid the client in developing a uniform, balanced body; to correct posture; and to rid the body of compensatory weaknesses that contribute to chronic pain and injuries.

LOVE this class!! MG is a fantastic instructor!! Classes are small so it is more personable and we get individual coaching and guidance with each exercise. If you have any spinal or other injuries, let her know at the beginning of the class and she will advise modifications.
