I’ve been dancing with Starbound Performers since 5th grade, and now as a senior, I can truly say it’s my second home. Mrs. Jennifer is an incredible studio owner who creates a positive, non toxic environment and brings in amazing coaches who push us to grow. I look forward to every class and competition. Starbound has given me so many opportunities and lifelong dance connections. I can’t express how much I love it here!

My daughter has been a part of this studio for many years. She loves it so I love it. I don't mind spending whatever it is to make her happy. She was a shy little thing and has blossomed LOTS with learned dance skills and overall confidence.
I'd recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for their kid to dance in a safe and loving setting - where they can learn all types of dances and techniques.

Best experience ever! I can’t say enough about the studio as a whole, or Ms Jennifer as person. My family has lived in three states over the past 6 years, and this studio was by far my kiddos’ favorite. Ms Jennifer truly has a heart for people, and goes above and beyond to make everyone’s experience the best she can. I had children enrolled in rec classes and one on the company team. I have seen growth and development in my kids as both dancers and as little humans. Her staff teaches compassion and understanding for everyone. It’s unfortunate that sometimes this compassion is taken advantage of, and people get angry and vindictive when they are expected to live up to their end of the ‘bargain’ so to speak. Every facility has rules and expectations. These are made clear at Starbound through email, parent meetings, conversations etc.. I can’t remember one thing that was a surprise in regards to rules, financial commitments, etc. I will 100% recommend Starbound to friends and family in the Clermont area.

I’ve had my daughter in Starbound since she was in the 5th grade. She’s now a sophomore in high school. Needless to say it’s the best experience she’s had. I can’t tell you what this studio has done for her confidence. She’s also created life-long bonds with her teammates.
The staff is incredibly kind to these kids, and truly care for their wellbeing. She’s looking forward to hopefully working there once she ages out… that’s how much she loves it there.
I’m incredibly thankful for the love she receives from both staff and fellow dance moms. We truly need more places like Starbound Performers. I’m eternally grateful ❤️

We’ve been blessed to have a T.E.A.M. of instructors and role models for all four of my granddaughters. Starbound is and has been outstanding in everything they’ve done. The level of competition I’ve witnessed my two oldest compete in is unparalleled and to see them all do well is very gratifying. We have been with this studio for 9 years and we absolutely love it here. I have three kids and they have all taken classes at the studio. I love how Mrs Jennifer shows caring and compassion for all of her dancers. I also love how she cares about the modesty of all the dancers costumes and in class dance wear. She always takes time with each one of the dancer to make sure they feel special.

I currently have one of my daughters on the competition team, and this is also second year competing. She has made sure that the kids feel confident and comfortable with each dance by ensuring they have plenty studio time to prepare. She has also been a big support for us dance moms.

I also have to give a big shout out to all of the staff, especially Ms. Magan, Mrs. Jonnie, and Mrs. Jessica

Ms. Megan is so supportive, she has so much patients with all of the dancers and is just so amazing to these girls, Mrs. Jonnie is so creative, make each class so much fun and is so caring, Mrs Jessica help each and every dancer that walks in, she is supportive to all of the dancers and keeping a positive attitude every day.

We started with the after-school program and quickly began studio classes. Jennifer and team are well organized, communicate regularly and give the kids lots of opportunities to perform throughout the year. Horrible owner, very unprofessional and unorganized. I highly recommend you find a different studio, ANY studio other than Starbound Performers.
They don’t have safety concerns for their dancers, having them dance on concrete with no raised floor, which is damaging to their bodies.
Also their attention to detail and following guidelines is very poor, having the studio look bad in public because they don’t want to follow the rules is very childish and unprofessional.

We love Starbound SO much! They have a HUGE variety of classes and are very reasonably priced. They have a family unlimited plan that makes classes for multiple children very affordable. My boys LOVE it! The teachers are excellent and Ms. Jennifer, the owner, is so kind and caring. You can tell that teaching children is her true passion. We also love all of the outreach opportunities the kids get to participate in.

This was the worst experience I ever had. This place dosen't even deserve the one star. I joined the ballroom class for teens about two years ago. At first everything was fine and I really enjoyed it. After finding out we were performing at half time at a Orlando Solar Bears game I was really excited. I was told I had to learn how to do a cartwheel as it was part of the routine. Even though I explained to the teacher Ms.Hilary that I couldn't do a cartwheel and that this was my first dance class she said I should learn and practice how to do one by myself. After I spent weeks trying to learn how to do a cartwheel in heels I felt like I finally nailed it. On the last day of practice before the show she pulled me aside to inform me that I wouldn't be a part of the show because I couldn't do the cartwheel. I tried to tell her that I was practicing and did know how to do a cartwheel and could show her right now but she kept insisting that it was too late. I couldn't believe it. I had spent weeks practicing the routine and cartwheel I was devastated. My mom was extremely upset and insisted to speak with the owner. The owner basically insulted me telling me that she watched me in practice and that I didn't know what I was doing and didnt put me in the show.This was honestly such a horrible experience and I STRONGLY recommend not coming here.
