Started my journey weighing 251 pounds and having been diagnosed as diabetic. 6 months later I weigh 195 pounds and my diabetes is in remission. Derrick's workouts and health tips were spot on and helped get this 47 year old in the best shape of his life. If you have the drive to be consistant and work hard this is the guy to guide you.

Yes yes & yes! Every workout I get done is literally because of Steele coach fitness 🙌🏽 & I couldn’t be more grateful because I feel better and better day by day! He tailors my workouts to my goals but also my schedule & limits. This is coming from someone who lacks discipline 🙃 so to get me to invest in myself & actually WANT to when it comes to moving my body speaks for itself! I do the bare minimum. I need that accountability & guidance. Yes, I have body goals but I do this mostly for my mental health. I’m not a “gym girly” but some type of exercise is necessary for your health, so the fact he doesn’t have an intimidating approach & routine for me makes me confident in working out! I’m trying my best to make better habits and he makes making this one sooooo achievable! 🙌🏽✨ I can’t wait to show before & afters 🤌🏽

Derrick has helped me and my wife out in our journey a bunch. She’s lost weight consistently in a healthy manner with his help and I’ve gained significant muscle with his help. His app is very user friendly and he communicates very quick when you need him. I love his approach to coaching and you just simply can’t find very many people like him to start but like his as a coach. I work in a gym so I talk to coaches and meat heads all day long and nobody comes close to what Derrick can offer

I've trained with Derrick for over a year and cannot recommend him enough! The workouts are customized to your needs and skill level. I have a lot of injuries and travel for work. Derrick would provide different workouts with body weight and using gym equipment to accommodate how I was feeling and where I was. Each exercise has an instructional video and Derrick usually responds quickly if you have a question. Much more affordable than an in-person trainer but you still get all the benefits. Weekly check-ins keep me on track. If you're thinking about signing up, do it!

One of my best life decisions! I came into this not knowing what I was doing in the gym, healthy eating or with fitness. Thanks to Derrick, I am healthier and stronger! He is patient and always willing to answer my questions and guide me through this process. These workoutsTRULY work. I have completed 100 workouts and my confidence level is higher than it has been in a very long time. Can’t wait to see where I’m at in a 100 more.

Derrick is a great coach and contributor to the fitness community. I worked with him in person for just under a year, and online for 6 months. He listens to your goals and molds your workouts around them. If a movement wasn’t feeling right, we would work to fix it or swap it with something else. He preaches a slow progression model; you don’t jump in hard and heavy in order to keep that motivation and to not become discouraged. While I’m no longer an active client, I stay connected with him on social media since he’s always putting out useful, free content. Definitely recommend any of his services!!

5 stars. Derrick has an uncanny ability to remove the most common difficulties from starting your fitness journey. He is not only an excellent trainer, but a supportive friend in the process who reminds that you can achieve what you set out to do- as long as YOU make the choice to do it. Not only is he flexible, but he has ability to create many versatile work out plans that you can get done at home, at the gym, even at work if that is where you find time to do it. Learning about optimizing your physical/mental health and how to have a health relationship with food is hard for some when you don’t know where to start, but he makes it easy (speaking from experience). Would highly recommend giving Derrick a shot at being your trainer before anyone else.

Super simple to follow, the workouts are personally done to fit your goals, he tracks the workouts and will adjust them as needed! I love how it’s work with what you have access to ex. at home or in the gym so it fits where & with what you have on your on schedule.
Derrick is available for help, questions, etc.
