Stephanie is an amazing teacher and coach. She is attentive and knowledgeable, so every client receives a tailored class. Iβve been going to Stephanie for over two years now. I often tell people Iβm going to her instead of physical therapy! She gives me everything I need and expect from a private session- tailored exercises for both long term problems and recent mishaps, attention to my conformation while performing the exercises, and explanations that make sense to me about what Iβm doing and how it will help.
When I started out with her, I was crippled from lower back pain and a chronic case of Achilles tendinitis. I could only walk for 15 minutes at a time, and I had to carefully choose my chairs where I sat or else I was in pain.
Two years later I am down to maintenance sessions, walking two miles a day with my dog, and working several hours a week in my garden without back pain. I kid you not, she and Stotts Pilates has improved the quality of my life many times over!
