Although my primary residence is in Broward, I spend time in Homestead while my family is in town. It is always a hassle to find a good gym close by until i found SZF. This is by far the best gym in Homestead- probably one of the best gyms in So. Florida. The machines are top of the line for bodybuilders/weightlifters, they are ALL functional and clean. The dumbbells go up to 150 lbs!!! Not to mentioned there is no overcrowding. I find the price to be very fair, although more expensive than your typical LA Fitness or Crunch. I would love if they expanded and opened a gym by my primary residence in Hollywood. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Being brutally honest, the gym is great. There’s full arsenal equipment and the dbs go up to 150s. The atmosphere is great and so are the people that go here. The problem is management, I was kicked out of the gym for slamming the weights, grunting while lifting?? and “overloading the machines”. Keep in mind I hadn’t even bought a gym pin yet. What I did was ask people to help push down on the weight stack to add more weight and prior to this I asked the owner if I could use a gym pin to add more weight and he allowed me to. They have a policy tighter to and identical to planet fitness. If u insistute methods such as progressive overload and newer methods of training you will be bullied, I was pulled aside twice by the owner and called an idiot for the way I trained. Keep in mind I am 17. The gym has something against people training with genuine intensity so keep that in mind before coming here however the gym is great, so if you lift just to lift then the gym is good for you

Just joined this gym, and although it's pricier than other local gyms, I believe it's worth every cent! Great equipment for the type of workouts I want to get in. I foresee this gym as a part of my fitness growth/goals. I'm excited every time I arrive and start training!

She even adjusts the meal plans according to my weight loss progress. This level of dedication and attention to detail is truly remarkable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this gem of a gym in Miami-Dade County, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the friendly owners who allowed me to record my workouts, to the top-notch Arsenal Gym Equipment, this place has it all. The well-built, heavy-duty equipment made my workout sessions seamless, and the excellent lighting was perfect for those post-workout selfies.
