StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Suntree offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

StretchLAB has been wonderful! My husband and I go every week. Fantastic staff. Very accommodating to our schedules. The one on one stretch is targeted to our bodies need and has made a positive difference in our lives. Hubby has Parkinson’s and it has really helped to keep his muscles less tight. Going to the gym and our weekly stretch has improved our physical abilities. We look forward to going to Stretch Labs always.

I've used StretchLab at a previous location and also with this location. I've only experienced great service from the front desk personnel and the Stretch Lab personnel. I've never experienced any unprofessionalism at this location or any other location as posted by another review. Highly recommend these professional here! Isabel may be confusing this place with another place across the street. 🤷♂️

This place is amazing! This was my first time there and everyone was very friendly and the check in staff was super easy. Picked up some cute non-slip socks, which you’ll definitely need for the appointment. I initially scheduled the service because I get DOMS after I work out. My Flexologist, Shacara, did a great job and I walked away from there feeling great. By far the best stretching I’ve ever experienced. So much so, that I will be back in a few days and am looking forward to it!

Have been a member for about a month now and doing two 50 minute sessions a week and really pleased with progress, so far. Chris is my go-to whenever I can schedule with him. I’ve worked with a couple of others and all have been very professional and are attentive to making any necessary adaptations to the stretch routine as needed. The “energy” is positive and it is a comfortable place to do some serious stretching.

I recently visited Stretch Lab and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. First and foremost, the prices they charge for their services are exorbitant. It's absolutely ridiculous how much they expect customers to pay for such a low-quality service.
Not only did I feel like I was being taken advantage of with their overpriced services, but the quality of the service itself was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the expertise and knowledge to provide a satisfactory experience. I felt like I was just another customer to them, and they didn't put in any effort to make me feel valued or cater to my specific needs.
I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money at Stretch Lab. There are plenty of other places that offer similar services at a fraction of the cost and with much better quality. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more reputable establishment that values their customers and provides a service that is worth the price.

The newly hired front desk staff lacks experience in handling conflicts. My family and I were previously members at this location. After completing our membership contract, we ended our business relationship on good terms with no outstanding balance. We received confirmation that everything was in order, including a final cancellation email. However, we will never waste our money with them again.

This place is Amazing, do not buy into the negative reviews. Those are just negative people who see negativity everywhere they go.
Chris my flexologist is the most humble and caring soul I have encountered. He always puts me first and makes me feel heard and seen. He has helped me recover physically and mentally with his wit and insight as we work through some rough and tense muscles I’ve acquired over time working chairside as a dentist.
Leah the manager always greets me with the most beautiful smile and kind disposition. She has always helped reschedule me in a pinch. I even have a little crush on her but it’s hard not to because she is such a good hearted person. I’m so glad I took a chance to take care of myself and my health. My life has exponentially exploded in positivity since I took a chance and formed over a little more cash than I’m typically comfortable with.
Take care of yourselves people! Life is an adventure to live and enjoy. Not a prison. Take life into your own hands and trust when good people try to heal you with theirs. Much love. And Jesus bless us all

I just want to start by saying that the owner/manager? Miss Courtney is a very dishonest person. On Tuesday, June 4 a technician from Premier Heating & Cooling was assigned to perform a maintenance requested by this lady. After replacing filters and performing maintenance to the AC units, we requested that Miss Courtney Signed the proposal for the job that was performed and paid the invoice of $500. She promised that within 30 minutes of the service being done, she was going to do so. Five hours later, we contacted her to request payment and she reply that she never received the proposal or the invoice. The invoice and the proposal was sent to her old email and that was the reason why she didn’t get it. we proceeded and resend the proposal and the invoice to her new email. After confirming that she received the proposal on the invoice to her new email she proceed by staying that she was not going to pay because she had already paid last year. We sent her a copy of the invoice from the previous year and it clearly shows that what she paid for was a one time service. After explaining everything to her and sending her copies of everything, she is still claim mistakenly that she already paid for the service that we did yesterday, which is incorrect. The next morning she contacted the office lying and claiming that the service manager was calling her after 10 PM and we gladly send her a picture with the time stamp proving that she was lying.
The bottom line is that if this behavior is with a reputable air conditioning company I can only imagine the way they behave with their own customers. Based on the reviews that they have in their own Google profile, you can see that lack of integrity and dishonesty is basically the way they run this business.
What I am trying to make clear is that if they do not pay a contractor after performing a service to keep their customer comfortable with their air conditioning unit . Why will they treat their customers with respect and not charge them more than the service that they deliver? Please read all the reviews from this place and I will humbly advise you to spend your money somewhere else so you are not taking advantage of.

You have to be extremely careful with these people. They're going to upsell you in a heartbeat. They do not give you a card that breaks everything down. Instead, they shove a little pad in your face with all of these columns and you're double talked and the next thing you know you're being charged a lot more than what you thought you had agreed to. They've got good technicians, but I felt like I had gone into a used car lot

Without a doubt, have to attribute part of my success with recent marathon performance to adding StretchLab Suntree to my training plan. With coming back from a number of injuries and setbacks, coming in for weekly regular stretches (really, think more targeted resistance stretching, old school PT-like) did wonders to my progress and training!!! Cannot be thankful enough to Courtney, Leah, Beryl, Drew, Lolo, Candice, Caylin (and if I left off anyone, thank you!) for all the help in getting me to Boston 2025!!!

I have struggled with lower back issues for years and now I have an alternative that is medication and surgery free! I’ve seen every doctor from sports medicine, back centers, neurosurgeons, injections, and various physical therapists. It all came down to pain management… Then I saw an open house for Stretch Labs at Suntree and a full body assisted stretch. Being a believer of “Everything is Connected” I thought I’d give it a try. They gave me a 3D body scan to identify problem areas and create a baseline. The first stretch confirmed the areas the 3D scan pointed out so I got a 3-month plan to see what it would do for me. I quickly became a fan of the full body stretch over just problem areas. What I didn’t expect was that each person I was assigned had a unique but related background which added a new perspective. Imagine a personal trainer followed by a physical therapist, followed by a massage therapist all combining their notes, updating my profile and building off each other. They even uncovered a hip problem that was overlooked until now! I can’t speak to every location, but Suntree has a great staff!

I've been going to Stretch Lab since their opening. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I didn't know anything about assisted stretching before I went. I'm so glad that I took a chance. My mobility has increased, and I feel better. I'm able to move easier which results in being able to exercise more. This has helped me more than massage with pain and mobility. Thank you Stretch Lab!

Beryl C is an outstanding stretch lab expert. Despite her petite stature, she is remarkably strong. She genuinely cares about your needs and asks thoughtful questions to ensure you receive the best stretching experience possible. I've been attending four times a month since they opened, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility. Due to some personal issues, I'll be taking a short break, but I plan to resume regular sessions again in the future. Thank you for the great experience. - Karen T

Beware. I canceled my membership via writing (following all of the rules in my contract) and received a confirmation from the manager that I would no longer be charged the monthly fee. I was charged again the following month. When I contacted the manager she would not refund me my money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and spent way too much time dealing with this. My credit card company wanted me to try to resolve this with the Suntree Stretch Lab who ultimately would not respond to me or to the Better Business Bureau. I just got reimbursed by my credit card who agreed that the charge was not authorized. Frustrating that I had to spend all this time fighting for my money back.
Update/Reply- The reason I would not talk to you on the phone is I wanted to make sure everything you told me was in writing which I am glad I did, as it helped me get all of my money refunded back to me from my credit card company. You are mistaken about the chargeback. I have in writing from my credit card company that the second charge of $159 was made AFTER I canceled my membership. Both charges totaling $318 were credited back to me after my credit card company read through the contract and determined I was in the right. I am writing this review to warn others and also to let them know not to give up when this happens to them. They will eventually get their money back. Save all paperwork and get everything in writing.

I came in with zero mobility and flexibility. Only after 3, 25 minute sessions, I am finally able to stretch without locking and cramping up. I can touch my toes for the first time in countless years. Such and amazing feeling and what a game changer in my life. Thank you stretch lab!!!
