I started working with Phil a little over three months ago and it’s been a very empowering experience for me. Each and every training session, Phil brings his knowledge and expertise, his positivity , encouragement and enthusiasm. He teaches you how important things like proper breathing and proper form are. He also makes you work even when you think you can’t. He has made me realize that I can do things I never thought I could physically. In addition, cleaning up my diet was a priority for me, and when I asked him to help me with that, the plan he custom created for me has definitely been a game changer as far as my energy levels go and how I feel about myself. I am down 10 a little over 10 pounds and feeling how great I feel in my clothes and just in general I owe it all to Phil. Phil is an awesome trainer, he knew in a very short time my strengths & weaknesses. He tells me to chill & take a break even if I want to keep going. He's very astute at developing & changing up workouts, even at a moments notice (for example, when I had physician's restrictions & forget to tell him before hand).

I would give 10 stars if i could. I started lifting in high school, spent so much money on BS products and supplements over the years that did nothing for me and hardly seen any progress. After finally deciding to train with a coach, I have started to see insane results mentally and physically. Phil really knows his stuff and has an amazing approach! This guy right here man!!!!…..he’s truly something special!!! A giant specimen that is intimidating from the outside but a guy that is super humble, full of knowledge, can break down the science so that you can understand it, show you a different perspective and just a great guy!!! Playing in the NFL for 10 years and being one of the biggest in every room, he makes me feel tiny around him 😂… that’s from decades of hardworking, dedication, discipline and consistency.

I’ve sat from a far and watched him come into the gym after early morning cardio to train his clients and then train himself afterwards, all the while, helping others (including myself) around the gym.. i never would’ve guessed how many years he’s been in the profession, but it makes sense when you see EVERYBODY consistently training with him makes big progress.

I started training with Phill in December of 2022 the first two weeks I was serious, but then after that I was not doing what Phill told me to do so that means I did not lose any weight. Fast forward Phill told me that he knew I was not listening to him because it showed but after that talk with him I have been serious and in just 4 weeks I lost 10 pounds because I decided to listen to him.
