We had a fantastic experience at Sun Country celebrating my son’s 4th birthday. It was well worth it and I’d gladly have a repeat. We had a wonderful experience hosting our daughter’s 5th birthday party at Sun Country-
Prompt service, friendly attitudes and efficiency are the best words to describe the process with the employees at Sun Country. The only negative was a mild misunderstanding about the charge for extra kiddos to attend but overall I would recommend this venue for any 4-6 yr old birthday celebration!

This week we took a group of 20 middle schoolers to a private event at the rock walls. Mikey was our leader/guide and provided excellent instruction and support to our group. He was enthusiastic and kind, and the kids and parents enjoyed his energy. Safety was monitored, and everyone had a good time. Thanks Mikey!

From their afterschool program (FUNrichment) to summer camp to regular classes, Sun Country is full of fun for school-age kids! I am really grateful that Gainesville has such a fun place for my kids to develop a love of movement. My son has conquered his fear of heights thanks to the Fun Walls, which are interactive climbing walls that allow for tons of creative imaginative play, and my daughter absolutely loves being able to swim every week at FUNrichment. As a homeschooling mom, one of my favorite things about FUNrichment is that they regularly host special guests for extra enrichment for the kids. This past week I was blown away to see the guest (UF Astronomy) had brought their mobile planetarium for the kids to crawl through! Thank you to the Sun Country team for working so hard to make it such a great place 🌞

Had my daughters birthday party here.Worst experience ever! Walked into the room day before it was another room.Floors were dirty markers, dead cockroaches-you knew there was a party, should have been clean.While decorating telling the helpers what to do.Asked for ice to go into bottom of pitcher, it gets put in the middle so lemonade would be watered down.She states she never had to do one before didn’t know how.Had to move benches together none were where they should be.Asked Tammy for guests to get own pizza, nope she stood there passing our pizza.The kids enjoyed the play rooms thats about it.I went to use the bathroom and a stranger not with our party was in our room with a worker because she saw “pink decor” and wanted to take pictures.No one should have been allowed in there period. Especially with food out breathing over it and not with us! Once we came back in to eat my wallet that was deep in a tote was now on top of the tote.While opening gifts Tammy comes flying in at 2:30 with no heads up of time its time to go we have another party.She starts throwing out plates including the one my friend said leave it there thats hers and even guests still eating just tossing out plates.So not only was the this most stressful event,I didn’t get to eat and it was the worst experience and waste of money.Save your sanity and $350!

Both of my kiddos are Sunny Lifers! We started out in Ms. Debe's class and went through every program they had to offer until they aged out and were old enough to start working there. I can't imagine not having Sun County in our lives. Now the kids are grown, and my son has been working there for the past five years in their Ninja program (shout out to Coach Ethan). This is the place you want your kids to be!

There are not enough words to describe the awesomeness that is Sun Country! You need a place for a birthday party without all the stress of prep, set up, clean up and even party favors? They got you! Summer baby? Let's do a pool party. Winter baby? Let's have a bounce house party!
But that's not all... After care? My kiddos have been going to Sun Country's after care program since they were in kindergarten. They stay on task with their homework and get all of that energy out of their system just in time for dinner, shower and bedtime. They LOVE their counselors and all the staff.
My youngest son has been doing a specialty class since he was 3 (for a while it was swim, now it's martial arts) and has always loved his teachers.
We are a Sun Country 'lifer' family and proud to make Sun Country our kids home away from home to help balance their physical and mental well being.

Sun country is by far the BEST childcare facility/gym in Gainesville! The staff is amazing and always goes to great lengths to make sure the kiddos are safe and having fun in every class or program they are in. I have personally seen how caring the staff is and how they focus on having a positive environment for the children and families that come into the building each day. I have been involved with multiple other facilities like this is Gainesville and NONE of them compare to Sun country. Avoid the swim class, not a culture of kindness. Reposting this review as it was brought to my attention that I reviewed the wrong facility. Apologies. I would advise parents looking for a positive experience for their toddler to explore other options as there are classes in the area that are able to teach and be kind and nurturing at the same time. Communication from the instructor did nothing to sway my personal opinion of our experience, instead, affirming it.

I have been taking my son (3yo) to stay and play for over 8 months since he was 2yo. Wish I found out about this place sooner. I want to get him enrolled in their preschool this August. I haven’t seen any reviews on their Sunny’s Preschool. But I’m impressed with their facilities and love the preschool teachers when I had a tour.

Rude receptionists and bad communication when attempting at signing my daughter up for one of their classes. This place also doesn’t offer free trials like the other gymnastic businesses in town. I had to set up an account before they would even mention the classes they had available and that I would have to pay for my daughter to try out one of their classes. I contacted two other gym businesses in town that are friendly and offer a free trial. Momentum Dance Arts offers gymnastics and tumbling, as well as Tumblemania and Balance 180 Gymnastics and Sports Academy.

Okay so this place is a toddler haven! My son is almost 2 and he LOVED the stay and play! It was so fun for him to run and jump around. We had a hard time leaving. Im very appreciative of all of the covid precautions they are taking. They have someone walking around and sanitizing all of the touched toys and equipment while the kids are still playing. All adults have to wear a mask, and you must wash your hands before you enter the building. Overall my son had a blast, and I had fun watching him have fun!

My grandson who is 10 and been coming to Win Country sin c.f. He was18 months old and had Miss Debbie granddaughter who is 6 started with miss Debbie also. They take a lot is classes, gymnastics, swimming, Karate and Nija. ALL of the instructors and staff have always been wonderful. This family has a long history with Sun Country, and in my opinion, Sun Country, especially Sun Country West has the best customer service, I love Daren, the office manager. I had a problem with some policies, and there was some miscommunication with the way I worded an email to her, but she definitely reached out to me and helped me. Sun country requires a monthly auto withdraw to attend classes. If you miss a class for any reason they still charge you for the class and will not allow you to make up the class. They will not credit your account. The people that work for sun country do their jobs well but the people making up the policies do a terrible job for customer service.

We LOVE Sun Country! Both my kids started with Miss Debi when they were very young and they have learned so much. I love that they're actually learning and not just having fun running around. We love Sun Country! My son is 2 and we love attending Stay n Play! It is one of the highlights of his week, he loves the bounce houses and the preschool gym. We love Sun Country so much that we decided to have my son's 2nd birthday party there, everyone had a blast! The staff was awesome and it was great not having to worry about set up or clean up. We enrolled our 3 year old son in the gymnastics program at Sun Country Sports after his recovery from a femur fracture. Little dude was scared to do just about everything, even jump! Ms. Debe was super patient with him, and helped us find the perfect class to suit his needs.
