We booked a private Pilates class for a friend’s birthday and it was such an amazing experience! Allie was absolutely incredible—so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire class. The owner was also so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole vibe even better. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. It was the perfect mix of fun and challenging, and we left feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Pilates experience!

Sunform is such a gem! Both Alli Rae and Allie are amazing instructors — so encouraging and knowledgeable. The whole vibe here is a cute, girlie community where the owner Nicole and her inviting team always make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The classes are challenging but never repetitive, and they’re always paired with a playlist that keeps the energy up. I love it here!

Beautiful studio & incredible full body workout! Alli Rae taught a great class, the heated room optimized sweat and felt great to stretch every pose. Owner Nicole & team are all so sweet and made me feel so comfortable for my first class. You really feel welcome and a part of the community the second you walk through the door.
