I had an amazing one-on-one yoga session with Kelly. Her cues were so clear, and she really focused on helping me get into proper alignment and using my breath to reach the full expression of each pose. She has such positive and calming energy. The class was a perfect mix of relaxing breathwork and stretching, but also challenging enough to feel like I got a solid workout. Highly recommend!

I've been attending Suva Yoga since they opened this new location and have been a student for many years in previous locations. This is a high-quality yoga experience where I have gained flexibility and balance between physical challenge and mental clarity. It has become a vital part of my routine.

The space is clean and beautiful with natural light and has a calming energy from the moment you step inside. All the instructors are great and highly knowledgeable offering modifications for all levels. They have a way of making you feel as if you're the only person in the room -offering adjustments, personalized guidance and genuine sense of care.

There is a big selection of classes which can be easily booked online and there is an option to do it via zoom as well. I recommend Suva Yoga to anyone seeking a heart centered yoga practice.

This studio is a gem and was much needed in Coral Gables. The space is really well located and there is plenty of convenient parking. The studio is beautiful and cozy. The teachers are amazing and it offers a very convenient schedule with classes at a variety of hours, every day. Classes are also transmitted via zoom if you can’t make it to the studio. The community is very kind and welcoming.

A sanctuary. Instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced. They guide you into new stages of understanding for yoga, rather than mere repetition of physical moves. The space is simplistic but authentic and zenful. I feel blessed to finally find a yoga studio like this.
