I wasn't getting the level of fitness.I wanted from just swimming and walking. So I hired personal trainer, lee simpson, he was great. And was on my way. Sadly, left for a better job opportunity, and I was on my own. Because Lee did such an excellent job. I have been able to continue my workouts without missing a beat. I'm appreciative of the people there for their encouragement.

Love this place been going here a week and the place is full but never busy. Staff always present and active during business hours. They just need to watch for the people who don't wipe machines and benches down.

The Gym, it's a top shelf fitness center. It is truly my home away from home. From having indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. That's just the tip of the iceberg that sets the gym in a Caliber by itself. The owner and staff go out of there way to maintain that bar is set to very Professional and personal level. The one on one approach makes me know that I am at the gym I should be at. I'm giving my own personal view from being a paying customer toward the Company that I am investing my time and money in. I'm just a member ( paying customer ).

No judgement zone here! The Staff & Trainers are top notch with such positive energy and creative workouts! The equipment is well maintained and the cost is easy on the wallet. The Fitness Bar is a great place to hang out and socialize after workout. Additional services are plentiful! Pool is well kept too, as well as the steam room. Suwannee Counties preeminent place to workout.

Gym is always clean and the staff are all very friendly. They even have a pool! This gym has many different classes to choose from and even has a massage therapist and a salon right inside.There are 2 supplement shops one of them even sells smoothies and meal replacement shakes. I go to the Mayo location, which is open 24/7, 7 days a week! The classes that they offer are always exciting with Scott's bootcamp being my personal favorite. There's never a dull moment and you leave satisfied with your workout and definitely feeling the burn! Melissa's tabata is my second favorite, I started with this class and was so scared because I'm not a gym person but the friendly faces of everyone that work out there (plus a sweet lady next to me that showed me a modified version of everything if I couldnt keep up with the harder stuff) is what made me like going to this gym.

Great place live oak has everything little bit of a drive but it is a 24/7 facility. Mayo great location 24/7 just wish it had 1 punching bag and a couple thick mats to practice on. But great otherwise.

Everytime I come to town, I make sure I'm hitting the gym and this is the gym I stop at. It's a nice facility for being in our small town and it offers alot of different classes/amenities. There is the sauna, hot tub, pool, personal trainers, and crossfit (just to list a few). The prices aren't bad for a monthly membership and the staff works with you on your fitness needs. Definitely a spot I'll keep attending when I'm in town.
