Nice gym, they do group sessions so unfortunately you won’t be able to go when ever you want. If you are looking to be motivated by others than this is the place!

New name is Vibez by Sweat. Sweat Equity was the name of this gym when I joined. Although, I really loved this gym when I got hurt and had to take a break, management Jess and Jan attitudes changed. When I came back, Jess was great at first when it was time to take my money but then disregarded me afterwards (very passive aggressive behavior). She wouldnt answer my texts unless she was sending me something to join a challenge. Now you have a trainer working out with you in the classes but they are not helping with the workout moves which could be very complicated for a beginner. One day, when I came to a class I was asked by the trainer Jan not to stand next to him while training because I am distracting. Now keep in mind, Im standing next to him so I can observe to ensure Im doing the right moves correctly and not get hurt. So after that I started working out at home with their classes because what was the point. Now the reason I stayed is because the workout is fire, the music is fire and the members in the gym were awesome!!!
However, when I joined my first challenge with the team I was excited. Now Im super competive so when we didnt win after my transformation challenge I start asking for pics of the winners. I guess that attitude was taken in a negative way and the owner Jess kicked me out the challenge, the gym and all chats. Now keep in mind, I just brought my equipment to workout at home. Also, they have agrued at beach bootcamps in front of members but when I call them out on a challenge, Im kicked out!!! I really thought I found a gym family but without communication I was booted out!!!

This place is run by a father and daughter. The father is nasty. He has run off numerous clients including myself. Not a way to run a business. I was screamed at by him on my first class. No thank you. I had to get a refund from my credit card company because of no reply from anyone after said incident. My name is Benjamin. Please see attached screen shot. This is a real review and this is the owners cell phone number.

Motivating and encouraging community. Excellent workouts. Fire music! Nutrition and accountability available. The challenges are so much fun and they leave you wanting more! I’ve been hooked since I joined in the summer of 2019. I listened to direction for nutrition, I showed up for workouts and I got results! SWEAT FOR LIFE!!!

I was trying to refrain from this review but I feel compelled to inform others of my encounter. I joined SE at the end of October in 2018. I was looking for a change in my routine when it came to workouts and I also wanted to lose my unwanted 30 lbs. Well the moment I met Jes Teller who is one of the owners I knew this place was going to work for me. I signed up for a "Challenge" to myself to do this. I started the following Monday and within the 6 week challenge I lost nearly 20 lbs. I was a bit short of my goal but I wasn't about to quit. I continued on and my whole body started to transform in a way I never saw before. I was eating right and working on my full body of muscles. I was very pleased and was very committed to keeping it up. So nearly 1.5 years into SE fitness I was truly committed to and enjoying the vibe of the community that it is. The pandemic came and I stayed committed throughout with the virtual workouts but missed the connection of going to the facility. I paid my weekly amount without hesitation and never taking a break from my membership fees. Fast forward to my recent experience with the partner owner Jan Teller. Once reopening I started to go back to the live workouts at the facility and trying to be diligent with all the new rules set forth by the county and the facility. Jan was opening and we all dealt with the strict rules. Unfortunately Jan who in the past was not always Mr. Congeniality but many of us just dealt with his brash personality. He would at times bust chops and many people would comment and deal with it. Even employees left do to the way he can be. The total antithesis of his daughter Jes. I showed up for a workout and arrived at 6:30 am as that's the starting time. The rule was to show up at 15 minutes prior as it usually took that amount of time for all to enter 1 by 1 (I drove on average 15 minutes each way to get there and back) and wait your turn for Jan to open the door for the next person to enter. Knowing it was starting time and no one else was outside waiting I opened the door to get inside. Jan came to the door with a bad attitude and starting harassing me about opening the door. I was taken that he was busting my chops on entry about waiting for him and then he proceeded to harass me about showing up on time. Where in a business is it right to chastise people on a regular basis and expect them to tolerate that behavior? I had enough of his BS from the prior workouts and nearly 2 years of attending SE. He would give me and others a hard time about where our sweat dropped or just doing a move wrong. He needs to understand that these are customers and you must earn them and not expect them to be your attitude punching bag. At the point of me taking enough of his bad attitude I went off on him and point blank asked him if he wanted me to leave as I will cancel my membership, he then said yes. I was very disappointed that Jes didn't even have the courtesy to show any compassion for me her customer. I always had a really good connection with her and that's why I tolerated her father for as long as I did. He needs to understand how to treat a customer better then he does!!!

I started the Sweat Equity 6-week challenge on May 6th and if you had asked how I felt about Sweat Equity 5 of the 6 weeks I attended, I’d certainly be giving a glowing review. I saw the information on Facebook and went to go see what the “Free” program was all about. I guess that’s where my first red flag should have been identified. The program, though offered as free, NEVER is actually free. The purpose of the program is to keep your money, despite everything that they say. Following the program, you should get your money back, except, a portion for the different features that they provide, completely understandable, or you can use the money you initially paid to fund continued membership. Again, not a FREE program as advertised. The training really was great. Zac and Chris were truly wonderful trainers and I’m thankful for the patience and the individualize training that they provided. My second and probably the main red flag was when I was approached by two new prospects inside the gym asking if it was truly free or if there was a cost. My response was truthful (even though I failed to mention that they never truly get their money back). Jess (one of the trainers)’s response was to get in my face IN FRONT OF THEM and yell WHY DID YOU DO THAT?? WHY DID YOU DO THAT?? Her interaction was so terrible that the poor girls had to mouth apologies for me having entered into that situation. All I could do was apologize to Jess as she continued to shout in my face. After unenthusiastically escorting the girls to the back, Jess proceeded to call over one of the receptionists and LOUDLY say “So you’ll want to make sure that this never happens. She just told the girls that we do charge for the challenge.” My response was not malicious, it was truthful. Perhaps the fine print that I initialed had the “DON’T TELL ANYONE THE TRUTH RULE” and I just didn’t pay attention to it. Not sure, but apparently Sweat Equity can’t decide if they want their members to look like liars or if they themselves want to look like liars. Either way, Jess’s “customer service” skills truly leave one wondering what else Sweat Equity is hiding from new members. I was truly hurt because I had nothing but positive things to say and quickly, one of the main promoters of a more positive and healthy lifestyle made my experience there nothing but a bad memory. Thank you for really showing your true colors and really making Sweat Equity no different than any other money hungry organization disguised as an inspirational company. It’s a shame because some trainers truly seem interested in helping those in their community.

I started with the 6-week which I finish tomorrow and I gotta say, I'm hooked. I've always had trouble sticking to a program and eating well but this process has been an amazing experience. The accountability makes all the difference. The classes are intense, but you go out at your own pace so it works for all fitness levels, which was a big plus for me the beginning because, let's just say it had been a WHILE since I had done a real workout regimen. It's truly amazing how far I've come from that first day, losing 37 lbs in these 6 weeks and fired up to keep it going! The trainers, Zac, my accountability coach for the challenge, Nelly, Chris, Cassie, and co-owners Jess and Jan, have all been a huge part my success, helping with encouragement and guidance whenever it was needed. They're all truly committed to helping you reach your fitness goals whatever your starting point.

I joined this gym in January.... well it's way more than a gym. It's not just you against the world. You join a group of people who all have had their first day at a rigorous workout and EVERYONE is there to keep you going. The trainers are amazing, Zach, Nellie, Cassie keep you moving! Jess & Jan are the co owners and really involved, working out daily with groups , making sure you don't hurt yourself! Don't think about it, just give em a try! I have never felt so good!

These people are crooks. They bully you into becoming a member especially the owner Juan, he is manipulative and a hypocrite. They charge your account without your authorization and then tell you boldly to your face you're agreed to these "terms". I am not impress with their so called "ethics". And after insulting their members they say we "love" you we are a "family". Beware don't be fooled by these people.

I came in for their 6 week challenge. After going through the workouts and meeting the amazing staff and trainers I decided to join. Best decision that I have made thus far this year. The trainers are always present and willing to help you with any questions that you might have about your workout or the meal plan. They are patient kind and understanding however do you know that their main objective is to get you fit. I am going to recommend Sweat Equity to my friends and family and even the strangers I meet on the street. Keep up the great work!

This is a truly incredible gym with warm, professional trainers who understand the mechanics of movement and effective exercises. The space is clean with modern amenities, top of the line equipment and interactive apps to track your progress, plus a great group of other clients train here. Everyone is so supportive and the results speak for themselves. If you're in the area, you should absolutely check them out!!!

Wow! beyond my expectations and training session were par excellence. I had an opportunity to train with Jessica, Hats off to her. Felt very accomplished. I have found the right place!
Jessica! Thank you for being so patient with me!
The core of the training is to be at a good place where a person feels comfortable, welcome and motivated. The staff is very friendly, humble and down to earth. Their professional competency and their great attitude is their secret ingredient. I also had the opportunity to meet Mr.Jaan , he listened to me patently and guided me all through my goals and was a great source of goal driven attitude. Motivation comes and goes, but these people have a drive. They will make sure that you don't lose your drive through out your transition, and will ensure that you get beyond what you expected.
I never had a training like this before in my life! Great work guys, Keep it up !
Ps. Don't forget I want to keep my biceps Size :-)

So many things to say about this gym, but I'll make it short. I've been so many gyms (commercial, private, crossfit, powerlifting) and for someone whose been an a workout for many years - a really good gym is hard to find. Luckily, I found Sweat Equity through a group of girls I work with. I was hesitant at first because "been there done that" but I was impressed the minute I walked in; state of the air equipment, very knowledgeable staff, clean environment, good energy, and a bad ass workout. It's hard to find gyms where you can get all of that. I have been going here for almost 6 months and I can tell you that it is worth every penny, minute, and sweat! If you haven't tried it yet, you need too!! Invest in your health, invest in sweat equity!!!!

Best.workout.ever. I've been to numerous gyms, fitness classes, and crossfit classes. Nothing even compares. The trainers are motivational and genuinely care about the clients seeing results. The gym is kept super clean . The workouts never get boring, they are actually fun yet challenging. I find myself actually enjoying the workout rather than focusing on the time and waiting for it to end. Jess, Cassie, Lisa, and Jan.....thank you for being so amazing !!!
