He offers a wholistic approach to fitness that’s compassionate, yet encouraging. Jon is a great guy and phenomenal trainer! Did his 45 day challenge. Meal plan and exercise program jump started my fitness! He planted the seed and gave me the drive/tools to lose almost 30 pounds and reverse my Type 2 Diabetes!

This was my first challenge and it was more than amazing. Not only was Jon a great trainer, he really knows how to keep you motivated. I’ve made a noticeable, physical transformation, but it’s the mental shift that most excites me. I felt I was presented with information in a way I could easily digest and maintain. His breakdown of nutrition was beyond eye opening for me. My mind has totally shifted and I’m motivated to keep making great choices well beyond the challenge. It has really been the spark that I’ve needed towards changing my life. Something that was really helpful for me was his ability to accommodate my needs since I travel a lot for work. He was able to give me home workouts and things to do at the gym. I lost about 12lbs and went down two pants sizes in that short amount of time. He makes it easy to be consistent. If you’re ready to change your mindset, your discipline and your body, get with T1N!

Jon at T1N Flame, LLC is one of the best trainers I've ever had. Jon is challenging, knowledgeable, and pushes me to be better. Jon genuinely has the quality of what a personal trainer should be which are enthusiasm, communication and ambitious. Jon is one of the best personal trainer I worked with and look forward to returning again soon. He reassures you, it is a process and it takes takes time, patience and dedication. I love this gym! John provides variety in excercise and is very knowledgeable. He constantly corrects form so we are getting the most out of our workout. The other members are great as well and it's more of a community experience. I look forward to working out at T1N every week.

I joined T1N Fitness with the goal of training for one month as a springboard into training on my own and ended up staying for four. Jon was skilled at targeting my personal, and somewhat unique, fitness goals, and the group atmosphere was motivating, energetic, and just plain fun (even on the brink of death lol). Whether you want to gain weight, like me, or want to lose weight, like others in my training group, Jon will customize your training to fit your goal. Jon also taught me the mechanics of various weightlifting movements and gave me the confidence to use machines and equipment in the gym correctly and safely. I recently signed up for another set of group sessions after falling a bit off track during quarantine, and I'm just as pleased as ever. Btw the rates for group training are more than reasonable given the return--it honestly feels like a steal! I'd highly recommend.

Easily the most customized, challenging, and effective trainer and workout plan I've ever had. Jon did an excellent job helping me identify my goals with fitness and then crafted a workout and meal plan to help me achieve them. The flexibility, creativity, and expertise makes it both easy to follow and challenging each time! I was able to work with him virtually and have even better results than what I set my goals for! I will absolutely be working with T1N Fitness again!

Jon is a versatile/flexible training. He will either push you or let you workout at your own pace. It's up to you! In my short period of time going to the group sessions I have seen results. Jon hands down is the best person and trainer that I have come to work with and meet. He Is first and foremost very knowledgeable and is passionate about fitness. Moreover, he makes you feel welcomed, he keeps you motivated and he truly cares. He has a beginners and advanced class. I’m a beginner for now lol but Throughout the workout he for sure challenges you within your comfort level. Each class is more exciting, fun and intense after the next and I enjoy every single second. I can already see a change in my body and mindset about fitness. Jon is amazing trainer! He is very passionate and super dedicated about what he does. His classes are are intense, fun, molded for whatever each person is working out, and its very effective. I enjoy the small group sizes, the cleanliness and the great music. I also enjoy the different challenges Jon has for us each month (March Madness, 45 Body Transformation, etc) Not only does Jon help us train but he helps with our meal planning and does weekly check ups on everyone. Each day is a different challenge and I enjoy that a lot. I would highly recommend T1N Fitness.

I attended a few of the group training classes and really enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility, the small class size, and the constant feedback/involvement the trainer provides to ensure you are doing the workouts properly. I liked it so much, I decided to participate in the 45 day body transformation and attend the unlimited group training sessions! Can’t wait to see my final results, that will lead to continuous training! Highly recommended!
