Huge fan of 321 fitness! I’ve taken classes as well as personal training sessions for years; way back when they were in NJ. Training with Chad made me realize how much I actually enjoy working out and most importantly that anyone can do it as long as you are open to the process. I started with Chad back in 2013 in the basement of the Asbury Park Press bldg doing boot camp classes. He moved to his own spot in Howell ,NJ and started doing personal training which I have been doing with him since then . I stopped for about a year and a half due to pandemic - then he moved to Fl.
I am still in NJ and I started doing virtual training with him in my basement 2x a week back in Nov 2021.
Chad is s great trainer -he knows my limitations (knee issue as of last summer) but he doesn’t let me get away with anything ..lol .. I don’t really have to lose weight - I go for strength/core training and toning . I don’t have all the equipment that a gym has but we improvise with what I have (incline bench , ropes , weights, barbell, TRX , resistance bands, Bose ball , ab wheel , slam ball & Kettle bells )
I’m sure his gym is the same as it was in NJ .. not too big .. not crowded .. if I lived down there I would be going to him.

Gotta say I'd move back to Florida just to go back to this gym. Great equipment ,clean and friendly environment. If your looking for a real protein shake that fits your goals, this is .the place not some bs fruit smoothies haha. Chad is very professional and amazing at his job. Takes heart in both your goals and friendship. Help me get back on track with gaining muscle and strength training. Highly recommend this gym for all types. I'm also a veteran lifter 20 years and guess what, I still needed his training to correct and train certain things. Good to shock the muscles and body and switch up your training. Try it out you have nothing to lose but fat and gain lean mass. 😉

Just want to jump on to say I miss my one one trainings with Chad,,, he was the best thing that happened to my physique and lifestyle transformation,,, granted it was a joint venture but his knowledge of fitness is off the scale.. those who know him know exactly what I’m talking about.. I have tried a few other trainers but I never received the results like I did under chads program,,, hands down he is one of the elite trainers in the fitness world..

I have been training with Chad, the owner, for one year so far. My goals were to gain weight/muscle and strength. Chad has given me the training and support to achieve my goals. He has helped me to gain 12 pounds so far and I’m in better shape than I’ve ever been. Not only does he focus on my strength training to keep me constantly progressing and motivated, but also helps with my nutrition and supplements to make sure I’m eating correctly to reach my goals. His gym provides the perfect environment as well. It is much less intimidating than the bigger ones in town and has all the equipment necessary without the large crowds. It’s like my second home and I feel so comfortable working out there.

If I could give Chad 10 stars I would. He has changed my life and really taught me what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. He doesn’t want you to just follow a preset routine, he works with you one on one to figure out your goals and what is best for your body. He will build up your confidence so anytime you walk into a gym you know what to do and how to do it. Plus he cares about your fitness journey outside of the one on one sessions. Most trainers only check up on you during sessions, chad takes pride in his members and wants everyone to feel proud of themselves.
