My daughter had her first intro to cheer class this week. I was at apprehensive about choosing this gymnastics venue because we are used to smaller gyms. We were made to feel extremely welcomed from the moment I called to enroll her. The person working the front desk is super kind and took time to answer all of our questions. Last year I could tell my daughter was very unhappy at another nearby gym in Weston. I could tell when she walked out of her first class at Tag that she looked happy and excited again about gymnastics. The vibe in there is extremely comfortable and warm. The teacher seemed very engaged with the class and I could see that she was giving the kids feedback.

This isn’t just a gym it’s truly a family. My 8 year old daughter, a level 6 gymnast, started training here only two months ago, and the impact has been life changing.

From the very first class, my wife and I sat and watched in awe at how this place is run. It’s nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail, the warm smiles at the front desk, the dedication of the incredible coaches, and the kindness of the kids radiates love and support.

These coaches and teammates don’t just train the kids they pour into them, encourage them and celebrate them. The culture here is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at any other gym it’s genuine, uplifting, and unmatched.

Disappointing Experience with Staff Despite Great Facilities

I was initially very impressed with the facilities at TAG USA Gymnastics—the equipment is top-notch, and the overall environment is well-maintained. However, the experience was significantly overshadowed by the attitude and behavior of some of the trainers.

Rather than fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, I found the coaching staff to be unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Their approach to instruction lacked patience and respect, making it difficult for students to feel comfortable or motivated. A gym of this caliber should prioritize not only high-quality training but also a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.

I sincerely hope management takes steps to address this issue because the facility itself has great potential. Unfortunately, until improvements are made in staff professionalism, I cannot recommend this gym

Best party experience! AJ set us up by phone and we signed everything virtually. He was also there on the day of the party and was super friendly and professional! Our party hosts were Lulu, Gabby, and Hannah. They were all amazing and truly kept our large group engaged the entire time!! We aren’t members and my children currently don’t do gymnastics, but this team made us feel like family! I will definitely be signing up both children for gymnastics here!! Mike provides parents with false promises of new equipment, new programs etc to justify his increase in tuition for the new year & after you sign…you either find out it never happens or that you have to pay for it separately although it was present as part of the reason for increase and part of the “new and improved program.” Prior to signing this year’s contract in June 2024, he sent all of us parents an email outlining these new changes; a nutritionist, new coaches, dance classes. When myself and a few other parents went to enroll our athletes for the dance we found out that we had to pay $99/month for the classes; nutritionist & new coaches never came but our increased tuition did. He also gets 13 pmts for the year by making your payment rotation every 4 wks vs monthly. You have membership fee of $50 per year (from rec) went up to $210 per year for competitive team. There is no real benefit to being a member, no Locked in member rates etc. Any gym that is secure in their program does not need to bind you with a contract to make you feel stuck there. Or use fear of loss tactics with your own money to keep you there. To add to his fear of loss tactics he tacks on a withdrawal penalty $180 I think it is he charges you to leave his gym early. Mike had a meeting with us parents of what to expect while joining the competitive team. I’d say the only expectation you should have with Mike and TAG is to over pay and he will under deliver. He gave us a paper with financial costs that would be associated. Coaches Fees for Travel, Uniform, Meet Entry, and Tuition. Any amount he tells you anything will be, plan for him to double it after you sign is contract. For our Uniform (leotard, warm ups, back packs) est. cost $450 what we paid $675. When asked for a break down; his response is you pay or your kid doesn’t compete. He operates like a dictator and basically uses your kid as the leverage in the process. Pay or your kid suffers. After paying $675, he then makes up a new fee of $125 admin fee.Which is listed in the fine print of his contract, never discussed, but then used to extort. He tells us parents AFTER PAYING $675 if we don’t pay it, we won’t get them until we do. The owner, engages in libel & sends out fear mongering emails to parents bashing other USAG member gyms & their coaches by name. if you attend their clinics or work with them that the coaches at TAG will no longer work with your athlete. USAG who essentially governs the gymnastics world and their member gyms, when contacted & informed of his methods, their legal team advised his practices are more of a shady business owner & they unfortunately don’t over see those areas.i will say is all the Red Flags are there from the start…programs lack organization, efficiency, too many athletes to coaches. The final straw for me when I had had enough of Mike & his dictator policies was when he sent me an email demanding a meeting because myself & 2 other moms were outside the gym speaking to a coach. Telling me to review the contract I signed & some pages in his rule book. I refused the meeting & asked that we have everything in writing via email..in a nutshell he then suspended me from the gym for 30 days with false accusations & nonsense he couldn’t back up with proof. Told me it was his own private work study. I took my daughter to try out at other gyms & I will tell you…the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!
TAG USA is like an abusive relationship dynamic, takes you a while to get out of it, but it’s not until you’re able to get away from it & you see what else is really out there that you can see how toxic it is. If you’re looking for extreme chaos at all times, inconsistency in program coaches, extremely high ratios of athletes to coaches in all programs…an owner who extorts parents financially with excessive fees and inflated program costs, while Providing false promises in program improvements & added programs…TAG USA is the place for you!

Mike and Aj have basically been family for years now. Both of my little girls (6 and 8 years old) have been coming to this gym for classes since they could take their first steps. I had my daughter’s birthday party there a week ago & it was definitely not worth the price for “playtime” of 2 hours . The two instructors has zero enthusiasm . Starting from the front staff to the aftercare coaches and class coaches.
My Niece is currently enrolled in the Tag usa aftercare and also does their classes in the intermediate level. I have picked her up all week with her Mom out of town and all I can say is WOW!!

She speaks so highly of this place and I was intrigued and all around blown away when I first stepped foot inside!!
It is so well lit and easy to see and hear everything with multiple viewing areas for the class parents. They have equipment I have never seen another gym have before and a layout with such a great structure!!

All the employees were super helpful and kind to me every time I came through the doors until I walked out!!
I am super happy my niece is having a positive learning experience and building a great relationship with the sport of gymnastics.

The gym is fine, that is to say it is large, illuminated, and has very good space, however it has major flaws that can be corrected, it smells too bad, apparently no one cleans it, there is always water on the floor, on the chairs or the floor is dirty, a couple of days ago the instructors found a cockroach under a mat, which is not hygienic, the mats are always dirty and the carpets are full of crumbs, The mats are always dirty and the carpets are full of crumbs. Another thing that does not seem hygienic to me is that the instructors give classes with the shoes they use outside the gym, stepping on the areas where the girls do their training. The bathrooms are always dirty and smelly. Another thing I have seen is that some of the instructors seem to have no experience training children, they are disorganized and do not keep track of the activities.

My daughter's 5th birthday party was a lot of fun! BUT I would NOT recommend using Papa Johns to deliver any pizza for your party. When I booked, Michael (who I believe is an owner) must get some kind of kick back from Papa Johns because he highly recommended them and they give a discount to Tag Gym parties. Well, they never showed up! When I called, they literally could do nothing for us including making the pizza at all... they said that they didn't have enough employees to make our pizza period so we couldn't even go pick it up (WHAT?!?! How do you have a pizza place open and no employees?). Michael said that that has never happened before, but I find that hard to believe because after a 15 minute kerfuffle over the phone, the person on Papa Johns end asked if I still wanted my order on the wrong date!! You can't make up that level of incompetence. Besides that, I would recommend having a party at Tag USA.

I have a daughter who was in level 3, she loved the supportive community (coaches and teammates). She got hurt, with a sprained ligament. I told them we will not be returning and they continued to charge my card after we had not been there for about 2 weeks, and more for after she was already healed. I had already told them that we will not be coming back and they simply disregarded my request. I had to call the bank to tell them what was going on and that i need my money back.
DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! PAY WITH CASH!

I have very mixed thoughts on this place. The coaches are very nice and have made my normally shy girls excited about gymnastics. We celebrated a birthday here and the girls running the party were Amazing! They helped me set up and made sure the kids had a great time. There are some issues that I have come across which lead me to dis enroll from the gym. There are no policies set in place depending on which person you get at the front desk you will get a different answer to you question. I have been quoted different prices. Some people at the front desk will give different discounts like siblings and first responders. I missed our last class because my daughter was sick. When I called to schedule this make up class, I was told they were busy and they asked me to call back. I work in customer service. I would not ask my clients to call me back. I would return their call. Since the class we missed was our last class, I was told I could only schedule a makeup, if I planned on resigning. I don’t feel like I should argue for a class I pre paid for. My daughters friend also went to tag, when their daughter moved up she received a medal. When my daughter moved up I was told that was not the policy and that they don’t give out medals. Tell that to a 5 year old. We signed our daughters up with 3 other families and we have all left dissatisfied.

In regard to Tag Gymnastic recent respond I need to clarify!
First of all two different things happened, I DID sing the waiver and registration when we first ARRIVED not what you are stating!

That is the only reason one of your staff members gave my son and his therapist a wrist band to enter the class and I said I would come back to pay as we where already late and he agreed, a few minutes later I came back to pay and then we talked, I was telling you that the couch needed help and you sent another couch to the class.

In the mean while the staff member who I talked at the moment we arrived and gave me the yellow paper was talking with one of the class parents, so he came and in front of me whispered you something, and after that you explained to me my child could not continue to stay in that class. It was obviously that after the parents took their kid out the class came and complaing about my son's "Inappropriate behavior"

What happened after we already had a conversation with the lady was separate, she had been making out loud comments directed to my child when we first arrived and the class started.

She even couldn’t wait 5 mnts what probably took my son to engage the class and I NEVER said anything to her, only when I returned to get my son as you did not want him in that class because she complaind, then I told her> your such an ass… and she answered> shut up! so I did what any other parent would do..
You shut up!! and mention de F word accompanied by the word mother.
I know is not the most appropriate way, but remember we are talking about my 5 years old son and at that point I was very sad and frustraded, at the time she was deserving of what I said to her.

Now you make it sound like I had an aggressive behavior towards other parents and that was not the case Sr. , get your facts straight as the rest of the parents when I arrived again at the class to take out my son where telling me NOT to go, this is unfair...

With all due respect, the truth of what happened will probably not come out as nothing your are describing is even close, this was never about what happened with that lady, but about the way you handled the situation even before I had the commotion as you call it!

You did not want my kid in the class because it wasn’t an autistic class, you are not telling people that before I arrived I had already spoken with one of your staff members by phone about my autistic child and ASKING if he could have his therapist as a shadow with him, so the staff member asked and agreed that he could attend the class, we didn’t just show up!
It was previously arranged.

Lack of communication with your staff members that later resulted in you telling me he couldn’t be there before anything else happened!

For the record at the moment I told my son's therapist that we need to leave the class was running very well.

I regret I ever went to your gym and would never recommend it, you probably need to get your staff and yourself educated on how to treat people, hope you find a way to fix your lack of EMPATHY!

This review is for them as a bday venue, as none of my kids are into gymnastics. The kids had a blast, the adults were satisfied, and a lot of them will be celebrating there as well. For those that consider celebrating here, keep in mind you have 2 hrs for party and 20 minutes to set up. Your party host is busy enough with the kids, dont expect to get help from him or her. Ours was super helpful and willing to go beyond and above his job description.... but he couldn't do it all. We highly recommend them for a memorable bday party.

TAG is everything you would want from a team teaching your child. They are very professional, kind, attentive, clean and on point. The owner and his family are A+. Coaches are very well trained and take good care of each student. Coach Paul specifically is an exceptional young man. In the short time my son has taken classes he has gained self confidence, strength, self pride and motivation to name a few. He looks forward to coming to class and Coach Paul is certainly to thank. These days it’s hard to find people who really care and understand that when you are a dedicated parent you want the best for your child. I have 4 children attending Tag since 2015. My 17 year old daughter was part of the Pre Team and is now a coach and my twin daughters started mommy and me at 18 months. Today my 3 kids train 3x a week and they love being there. They even ask to go every Saturday at parents night out. I'm a huge fan and appreciate their work. They are very serious, professional, dear to children and know how to plan the future of children who want to continue as athletes. As a family-run company (father and children who were all athletes and are every day at the counter serving clients and teaching), they have important values ​​to be shared with our children and coaches. We hosted a birthday party here recently and were overall disappointed. First and foremost, the AC was broken (yet again). I’ve been to several birthday parties here and that seems to be the norm. It is extremely odd and coincidental that the last two parties I’ve been to, the AC had issues, both past and present. I’ve never been to TAG and felt comfortable, always hot and sweating, let alone in the peak of summer. When I brought this up to the owner he basically shrugged his shoulders and mentioned “the party before you managed” which is completely irrelevant and unacceptable and he didn’t seem to care at all. Also, 30 minutes to set up is not an ample amount of time at all. We were also told we would have two coaches hosting the party, granted we know they are hired teenagers for this but there was no structure whatsoever and I found myself doing most of the work. There is just no heart in it from this owner and the gym and why throw parties if you don’t make it memorable for the right reasons. After years of experience as both a guest and party host, this will be my last time hosting. Please do better for future families.

Do not book a birthday party here, they bait and switch. I sighed a contract and verbally spoke with Mike. Tag USA wants you to stay in their “party room “ for 45 minutes. That’s the switch , “You don’t have to spend the hole 45 minutes in the room” I was told when I booked (Mike) but when it’s time for the party they refuse to honor the verbal and written contract. Party room is concrete walls with spatter paint with 4 tables that are dusty and dirty, We had to clean the room ourselves and wipe down these tables and chairs before we put tablecloths on. No chairs for adults. Party’s are 2 hours. They only have 1:15 minutes on the floor and 45 minutes in this dirty “party room”. Almost $400, my opinion it’s not worth it.

For beginners and intermediate, most of the instructors are very young and very few of them are mature enough to "guide" kids. The instructors keep changing so the kids get confused. Not all instructors teach the same movements so when they are teaching something new, they "assume" the kid knows what to do instead of actually "teaching" them and explaining them. Sometimes there are too many kids in one class.
It is a great set up and has great equipment. The advance group seems more structure, but the beginners and intermediate, not so much.
The 'school days off' is NOT structure at all like they claim. I asked my child what they did all day and my child said: "Whatever we wanted. No classes."
This place is all about the money and if there is a problem, BECAREFUL; they will tell you they will return your money and drag it, but you won't see your money back.

Took my toddlers there for weeks, they had a great time. The teachers were kind and patient. The frustration comes from being unable to get an invoice, callback or email after asking for over a month. Phone calls, when they don’t go to voicemail (that is already full) are answered with “he’s not here right now call later”, or “I’ll take a message and he’ll call back.” But no callback. When I do get Mike on the phone it is met with “come by next week.” Coming in person that week is met with “why didn’t you call before driving out here? It’s not ready yet, you should have called first”. Today I called and was given a specific window of time to come by, and when I arrived at the agreed time I was once again told “he’s not here and he didn’t leave any message, come back next week.”
I understand it is year end and items are first come first serve, but interactions like these will cause folks to take their family and hard earned money to another gym.

What to expect from TAG USA. Answer is simple: Excellency, best customer service and people that care for your kids. That my dear reader, is hard, like really hard to achieve in South Florida. I do not say this lightly. For this a major shot-out to the people making this happening. Specially Mike, who took care of my chosen-one (baby girl) today. She was the first little person who picked up on how serious and caring was on her instructors and could tell right of the bat that they knew what were they doing.
When you see professionalism mixed with well run ship. You know there is peace of mind for you as a parent and success is part of the equation for the well being of the kids that grow stronger in the inner believe. Knowing that they can conquer themselves but putting the hard work and becoming the best they can be. Coach's will polish them and produce something they didn't know they have in it. Far away from electronics and living life like we should. Making friends, building a team and if that its not enough here is the big one.
They offer the secret formula to keep any relation alive: I call it sanity. On Saturdays from 6:30pm to 10:00pm drop your kids in good hands and run to have a good time with you better halve. If you do not use this wild card you will remember this review and wonder why things are like they are. Be proactive, get the heck out and enjoy while the kids drop their last drop of energy and sleep late next day. Magic formula? Noup, just use what you got and make the best out of it.

We really wanted to send the child to gymnastics, but having visited the first lesson we had not the best impressions. Beginners are taught by very young and inexperienced coaches! It seems they themselves do not know where to start and where to go. My child was the first time and did not know how make a wheel and roll over on a horizontal line, but no one even showed her how to do it. On the very first day she fell head down when she tried to do it herself !! I think this is irresponsible! First, you probably need to understand what the child can do and then guide him.

This seems like it would have been a really fun place for my kids to go but unfortunately I’ve tried to get info and called 3 times and emailed and I’ve never gotten a response back. When I call, I always get told I’ll get emailed info and I never hear back which is a bit of a red flag Signal for me. It’s too bad because I would’ve liked to explore this as an option.
I heard good things about this place and that’s why I called but I guess I’m just not lucky and didn’t have the same experience. I can’t call again because I would feel like a nuisance at this point. I’ll explore other places.

I took my son to a "paid trial class" on a Wednesday. He really enjoyed it, so I went to the front desk to enroll him starting next Monday. To my surprise, they wanted to charge 2 days from the current week. I asked how is it possible to charge me 2 days for the current week, one day being the paid trial and the other day being the previous Monday (a date 2 days before I even signed a contract, waiver or had even visited them). Apparently the payment from the paid trial would be deducted (mmmm ok), but what about the previous Monday!!!! They were unable to explain the reason or math behind this logic, or if time travel was possible..... They simply said I could recover the class (recover something that I never lost, because I wasn't a client at the time). I just walked away. Its not about the extra 36 dollars they were trying to charge, its about doing business transparently.

BTW: I´m not bitter about this... if someone reaches out to me with a clear explanation, I will happily change my rating and take my son back. The 2 stars I did give was (1) for cool facilities and (2) for the welcoming teacher Alessandro that gave the class.

Update: Problem solved, paid fair value and now enjoying their services!

Had our son’s 5th birthday there recently and not only was the place immaculately clean, Harrison and his staff were on point from the moment we walked in to set up, to the moment we left. We just had our son's 5th birthday party there and it could not have gone better. Every person was commenting on how nice and clean this place was, how super helpful the staff was, and how much fun the kids had. They are very organized in running parties smoothly and I would do another party here again for sure! We booked the largest room and it was very worth it so we had lots of space for the guests and kids. Harrison and the entire team made everything easy for us from helping set up the decorations, to serving the pizza, helping serve the cake, and helping with clean-up! I highly recommend!!

We have 3 kids and have been enjoying TAG for years. We have had birthday parties here several times. The staff has always been wonderful, EXTREMELY attentive (actively walking around offering additional pizza to the kids & parents) and proactive with cleaning. At the end, they have always loaded up presents, balloons & coolers on carts and assisted in transporting them to our vehicle.
Regarding the gym...it's HUGE and always very clean. Our youngest just turned 7 and Marina has been her coach. Marina is a true gem and our daughter has excelled and has definitely acquired skills and confidence to advance to the next level.
All of our interaction with staff & management has always been great. We have never experienced anything negative with multiple kids who have been involved in their program. There are some reviews here that just unbelievable to me and seem completely made up.
As a dad of 3, I easily recommend TAG to everyone

We love TAG! My daughter has been there for the past three years and still enjoys going there every day! They have a wonderful aftercare program led by Ms. Melissa. She’s the most caring, compassionate person who always makes sure the kids are safe and happy. The classes are great and challenging! My daughter moved up quickly and joined a competitive team for a season. The summer camp is fun, reasonably priced, and so conveniently located. Love this place ...we have been going for years...back when they were in a warehouse next to home depot! The 5 parties we have had there were organized and structured to our needs. My 6 year old goes twice a week for gymnastics and her coaches are fantastic and very attentive. It. Certainly isn't the cheapest...but it's worth it! The reason I chose TAG again was during a trial period...an acquaintance recommended another place in cooper city and the coaches were also young but on their cell phones and joking with each other and too much down time, that was it for me! If I was going to pay all this money for gymnastics then I want their undivided attn! so I went back to TAG! If you are on the fence...they will let you take a trial class and see if you and your child like it. Hope this review helps.

The front desk staff are amazing, but I feel as if the staff helping the kids are not that intintive to the kids. I may be wrong, but I brought my daughter into Summer Camp and she fell and hit her nose so bad that she had a bad rash and a cut. I didn’t receive even a phone call and when I asked if anything was put on it they said no! Not even ice. I’m not a “hover parent” and never have been but when I’m at work I would like to know my children are in the best care and their needs are being met if anything was to happen.

This is one of the hardest reviews I have done because the owner was always very nice; however, it is my job to accurately describe what attending his gym has truly been like. This is the most expensive gym I have talked to. My daughter attended this gym for just a year and a half but it wasn’t just the dollar amount that turned us off. If you need to budget your funds to make everything happen this is most likely not the gym for you. When she made team I knew there would be additional fees so I asked for a simple estimate that I understood could change but I was told not to worry about the additional fees as they were nominal and there would be plenty of fundraising to help cover costs. There was not a single fundraiser even after I offered to head a very profitable fundraiser I had done successfully for another group my daughter was involved in. Not only that but everything is ridiculously overcharged to the unknowing parents who just want the best for their athlete. We paid a $57 USAG fee when she was on Xcel and USAG was advertising the Xcel athlete price for the year at $25. We also paid $142 for the gym membership fee which USAG advertises at $160 for the entire gym’s one year fee (not a per athlete fee) and each of the coaches membership fees would have been $15. 3 coaches for the year would have been $45 total split between all athletes. The leo, warmup and bag were around $900!?! The meet fees were average. The coaches fees are the highest of any gym I’ve experienced but that’s partly due to almost all of the meets being more than 3hrs away. The gym seems to hold girls back intentionally, which may be the reason for so many “champions”. More isn’t always better. Imagine Babe Ruth playing against little leagues, of course he’s going to stomp them. Every skill that my daughter learned over the last year was taught either by me (and I’m not even a former gymnast much less a coach) or self taught from YouTube. I felt I had to hire a private coach in order for her to advance her skills which should not be the case, especially considering I paid over $6000/year for her to attend what was supposed to be the best gym in South Florida. The coaches had their favorites who they would pay attention to while the rest of the girls had no guidance. When they did something incorrect they were not given a breakdown of what they did wrong, just that it was not right. They also never discussed ways they could improve their scores. They did not work on drills to obtain new skills even after the competition season was over. The gym did not seem to value any of the girls who had not been in their gym since they were babies. They have the least amount of hours in the gym when compared to any other gym in the area for the same level schedule. (xcel bronze to xcel bronze, silver to silver etc) There was very little conditioning which is much needed for the advancement of the athletes. There were not enough coaches per athlete for the year my daughter was on Xcel there. There are a good number of employees who are exceptional. One in particular is Coach Valerie but unfortunately we only saw her during open gym. The desk staff such as Harrison were always great. In fact, most of the staff was very nice but if your athlete is serious about gymnastics you may want to consider a gym with a higher coach to athlete ratio. My biggest complaint in their staff was the fact that coaches would talk on the gym floor in a negative manner about athletes. That should be an absolute no, regardless of whether that particular athlete is in earshot or not. As for the issues with others attending the gym, you will find those crappy people everywhere but there are plenty of good ones to outweigh the crappy ones. Finally, the communication was horrible and only got worse when the team coordinator moved out of state. It took days for them to respond to emails, if they even responded, even though they were clearly on email sending out notices to re-register. $$$ Overall I regret to say I would never recommend this gym.

I spoke to Monica about my concerns and the fact bathrooms are not cleaned enough (sometimes is impossible to use it) , you can’t have a small bathroom for the large amount of kids they have and not to have it cleaned constantly, also groups are getting bigger and Coaches can pay enough attention to all kids at the same time, we need to reduce the amount of kids per groups and have more groups to have better control and dedicate adequate time for all kids. After-school program kids are sometimes running and hanging out in the area where parents are watching their kids making it unnecessary crowded and uncomfortable for a person who wish to see the little precious one doing gymnastic. Front desk personnel and coaches are GREAT, I just think management needs to be on top of everything to make TAG USA a better place.

Was not happy at all with the classes here. They are run by young girls who are texting on their phones and talking while the kids teach themselves. They are probably underpaid. This place is like a factory . In the nine months my daughter went there I never witnessed any actual attention or help. Her gymnastics only got better from watching girls in more advanced classes. This place is not a safe place to send your child. Also we left our kids there for parents night out and they were yelled at constantly by the coaches who never went over the rules. If I had 0 stars I would. Tried to book a room 2 weeks ago and their system was down. Their employee Brooke took our information down and said they would reserve it for us. Come to find out now, it's been booked just recently by someone else. We sent out invitations, booked services for that local, etc. Now we are left with no help from them and a "good luck" to you attitude. We also spoke to Wendy, which resolved nothing. TAG USA is not only a training ground for Olympic Gold Medalist Gymnasts, but it is also a great place for after-school program, weekend activity for children, and for children to celebrate their birthday parties. Everyone, from Marissa and Michael Zoldan, to the Coaches, to the volunteers, are top notch and all around the nicest people I know.
A very straight forward operation, transparent and a very safe place to leave our children to enjoy a great time, build their confidence, self-worth, motivation, discipline and excellence. Tag Usa gymnastics is an amazing place to be for all ages. The huge facility offers so many great things and makes you feel right at home. They have the best after school program, tramp and tumbling, girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, cheer leading, rhythmic gymnastics, camps and are currently building a parkour/ninja section. Most of my time after school is spent there and there's no place I'd rather be. I train on the with the Xcel Platinum team and every girl is super sweet and caring. Tag Usa has top notch coaches that motivate every kid to try their hardest and do their best! It's the perfect place to have a birthday party. They also have a great open gym night to give parents the night out. Mike Zoldan, the owner of the best gym in Weston, takes care of everything. Whenever I have an 8am practice, or go to open gym till 10pm, he is always there to over see and make sure everything runs smoothly. He takes great care and pride of the gym and I am so proud and ecstatic that I get to go and train there.

I would abosultley recommend this gym for anyone! Considering it's respectful staff members as well as the front office staff. I'm so glad to be a part of a safe, friendly, organized, and determined gym! They are constantly making new improvements for the benefit of the gymnasts along with the parents. They provide many options for your son/daughter to take. Such as Rythmic gymnastics,Trampoline and tumbling,mommy and me, cheerleading, girls competitive, boys competitive, and much more! They provide the needed equipment for each class.

I am a level 9, 13 year old gymnast and on the optional team. I was part of an amazing compulsory team which won multiple state champion titles. Also I have won multiple individual state championships in all around. This year i had the opportunity to go to North Carolina for the 2016 Regionals with my fellow teammates. I was the level 8 regional champion! With the outstanding, professional, and supportive coaches. I was glad to have them by my side. In my 7 years of my gymnastics career this is the only gymnastics facility i've trained at. And i adore and love this caring gymnastics training center, TAG USA.

We made an appointment by the phone 1 week ago for toddler trial class and called them 1 day before of the class to check everything is ok.. Stuff member didnt take our names on the phone even we asked they need names. Lady said no need names, that was ok too..Me and my friend was in there on the time with our 13 months and 17 months old toddlers. But they said they don't have any class for that day for!She said they ve 2 year old class so she cant do anything.When I asked them, " we called you a week ago and you said.." She stopped me and said "you didn't talk with me" Oh well..

Don't waist your time, they don't ve any idea what they are doing there..

My daughter is on level 1 at TAG and absolutely loves it! We have been away on vacation in NY and she cannot wait to come back for gymnastics practice and in addition to team practice, wants to go to TAG camp as well! I love it too, as there is total visibility to watch all the exciting gymnasts while sitting in the gym.

TAG USA is a great gym-- As an Optionals Level gymnast, I spend most of my time there, or so it seems :) I couldn't think of a better place to be! Mike Zoldan runs his large facility seamlessly and is always on the cutting edge, making TAG one of the leading gyms in the nation. He is constantly making changes and improvements to benefit everyone. I am proud to say that TAG is most definitely my home away from home :)

We had signed up our daughter to attend this gymnastic camp and I got to say it has been a very bad experience. From the stuff not being nice or helpful to having our kids being taken care of by inexperience high school kids who they look like they don't know what they're doing and most importantly they don't know your child from another.

It always has been a big headache and waste of time trying to check out your child since no one knows who your child is and numerous of times not even asking for my ID especially when that does not look nothing like daughter. Forget about the parking, what parking. We had mentioned to the owner why are doing their staff parking in the few 10 spots in front of the business when their customers who are looking for place to park or having to double park in the streets which is not safe for anyone.

I think his business especially during the summer stress about money they don't care anything about our kids order safety my vice to any parents next summer please do not go here for the look for other Camstar numerous of bad at camp more attentive, small accounts with people that know what they're doing.

Great gym with great people. The front desk is awesome and it trickles down to the coaches. These bad reviews are surprising to me, as for me I've never had a bad experience. Go see for yourself before you believe these reviews!

TAG USA is by far the most amazing gymnastics gym I have ever been to! All 3 of my children have been going to TAG since before they could walk, and they absolutely love it! My husband and I have very busy work schedules and are so thankful to be able to drop the kids off for camp, classes, and parent date night : ) It's always a pleasure to be greeted by smiling faces, the staff are so pleasant and helpful. We really feel like we're apart of the family.

My daughters absolutely love it! Michael Zoldan is so nice and all coaches are so sweet but really help teach teach them. My older daughter is in the intermediate girls 5-7 and she has gained so many skills. I checked a few other gyms out and this one was the best by far. We have been with them for about 6 months and the air is always working! So disregard all previous comments about no air. Also this gym has the best view of all gyms I have been to. (Probably the largest too) No matter where my girls are I can always see them. I love that!

If you are looking for a quality gymnastics facility, you can find it at TAG USA. My daughter has a LOT of energy and we were looking for an activity to help her channel that energy into something productive ... (rather than just driving me nuts. heh). We tried ballet, my daughter was bored within the first twenty minutes. On a whim, my husband and I signed our daughter up for a ten week beginner's program at TAG ... and our lives have never been the same.

From the very first day we visited the TAG facility, we were amazed with just about everything. The classes are extremely cost effective, we signed on for only two visits a week, one hour each. After our daughter's first lesson, the coach came out and spoke to me. Not a "Oh, your daughter is doing great, see you next class" talk ... but I had the feeling that she was really speaking to me ... as a parent and as a human being. I didn't feel like cattle being herded out of the gym. The coach anxious to get to the next "wallet-wielding" class.

Four years later, and we are more enthralled than ever. Throughout the years, we have gotten to know the owners, Mike and Marissa Zoldan. They have shown that they TRULY care about the sport and even MORE about the children. My kid ... they know her name and are ALWAYS encouraging.

The rest of the staff are an amazing group of people. Silvina, the front desk guru is always professional and polite. Elizabeth, who heads up After-care program, you can't help but smile when she walks up to you because you know she is going to tell you something about your kid that is going to crack you up.

Coaches are BEYOND top notch ... we currently have Olympian Alicia Sacramone Quinn and UCLA superstar Kristina Comforte Coach Laurie has done amazing things with the T&T team. She has taken team to the national championships and walked away with champions!!

The facility is HUGE and yes, there are a lot of people who attend, but saying that ... i have always experienced that the TAG staff has treated me ... and more importantly, my children as individuals. We now consider TAG as family.

Staff is very helpful even with my thousand and one questions! That is hard to find... My daughter loves doing her gymnastics on Saturday with her favorite coach, Amanda! Putting her in gymnastics has definitely helped her gain confidence. Sometimes we stay after class and watch the team practice. They are incredible! Thanks to the vending machine, now I'm addicted to veggie straw chips! Overall great experience so far, might have her do twice a week soon.

unfortunately we picked this place to host our son's 7th birthday...something was wrong with the AC that day and the temperature inside the gym was around 97 degrees!!!!! The worst part was not the situation with the AC since we understand things can go wrong...the worst part was the owner's atitude when we asked him about what was happening, he simply said that was the normal temperature for the gym room and that nothing was wrong with the AC. We had been there for a couple of other birthday parties and that IS NOT the normal temperature AT ALL...actually we went back 10 days after for another birthday party and the temperature was 72 degrees.
We tried to have a civilize conversation with the owner after that day but unfortunately he continue ignoring us not answering our calls and when he finally contacted us he keep saying nothing went wrong that day...It was just amazing to see such a terrible atitude coming from a very successful gym owner with so many reconized athletes of all ages...VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED...TAG USA NEVER AGAIN that is for sure.

FILTHY and DISORGANIZED.
If you want to ruin your kids bday party rent one of their salons. Air conditioning wasnt running, only people in charge are inexperienced teenagers who they are only interested in collecting your money. If you pay to put your face in the cover of a magazine every month, be ready to answer the phone when a customer complains and dont hide behind a secretary.
I wont be coming back to TAG USA GYMNASTIC and I will tell my story to every friend in the small town of Weston.

Love ittt I have not been to this gymnastics thing befor but im thinking about trying it the pictures are awesome and I think im going to there because my friends go there and I want to see them more often so thats why also you people are mean (people who hate it but never tryde) you SHOULD cuz I havnt either and im going to try it.
