This is THE best facility in South Tampa for personal and fitness training. The trainers use science based dynamic movement training programs that adapt to all skill sets, genders and ages. The facility is large, well kept and comfortable with modern equipment and ample parking nearby. Cross Fit classes are also offered in the hybrid facility.

I started working out with Michelle about ten years ago. Since then, I have watched her perfect her craft and open one of the best gyms I’ve ever experienced—and that’s saying something for an old ex-military guy. The equipment is up to date, challenging, and clean. It is obvious this gym was put together by a perfectionist who cares about every detail. The trainers know their business better than any I’ve ever worked with. Mike, the trainer/nutritionist, knows his topic backwards and forwards. This is the perfect place to get into the best shape you can be in.

I’ve been working out at Tampa Movement Lab in there primal strength classes since early last year. I’m stronger, fit in my clothes better, and feel healthier and happier than I have in years. All 57 years old and coming from many years of not exercising. It’s been truly life changing! Thank you Michelle, Todd and everyone else at Tampa Movement Lab.
