I have been an avid TBLB goer for almost 3 years now. My entire family loves TBLB..Sam & Travis have done such an amazing job with this gym and you can tell how much they care about their clients. It is one of the only gyms in Vero that offers childcare and you can tell they the babysitters in the gym love my kids like their own. The classes are so good I even got my husband in the gym with me too now. My entire family is there on Saturdays together and we all look forward to it. Weight training, boxing, microformer and open gym. It’s a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere that we adore. Thanks for keeping us strong!

Dropped into a fitness class while in FL and it was great! Sam was so nice and explained everything and even gave me a pair of socks when I forgot mine. Class was challenging but she was encouraging and I did feel great afterwards!

Love this gym! The owners are amazing and really know their stuff. They offer classes, training and boxing for all levels, Including boxing classes for kids 4 and up. All trainers are knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness.
