Such a beautiful studio! I went in this morning for my first class, and I felt so welcomed the moment I walked through the door. I've been to a lot of studios in the Tampa Bay area, and this one definitely gave the best first impression. The class was great, and the instructor was super knowledgeable and motivating. I went to my first class and have never felt more welcome! The studio space is gorgeous and bright. The teacher, Elicia, was so personable and gave great instruction while being super encouraging! This was one of the best classes I’ve been to. The location is clean, beautiful and they have showers! Great location with plenty of parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Let me tell you my abs, hips, thighs oh my. I’m going to be sore but the good type. I’m glad I attended and will continue to do so as scheduling permits. Thanks Jessica and Chloe for allowing me this opportunity. I had a lot of fun and the sweat well that was a byproduct of how good the class was.

This is the first workout that I’ve been able to stick with. The classes are challenging and engaging, and anyone is able to modify the exercises to fit their needs. I love the hands on adjustments to keep me in form and the challenge options that help me level up my exercises. All of this is great but none of it compares to the friendships and community that I’ve found at this studio. They truly care about all of their clients. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the studio. It’s become my haven and I can’t recommend it enough.

The Bar Method Tampa is the best place for a full body workout! It’s gentle on my joints but challenging for my muscles. It’s a sustainable form of exercise that I know my body can handle for years to come. I can’t recommend this facility highly enough. I absolutely love this place. I favor high intensity workouts (HIIT training, weight lifting, running), but they often leave me feeling physically drained and sore. I need something challenging - but that doesn't break my body. The workouts at this studio are challenging, isolate all the right muscle groups, and get your heart rate up - without destroying your body in the process. I feel so great when I leave! The staff and instructors are SO kind and personable - making me feel welcomed from day 1 (even though I routinely join from ClassPass and am not a member). I recommend this studio to all my fitness-loving friends!

Fantastic work out and community here at Bar Method Tampa! The mark of a good studio is based on ownership, instructors and the facility itself. The tone starts with ownership - they are absolutely fantastic, and foster a positive and welcoming culture and atmosphere. Almost every weekend they have fun vendors come in - coffee, snacks, massages, drips, shopping vendors, silent auction. It’s always so fun. They are also reasonable and accommodating with requests. The instructors are all fantastic too. Knowledgeable, inspiring and funny (looking at you, Mo!). I love those tiny adjustments. With membership, you have the option to take the live class times virtually. So you can still stick to your work out even when you are traveling or can’t make it into studio. That is a huge plus. The facilities are excellent as well. The main room is large with great mirrors, always spotless, plenty of lockers, showers with amenities, and plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!

I look forward to every workout even at 6:15am and I always feel great after! I hadn’t consistently worked out in years and now over a year since joining I’m going to classes 3-5 times a week. I love this barre studio. I used to do HIIT programs like OTF and CrossFit for years but over the last year or so it’s started to wear on my hip flexors. This workout program is low impact but you definitely feel every inch of your muscles muscles working! I used to power clean 100+ weights no problem. But working with 2-3 lbs and my arms are screaming but they’ve toned up so fast, even faster than the other workouts I’ve done previously! What sold me though is the studio team. Every instructor exudes personality, knows your name, and is attentive with your form to make sure you are getting the best out of everything. Also, parking is pretty especially in the morning. If it is crowded, there a free parking garage that’s safe a pretty close. Come join the Bar Method family!!

I love this studio! The form and method of exercise are safe but very challenging. I have noticed great changes in my body in the month and a half that I have taken the classes. Everyone is super friendly and patient. So far I have taken classes with Terri, Chloe, Mo and Jenny. They are all extraordinary teachers. They call corrections and make practical adjustments and that is very helpful in improving form and efficiency in these exercises. I recommend a membership here 150 percent! Extra Perks: If you can't make it to the studio, you can take live streaming classes as a member and they have fun stuff for members every month!

Wonderful environment where you can strengthen, heal, and transform your body with the guidance of the extraordinary studio instructors. You are given corrections and modifications to maintain proper alignment and prevent injury. I am having a great time getting my workout in. This place is very motivating, personalized (because they positively correct your form so it’s productive). I have been coming since October and just signed up for a year. I am really happy that all the instructors are super professional and each a little different.

I can not explain the love I have for this group of amazing people! I was able to go to bar method regularly a few years ago when my sister Alexis was an ambassador (her words) I went from an XL to a medium shirt in like 3 months going 3x a week. And didn't really lose weight but INCHES! I have never felt healthier. I wish I could afford to go back regularly again because I've put on more weight after my youngest but with COVID I can't really budget it in. Please please please give this place a try. I've been doing Bar Method for a little over a year now and I cannot rave enough about this place. All of the staff and instructors are extremely sweet and encouraging and the classes are phenomenal. The instructors really assist if you need to modify a position or a move for whatever reason (health reasons, pregnancy, etc.) and are always providing constructive feedback for how to improve your move, which I love. I've been to a few barre studios before and this is hands down the one where I feel most accepted, at home, and not judged at all! Everyone needs to give them a try! And your body will thank you :)

Love this place!!! The instructors are like highly encouraging drill sergeants making you laugh and sweat at the same time. They are in your face while telling you what a great butt you have. Because they tweak your positioning as needed, you will feel a DEFINITE difference in your body. I went thinking it would be comparable to the years of ballet I had. Yeah, NO. This is a workout and a half with no tutus in sight. LOVE IT!!!

Bar Method is a great workout that is safe for the joints. I have done about 10 classes and I can already feel a big difference. I am 63 with a lower back injury, so strengthening my core is important, but must be done carefully. Bar Method is perfect!

I have been coming to Bar Method a while now. I use it to supplement my workouts. At first I used it to get ready for my wedding because I was bored with what I was doing and wanted to try something new. Now I just add on to what I am already doing to mix up my routine.

I like it because I have a dance background and it has very similar exercises to those of ballet. Although you do not need dance experience to take bar method, it lets me tap back into those muscles I forgot. They have classes ranging from basic to advanced. I mostly come to bar move and have tried bar restore. Those are my two favorites. I wish they had more of the move/advanced classes at times that I could make with my traditional work schedule.

The class has all ranges of exercise levels and is low impact. Don’t let that deter you because it is hard! It uses muscle tension and isomeric holds to get deep in the muscle. That’s why I like it. It challenges my physique in a different way. I am 100 classes in (which it took me 2 years to do) and still feel the workouts. Mo is my favorite teacher followed by Lucia. They are opposite in their styles though!

My only area of opportunity for them is there is a little favoritism at times. You can tell that they cater to their club members vs those that come occasionally. I have hit a milestone recently and it went unnoticed. Just an observation! I still like the teachers there and they are all really nice and fun. I miss the dance classes they had sometimes! I would love to come more when my budget/schedule allows me too. For now I manage one time a week sometimes two.

Greatest of all barre studios in Tampa (and I have tried a quite a few). Found my place: this is barre both efficient and effective. The instructors are great at providing guidance and correcting form. The studio offers classes for various intensity levels and preferences and at very convenient hours for those with a full schedule. And then, there is a sense of community, of caring for each and every member, which makes one feels it belongs.

Love the classes as they are challenging but safe for your joints, tendons, and ligaments. I had ACL surgery so I’m very picky about taking classes that have safety in mind but still give a great workout. I love that they offer noon classes because I work at night and can’t wake up early enough for the morning ones. Everyone here is super friendly, the front desk, instructors, and the members who come in to workout. They’ve fostered a great community here so I will continue to take classes! Also if you have gympass through your employer they are on there which makes it more affordable.

As someone who is NOT a workout fanatic, I've been absolutely loving Bar Method. I appreciate that it's clearly directed but you're not being barked orders at, you feel it working in your body, but everything is safe and low impact, plus the staff and members are all super fun and friendly. I am not athletic or particularly coordinated but since day one, I never felt like I was making a fool of myself since every exercise has it's own ways to modify if you need to work up to that level or challenge yourself if you're wanting to increase the effort. I've only been going a short while and can already see my posture and flexibility improving and I'm fitting into once snug shorts a little bit more comfortably!

I went to the Bar Method on a whim with a local moms group and fell in LOVE! Obviously my out of shape post baby body had to work really hard just to complete the workout but the instructors are upbeat and motivating and most importantly there to help you achieve your goals safely, they are huge on posture and form and will help you adjust as needed to keep your body safe while also getting the upmost from your workout. I signed up for the unlimited that same day and returned every day after, even twice one day! My body began to crave the muscle burning intensity and quickly has become the best “me time”! The Bar Method makes working out enjoyable - I don't know how they did it but honestly, it's amazing. These are seemingly simple workouts but they really kick your butt while giving you a nice one - and the best part is, you barely sweat! Let me be clear, I was NOT in shape even a little bit before I came to bar method. I’ve only been here for 3 weeks but I can already see abs coming in and my calves are returning to the glory of my younger days. I can’t wait to see what I can become!

There are not enough great things to say about barre. Not only is it an amazing workout that you work muscles you’ve never worked before but the girls that teach are all so wonderful and fun that you just keep coming back.

I have done so many other workouts but ended up not sticking with them. It’s one thing to workout but it’s another to workout and have fun. And I’ve been going consistently for over a year now and see so much improvement in my posture, my muscles, my strength, everything!

I started going to the Bar Method about 4 years ago. I was just recently engaged and decided to attend a bridal event with one of my girl friends put on at the studio. Immediately after my first class I knew this was the exercise I needed to get in shape for my wedding! It was a little pricey so we bounced around different studios with groupons/new member deals but ultimately we just weren't as happy as we were at the Bar Method. I was about to start pharmacy school and knew I needed to find a workout that I could really stick to. I knew that once I got busy I would have a hard time getting to the gym or on a run like I had time to in college. The Bar Method makes the most of my hour both mentally and physically so I always make time for it!

The past year at the Bar Method has done exactly what I hoped it would – provided an opportunity to maintain and improve fitness AND the best mental break from studying. Sometimes in college I would feel guilty the whole time I worked out for taking away so much study time. At Bar Method class I don’t have time to think about it since I’m constantly going through the checklist – posture, shoulders, abs, tuck, repeat! It’s the best way to rest my mind from outside stressors. I also love the community at the studio. I always appreciate when the instructors and staff ask me about what’s going on in my life and I’ve enjoyed getting to know wonderful clients too!

Since I came from a dance background, I knew all about the lean, elongated muscles we aim for in Bar Method. In high school and college I added on activities that gave more of the ‘bulk’ muscle. I have loved the opportunity to reconnect with the isometric movements and stretching and it has really changed the way my muscles look and feel.

The Bar Method is not only a great work out but feels like a second home. I have never been a gym person and never understood "those people" that HAD to go to get their workout in on a regular basis. The Bar Method has totally turned me into one of "those people". I went from zero workouts to going 3-4 times per week. Bar is helping me to become a better person and embrace a healthier lifestyle. The instructors are great & push you when you really need it. The studio and the people are amazing. When I walk I'm greeted by name & have a feeling of serenity. The Bar Method is no joke, these classes are tough and provide an intense, full-body workout. The facility is clean and modern with many amenities. There are a variety of classes and times available, which makes exercising before or after work very easy. The instructors are highly trained and very personable. After my first Bar Method class more than 3 years ago, I have yet to find another workout that I enjoy this much! I would recommend it to anyone. No matter what your fitness experience and no matter what your fitness goal, Bar Method is for you. Bar Method targets muscles that conventional exercises and equipment neglect, and there's an emphasis on stretching as well. I love this studio. I've tried other "bar(re) brands" - the instructors at Bar Method Tampa make you work while fixing your form, helping you learn better body awareness, encouraging you, and making you laugh. I expected that my muscle tone and flexibility would improve (and these have) - I didn't realize how much my posture would improve. This has made such a difference in reducing shoulder and hip pain I get from working long hours at my desk!

I love going to Bar Method Tampa. Like many people, after years of running and other high impact (and often injury causing) workouts, I was searching for something that was low impact but effective. My muscles are noticeable leaner and stronger from these classes. But my favorite thing about Bar Method Tampa is the wonderful staff. While I love the workout, I honestly believe that the main reason I keep showing up for class is these ladies! The front desk staff and instructors know everyone who comes to the studio by name, and I know I can always count on the awesome instructors to motivate me to keep on pushing or to make me laugh right when I'm on the verge of giving up on a tough exercise. I say this as someone who hates exercising. I cannot imagine my life without this workout. It's intense, addictive and effective. In the 3 years I've been going to the Tampa studio, I've gone from a size 16 to a size 4 with The Bar Method being my only workout.
