I had an excellent experience with Stefanie Benaim, I was looking for a nutritionist for a while to teach me how to eat healthy without going hungry and at the same time loose weight which I was not able to do on my own.

I’ve been wanting to change my lifestyle for a while — to improve my habits, energy, and overall quality of life. A month ago, I started working with Stefanie, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I am on week 4 of the program and I can already see results! After 6+ years of not exercising, I was feeling like a stranger in my own body. Since becoming a mother, I focused 100% of my attention to my kids, their nutrition and their needs. I’m 62 years old and I wasn’t sure that I was up to the 30 day challenge but I finished it. I feel great and it has had an amazing effect on my life.
When I first started the 30 day challenge, I was concerned about completing the strenuous workout as well as preparing the food properly but JP was there every step of the way. It took me about a week to get the hang of preparing my meals in a very clean and natural way. I experimented with different herbs, fruits and vegetables to enhance my dishes and satisfy my palate. Once I figured it out, it was a piece of cake. I felt the effects of eating healthier almost immediately within the first week. There was no more bloating and discomfort in my stomach, and I had a more energy. I’m thankful that I took the challenge, I completed the challenge and met my goals.

Last year I set a personal goal to be as fit as ever in 2024. After working out at a local gym for nearly 3 years, I saw progress but failed to see the results I was seeking. So, after I was referred by a friend, I started my road to a healthier me on 4/22/2024 at 200lbs. My short term goal was to lose 10lbs 30 days after. My long term goal was to be in the best physical shape ever by September 2024. I joined the Studio and became immediately interested and committed to the customized nutritional advice and workout program. What I learned about eating?
A healthy diet makes everything else work. Plan and prep ahead will ensure that you will always have nutritional food available, keeping you on track.
Workouts?
Push yourself and work at your own pace and you will see how your conditioning improves. First 2 weeks can be tough but doable, other members are there to support you and cheer you on.
By the 3 and 4th week, you will be rocking and rolling, you will see how a good diet and a great workout changes your body and mind.

Always available to assist and answer questions. The program is built around you and your goals. I cannot not recommend enough that you connect and maintain open and on going communication.

I reached out to Body Bar after 4 years of a basically non existent workout routine and extra baby weight from two kids and in 4 weeks (after the 4 week challenge) I am THRILLED with the results of their program! I’ve lost twelve pounds, feel healthier and more like “myself” again. After the hour long consult, they customized a plan based on my goals and lifestyle. They are readily available throughout the day for me and communicative/supportive when I have questions about nutrition. We joined The Body Bar Studio's 4-week challenge as a couple, and it's been amazing. After both turning 40, we decided to take action, which changed our eating and exercise habits for good. We feel amazing; our weight has changed, and our bodies have unbelievably transformed in just 4 weeks.
Even though we considered ourselves a family with healthier eating habits than the average, we learned what types of foods we needed to remove and which habits needed to change. Just after a week, we felt the results and started feeling much better.
With the help of The Body Bar team and their daily follow-up, we learned what and when to eat. With personalized coaching from the team, we adapted the program to our reality and goals. Despite having different goals, we were able to create a program that works for both of us at the same time, using only one kitchen!
Today, even the kids are following us and starting to eat healthier on their own initiative.
During workouts, The Body Bar Studio team adapts the exercises based on your level and limitations. Even with years of inactivity, we were able to quickly catch up with the class.

As a mom of three toddlers, I hadn’t been prioritizing my health and fitness like I should have. It was time for change!
I wanted to lose weight, exercise, and get fit for life. I needed accountability and guidance, and it’s exactly what I found through The Body Bar Studio and with my Coach JP. He is a very motivating coach who provides great support every step of the way!
I wanted a coach who not only would train me but to also guide me with diet & nutrition. Emphasis on a clean whole food diet, clean ingredients, and a simple, easy to follow plan for a busy lifestyle and longevity is really important for me. This is exactly what I found with The Body Bar Studio and JP.

I train 3 times a week with JP at The Body Bar Studio in a group setting which is so motivating as well as 3 times at home. Everyone in the group is at different levels of their journey, so JP modifies exercises according to your level. He checks in with everyone making sure they are feeling great throughout their workout and doing the exercises properly. All the members are so nice and inviting, it’s like a family.
The workouts at The Body Bar Studio are so addicting! The are challenging but very doable. You leave your workout drenched in sweat and you FEEL AMAZING that you did it!!! I look forward to training every time I go because I know I am doing something great for myself, and it’s me time.
Everyday I stay accountable and motivated by sending pictures of my meals and daily activity from my Fitbit. Once a week, we do a weight check.
I feel so incredibly happy I started my weight loss journey and that I found The Body Bar Studio! Wanting to lose weight had become a burden on my mind. Now that I am, my mind feels so much lighter and I am thrilled I finally started prioritizing my health and fitness.
I am very focused and determined to get to my goal and maintain it. No food will taste as good as it will feel once I lose all the weight. The feeling of losing weight surpasses any temporary satisfaction from having food that won’t serve my body. I know losing weight can be difficult, but you have to want it and you have to put in the work.

I started at a time where I was hosting a lot of family for two weeks and we were celebrating both of my sons baptisms.
There was plenty of food and desserts in front of me but I resisted to temptation.
I prepared all of my food for every meal, even when going out to restaurants or outings with family. You have to prepare all your meals to know exactly what’s in your food.

I have been going to The Body Bar Studio for about 5 weeks now, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. Not only have I lost 10 pounds since I started, but I genuinely enjoy the workouts and find the meal plan to be very doable.
The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, JP is knowledgeable and supportive, and does a great job of creating workouts that are challenging but still manageable. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in, but not so exhausted that I can't function for the rest of the day.

Yoyoing diets have been a big part of my life, I would loose big weight fast, but put it back on once I stopped. WW, South Beach, Optavia, Nutrisystem, Juice Cleansing, magic pills, you name it, I tried it. But once I learned the math behind the process as JP from The Body Studio taught me, it was a life changing experience. I would say I was today's years old when I finally learned to fuel my body with home cooked clean eating and exersizing the right amount to achieve lifetime results. Let me just start by saying how happy I am that I started this 4 week challenge with The Body Bar Studio. In one month I lost 12 and a 1/2 lb. I am truly having a great time seeing the weight come off. I'm actually starting the challenge again. By the 2nd week of my 1st month all of the bloating in my belly had gone away, by the 4th week my face was back. I looked in the mirror and I couldn't believe that I recognized my face again. I do believe that all the help that JP and his wife provide is essential.
They really do hold you accountable. You know that they're going to send you a message reminding you to send them your weight and send them what you have eaten so you try your best to not fail. The nice part is that you're never hungry because the food that they recommend for you is enough to fill you up but it's extremely healthy to help you lose weight and very delicious. I definitely recommend you following their Instagram page for tips, tricks, and information. I love the small classes. Even though there are other people in the class JP always has his eye on you and will come right on over to help you if you need a little help, adjustment, or an alternative workout that better for you.
I love the workouts here. They are a complete full body work out, that includes strength training, endurance, balance and cardio.
My Sister and Brother in-law are also on their 2nd month and their results are incredible.
For the 1st time ever I actually look forward to my workouts.
I am so greatful to have found The Body Bar Studio.

I have had my share of issues with constant dieting and never seeing positive results, until I was gifted a 4 week program from The Body Bar Studio by my sister.
I am on my last week of this program and the changes have been beyond my expectations. JP prepare an entire meal plan just for my body type and weight goals, I also do his exercise course virtually and to be honest he is a great inspiration, motivator and pushes me to have faith in my own body strength.
I have lost a total of 12 pounds so far, I have gotten leaner, stronger and happier in my own skin.

Talk about a LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!
I have struggled with my weight for over 5 years when I injured my pelvis and pelvic floor during childbirth.
After my baby was born the weight just kept piling up year after year! And no matter how much I worked out and what diet I did, NOTHING WAS WORKING!

I became the mother of a wonderful boy, but faced a huge problem. I can't lose weight no matter what I do. I even got depressed as I was never big. Hace aproximadamente 3 años que me inscribí en The Body Bar Studio. Mi propósito era lograr tonificar el cuerpo. Anteriormente solo entrenaba para trotar, hacer carreras cortas y 1/2 maratones, hasta que decidí combinarlo con pesas, cardio y ejercicios y me inscribí en Body Bar Studio. Amazing program! If you follow instructions and put in the work you will get results in no time. I lost 12lbs (from 160 to 148) doing the 4 week challenge, I felt good the whole time and didn’t feel “hungry/fatigued” as with other diets that I’ve tried in the past. I think the main reason the program is so effective is because of the level of accountability, you are basically being hand held the whole time so it’s hard to “cheat”. JP is amazing. At first i was skeptical of his nutrition proposal, but he insured me to trust the process and be open minded. I didn’t feel pressured and he was always there to make adjustments. I cannot recommend The Body Bar’s program enough. I have been active for a couple of years, eating healthy-ish, exercising religiously but never saw much change. Since joining JP’s challenge I was able to really see a transformation in my body in very little time and by making a few adjustments to what I was doing. As a full-time executive and a mother of three kids under 7 years of age, exercise and nutrition was low on my priority list.
I needed some motivation and reached out to an old friend on Instagram that looked amazing after two kids. For the most part, I have always been healthy and active, but motherhood and work has slowed me down some.
I had an hour call with JP and he then provided a diet and we were off the same day. Having someone to be accountable to, made a difference for me. Having to track my food intake, steps and exercise weekly made me see where I was failing previously.
JP is there to guide you and provide feedback when needed but it is “mostly” up to “you” to take the challenge and implement change. If you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. During the four-week process, I realized I was previously eating more protein than my body needed daily in addition to carbs and sugars.
Its important to point out that, I never felt hungry or deprived and saw changes the first week in. I had a couple small hiccups with a planned get together and a little wine indulgence, but I got right back on track the next day.
That is life, you need to regroup and focus and start again. But more importantly, I learned I could juggle it all, even in the very "LITTLE" free time I have throughout the day. There is no such thing a “mom body.” You can look and feel like you did years younger by simply making small changes and being healthy. I now fit into my clothes before having my last baby. Its like shopping in my own closet.
I did not do hours in a gym. It was 30 minutes in my garage after my 15-month year old baby was asleep. Still, you must want the it. It was a much-needed change in lifestyle and routine that eventually became the norm. Thanks JP! Hope I can visit your gym soon, post COVID. :)

Best place to get in shape fast and with long term results. JP is the best, he motivated me to push beyond my limits while teaching me nutrition tricks at the same time to get to my results faster. Jp is a super caring trainer, he is always pushing you to do your best. I am a mom with a very difficult schedule and I just completed my 4 weeks challenge training 3 times a week and following a meal plan. Jp helped a lot in the process and understood my schedule. So no excuses as he always says. I will recommend him 100% since I have seen changes in my body.

I have been working out regularly for years and I've never achieved the results that I have achieved here in just 1 month and half. JP, the owner and head coach is very knowledgeable, professional and a great coach overall, he's always making sure you are well attended and answers all your questions immediately. Life changing!!! I have been struggling to lose weight the past two years and JP has been challenging me in his 30 day fitness program which also includes nutrition guidance. He follows up with me daily and encourages me to keep going, which has been essential to my progress. No more excuses, I am a working mom of two (doing virtual school with them which is not easy), wife, etc....and I never thought I would be exercising so much and liking it! I had tried many diets, nothing worked...and when it did the bounce effect happened, going back up quickly, but this nutrition program is HEALTHY and realistic, will leave you satisfied and easy to keep it up after you achieve your goal. I've been training with Franco, one of the Coached Fitness trainers since the beginning of May. Not only did he inspire me to finally get serious about my diet, but he is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer who leads by example. He always pushes me to the limit while encouraging me at the same time. He makes sure my form is always on point and spots me whenever necessary. I've lost 15lbs in less than two months and plan on losing more. I highly recommend Franco to anyone who is serious about getting in shape!!! Coached Fitness Rocks!!!

I've been training with Coached Fitness for almost 2 years and continue to see great results. The trainers are wonderful and the small class sizes allow them to get to know you and your goals and they work with you to achieve them. Every workout is different and includes a combination of cardio and weight training. They also have a variety of equipment that helps to keep the workouts interesting, including bow flex adjustable weights, rowing machines and TRX suspension straps. It’s a great place for circuit training/boot-camp type workouts. Train with Coached Fitness and you’ll definitely see results in both weight loss and strength.
