Wanted to leave a review for The Cucina restaurant. I cannot locate a Google listing for them. We went a couple of nights ago and Stefan and Hannah took such good care of our party or 9, I wanted to let someone know at Bella Collina, our experience was more than amazing. Number one, we had a reservation for 6:30p and due to family issues showed up at 7:15pm. We were welcomed and treated with such professionalism, plus the food was out of this world!!! We did not have 1 dish that was short of extraordinary!!! And the servers attention and attitude topped it off with a golden seal! We are not residents of Bella Collina but we live close by. Visited the spa, which is breath taking! And now we are blown out of the water with the great service and yummy food too! Seriously thinking about purchasing a home here. Just waiting a little more because we just bought a home nearby. Wow! Wow! Wow!
Called today 10/4/25 and we were told we can’t come in anymore. Very rude. We have spent over $2000 in this place in 2 visits and were about to spend another $1000. Not much for a place that has over 3M dollar homes, but, the Cucina restaurant was not full both times we have been there, and treat a customer that has been to their spa and constantly uses their facilities after being told it’s ok to come is very rude. Not like they can’t check in the system the times we have been but the lady that called didn’t even want to let me speak and was interrogating like I’m asking for free food for 7 people. Not coming here again.

Not sure the place is accessible by the public. The road seems to be a public road but is gated. I can't figure out how to make the gate open which is located near the T section between Blackstill Lake Road and Vetta Drive. Just hope either the Google map or the place marks the driving more clearly.

We had a fundraiser at Bella Collina with a 2-day events, including pickleball, golf tournament, and dinner. The location is not equipped for anything other than golf. The food was not good, we had sea bass on the menu and you could tell it was frozen and food was cold by the time it came out. Our organization spent thousands of dollars and felt that it was not worth what we paid.

For starters, the catering staff was amazing!! We had very specific requests for food accommodations for our entire wedding that they happily met and it was such a big deal to us! They didn’t just “get the job done” they went above and beyond to ensure myself and my husband were cared for, checked on and served throughout the entire wedding night which was so sweet and just above and beyond. Johnny and Michelle were also so patient and pleasant to work with when booking through their apartments at Siena! For my catering coordinator, I worked with Taylor throughout the wedding planning and she was incredible! She was patient, always smiling and helpful despite our 1000 questions, requests about my dog, specific and silly requests with anything really, and accommodations needed. Everyone knows Bella Collina is beautiful and stunning and a top notch venue, but it is so much more. The service, flow of the wedding, and entire wedding day experience was impeccable and made our special day effortlessly perfect!!!

It all began with our beautiful rehearsal dinner for 53 at the Bell Tower at Bella Collina. Dinner was perfect and everyone enjoyed visiting at our U shaped table setting. This is a relatively new private country club, a very rare hilly course in central Florida. It offers a very unique experience for Florida golfers and attracted many people moved in from the north. The community is beautiful. It is built around Lake Apopka. All luxury homes. The downside is it is not very convenient for grocery shopping, a good 50 minutes driving going to places in Orlando. The golf course is actually quite challenging. The blue tee is 6900+ yards and the white tee is 6500+ yards, but the slope is only 127 and 122 respectively. This is very odd, understated in my opinion. Course is in excellent condition, green is fast but not crazy, about 10 when I played. The green is not easy to read. Fairways are also sloped, hitting to the middle of the fairway often means aiming left or right. The course does not have much water, but many bunkers. It requires relatively calculated shots to avoid them. Overall, very enjoyable.

We were exposed to rabies at a wedding held at BC and the venue staff refuse to pay for any of our $3000 bills despite being filly aware there were bats as stated by the staff. Beautiful venue, horrible customer service and you or your guests- who did NOT sign a liability document -may get rabies. Shame on them for not taking accountability.

My recent visit to Bella Collina, intended to solidify my dream venue, turned into a rollercoaster of emotions, thanks to a stark contrast in the service provided by two sales representatives.

Initially, Melanie Halusek, the Director of Sales, had been a beacon of warmth and kindness. Her enthusiasm encouraged me to consider Bella Collina as my dream venue. However, when I arrived for a scheduled tour during Melanie's lunch hour, Tatiana Thompson, an admin sales assistant, stepped in, and the experience took a disheartening turn.

From the moment Tatiana walked in, I felt judged by awkward looks and an overall lack of professionalism. The discomfort was palpable, and it seemed as though she had already made assumptions about me based on my appearance, ethnicity, or budget of 10k. The repeated comments such as "this is the price for the food minimum regardless" throughout our conversation left me feeling as though the venue was automatically deemed above my budget, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.

What struck me the most was the fact that I drove over there for a proper tour and left without seeing the venue as well as her apparent disinterest in selling the venue. The dream venue I had envisioned quickly crumbled as Tatiana's unprofessional demeanor overshadowed the positive impression Melanie had initially made.

Had Tatiana approached the situation with a genuine interest in showcasing the venue and professional manners, I might have continued with the booking process. Unfortunately, her lack of effort and judgmental attitude left me with a heavy heart and a strong conviction that Bella Collina has a long way to go in ensuring consistent, respectful customer service.

In the future, Bella Collina may want to reevaluate its sales approach, emphasizing professionalism and inclusivity, ensuring that every potential client, regardless of appearance or budget, feels valued and welcomed. The dream venue remains a dream no more, marred by a disappointing encounter that overshadowed the positive impression initially created by Melanie.

This place is a photographer’s dream! Beautiful, sophisticated wedding venue with a very unique European architecture that integrates style and nature.

Took my husband here for our anniversary. Get your camera ready, the landscaping is phenomenal. We enjoyed the Couples Retreat. Customer service and professionalism was excellent from the time you arrived til you leave, everyone is pleasant. Every area is clean. Don't skip the head massage unless you have a weave lol. Also check out the tester lotions. They smell yummy. Only dislike was the temperature of the tube. To cold for us to relax in but we're also from up north so we like our water burning hot. Will return again! It's giving soft life.

Just got home from a magnificent afternoon at Bella Collina for the I SAID YES meet and greet event and WOW! What a fantastic venue! The grounds are breathtaking, the main house is immaculate and beautiful and the food was really good. The beef appetizer was so tender and succulent I could have eaten that as a meal. The salad was the BEST salad I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the key lime pie cheesecake is so delicious it should be a sin. I felt very welcomed and relaxed at this wonderful gem of an establishment. Highly recommended!

I tried one of Bella Collina's restaurants back in February (they make monthly menu changes) for a late family dinner during the week when the restaurant wasn't that busy. The premises itself is very beautiful to walk around and is a different experience during the day and at night - it definitely does not feel like you're in central Florida. Service was friendly and the setting was actually pretty chill with golfers grabbing dinner/drinks and even a family in their pjs. Food wise, everything was overall satisfying, but I did find the calamari to be overcooked, the complimentary bread, charred salmon and artisan flatbread dishes were all particularly well made, and I absolutely loved the banana cream shortbread dessert! It was served with caramel, which was unnecessary since it was perfect on its own (and not disgustingly sweet). I hope they bring it back to the menu. The shortbread cookie, made with almond flour, was seriously amazing, special shout-out to the baker if it was made in house!!

I recently went to a wedding at this venue. As at most weddings alcohol was served and people got drunk. I understand that when people get out of line actions need to be taken but the way the employees handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. They let a drunk man wander off their property and he was missing for over 5hrs. The police had to be called and a missing persons report on was filed. I have worked in several facilities that serve alcohol and the facility is responsible for making sure everyone is safe and gets home safely. If a guest seemed to be to intoxicated, we’d stop serving them and call a cab and make sure they safely get home. The employees watched this man who they believed was to intoxicated to stay at the venue on their security camera leaving on foot with no shoes go through a guard gate and leave the property. They then said that he’s off our property so we can’t do anything anymore. They knew he had no cell phone or wallet and was in a town he knew nothing about. How can anyone in good faith let this happen. What if something had happened to him. I can only hope that in the future the employees at this venue will handle situations like this in a different manner.

I’m amazed from this place! It feels like you’re being teleported into a classical Italian villa, they paid attention to every little detail, the colors , the buildings, the statues, the landscape, everything is well thought. I’m just blown away.

The course is great, well groomed, the fairways and greens in excellent shape. The rounds are challenging, with a lot of wide sand bunkers, some water hazards, sloppy hills and a few blind spots. It’s challenging and a lot of fun. The staff is professional, the locker rooms are nice and clean. The food is perfect. I’d definitely recommend this course.

We were all completely blown away by Bella Collina! Simply stunning wedding venue and one of my favorites to work at in the area. They really go above and beyond and it shows. Lots of great spots for photos all around the grounds. Food is wonderful and they do a great job. Worth the visit if wedding planning.

We had the perfect wedding thanks to Bella Collina!!! Danilla and her team were incredible and amazing to work with. The scenery was breathtaking, the staff was so detail oriented, and the food was delicious. Every single corner of this property is stunning and every single staff member we interacting with was friendly and helpful. The catering team and cake designer were excellent and we were so impressed! Trevor rang the bell for ceremony and was super kind and helpful when he escorted us and the photographers around the property for wedding pictures. Overwhelmed with how perfect our experience was! The place was beautiful. Just absolutely beautifu, from the views and scene, to the people who greeted us. It was fantastic.

But the wow... The price is out of this world. 1st the realtor took us to view the 1million dollar + homes. We actually just came to talk about a plot because on realtor.com it was listed as available and for 350k which we could have bought and slowly paid off. Then sold our house and bought a new house to our style and price like they tell you can do.

But she never took us around. She took us to the million dollar premades. So was kind of waste of time.

But the place looks beautiful.

This is a beautiful venue inside of a beautiful community. You would have to experience for yourself.. I'm usually here as a vendor/dj for weddings. My experience have always been positive. From the front gate security guards to the staff who are there to serve and give top of the line service

So, here we are, the day before my baby daughter's wedding enjoying a relaxing spa day. We never expected such a warm welcome from the friendliest people ever! A special room became available so they offered it up... WOW! Our massages were among the best we have received and my mom's facial was amazing! We were worried because it was the day before the wedding and didn't know if her sensitive skin would be red. They were so gentle and used all organic products - she glowed! Got amazing service, from everyone throughout my visit. Was late for scheduled time due to traffic on the Turnpike, they still gave us our full massage time. Massage and facial were excellent. Haven't had a facial in 5yrs she did wonders for me also included samples for me to take home. Great pricing as well.

Staff was extremely helpful, caring and professional. The place was clean and beautiful. The only thing I wish I could change was assistance when it came to parking and entry into their facility. Besides that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
