The Collective is a really beautiful space with authentic teachers, natural light, and lush plants. I appreciate their sliding scale pricing. I’ve been to a lot of yoga classes around St. Pete, but Carley’s Ground & Sound is by far the richest and most intentional class I’ve ever taken. When I first went with a friend, I was just expecting a sound bath, but was so comforted to be guided through relaxing stretches, meditation, her wise words, and the beautiful sounds of bowls, chimes, rain and more. She has a soft and cohesive way of teaching, weaving in breath and her theme of class. Oh, and there was hot tea! And lots of nice smells - all the things. It was a full experience for the senses and spirit. Would love to see more classes from Carly.
I should add that the class gets quite full and parking can be challenging, so I’d get there earlier next time. The fullness of class didn’t bother me, especially when we all hummed/ om’d at the end. I left feeling relaxed and buzzing. It seemed like the teacher had a lot of regulars and a lot of people knew each other which was nice - i could feel the community. I’ll definitely be back and am eager to try other classes here as well.

The Collective is a great space. I took quite a few of the yin and restorative classes offered before moving from St. Pete and they were all amazing. I highly recommend Carley's Ground + Sound class Tuesday evenings! I really appreciate the "pay what you can" structure as well.

Updating my review to share that I’ve now taken a wider variety of classes here at The Collective (mat Pilates, power yoga, Nia somatic dance) and have continued to love my experience. Not only are the instructors welcoming, talented, and knowledgeable, I’ve been able to find a community in the other attendees as well. Aja’s Nervous System Reset class inspired me to get the unlimited membership and I have no regrets!
Previous review:
I was blessed enough to attend the Nervous System Reset with Aja and it left the sweetest taste on my day! Not only is this such a unique and beautiful space to gather in, Aja is another sense of light in this space. Even though this was my first class (and first time here in general) I felt like I fit right in. I’m looking forward to purchasing a membership and continuing my journey here!

I've been twice through Class Pass - the first time was fabulous, no issues. 2nd time - I tell the instructor my name, she acknowledges me. A few days later, I get a notification that I wasn't at class and have been charged a no show fee. I call and forward the email to the Collective and no response. Luckily Class Pass is easy to fix it through, but it really bothers me that no one from the Collective reached out to me to apologize, especially since the instructor acknowledged me when I told her my name. Overall, I don't feel very valued as a client or a person to be in attendance at a class that I'm then charged a no show fee for.

Nikki, is hands down one of the best instructors I have ever had! She’s very in tune to the people in her class, makes modifications as needed, and has a very kind disposition. She is genuinely happy to see people in her class progress. Additionally, she’s extremely approachable. She will gladly answer any questions you may have. She’s professional, positive, welcoming, and spiritual. All of the things you would want for your Pilates/ Yoga instructor! I highly recommend her. 🙏

Maria’s Monday yoga class exceeded my expectations. First, the space is so beautiful and welcoming. It really has a good energy to it.
Next, the class was exactly what I needed. The thing that stood out to me about Maria’s teaching is that her queuing is very precise. In other words, she would say the concise phrase at the right time for me to know exactly where to go and because of that I felt like I could really let my practice flow and tune inwards. I liked how she added a little breath work, inversions, burned Palo Santo, and had a great playlist. I would definitely take another class of hers!

I’ve been attending the collective for over a year now and there’s different yoga classes for everyone! My favorite class is with Maddison, his Yin class is amazing! He’s such an amazing vibe and brings fun things into the studio like galaxy lights, candles and a great playlist! The studio itself is simple but beautiful at the same time. They’ve added a bunch of plants to the ceiling and they’re such a great touch! Highly recommend The Collective for all their classes and instructors!

I took my first class at The Collective St. Pete with Chemen and had such a great experience! The space is beautiful and welcoming, and Chemen's energy made me feel comfortable right away. Her guidance was clear and grounding, and I left feeling refreshed and reconnected. Even after just one class, I can tell this is a special place. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This place is so welcoming & St. Pete friendly vibes. I’ve mainly practiced Yin & restorative clases and so glad I have. I’ve also brought my sister-in-law and she wasn’t disappointed!
Every instructor, including Brenda, Madison, Dani (& more I have yet to attend) are so attuned, thorough, yet simplify the gentle yet effective poses. The breath-work is also like a breath of fresh air. Thank you all so much for your recovery skills in this sometimes fast-paced world. I’m excited to try other classes! Namaste 🙏🏽🪬🕉️

This studio is a blessing from the universe. I love that I can buy my multi class pack, and go whenever I am able to. I often pre- plan attending morning classes, and end up popping into an evening one, when I can; by booking an hour prior to. Having the variety of classes available; and so many intentional teachers nearby is truly a Godsend. I have had the opportunity to teach a somatic workshop here, and working with the team was a smooth experience. You can tell that everyone - from owner to teacher wants the best for the community.

This studio has been so wonderful since I’ve moved back to St Pete. Love that they have a mix of restorative practices and faster flows. Also love that the sound baths are included in the monthly membership. Instructors are wonderful. And the owner Jenna is very kind and made sure I was taken care of when I was practicing during cancer treatment. I’ll definitely be practicing here for a long time to come.

I can’t recommend this studio enough. I frequently visit from NC, but this was my first week coming to this studio. And all I can say is how much I loved each class I took. Every instructor was so warm and welcoming, and as a fellow yoga instructor & sound practitioner, this was such a special week for me to receive. I practiced with Aja, Allie, Brenda, Carley, Christina, and Madisson; and each one was special in their own way. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the classes here! They also offer accessible pricing, which made this trip feel like a mini yoga retreat. Truly grateful to have found such a special and inclusive studio to practice at when I visit!

I’ve been a fan of the collective for some time now but haven’t made it a staple to my practice bc it’s been more tailored to my mental needs as opposed to physical. Queue Maria, from my first class with her she has hit all angles of health. She’s pure in mind and understands how the body performs. Truly, she has a gift in her craft. Teaching a flow really suits her. Glad she’s a part of the weekly schedule

I am so grateful for deciding to try out RISE - move, meditate & manifest with Kelli Ann and Jenna in the mornings. The positive energy that they provide inspires me to challange my body physically and calm my mind mentally to start my day in the mornings. The Collective provides an escape from the stress and anxiety of everyday life whether its yogalates, sound bath, dancing or personal journalling that has enriched my life in St. Petersburg since I moved here. I am beyond grateful and thankful for the friends I have made by taking that small leap to join the Collective family!

The Rise move, meditate, & manifest class at the collective lead by Kelli Ann & Jenna will positively influence the trajectory of your entire day.⚡️✨ The journaling prompts at the end always resonate & I love that we break into small groups to share our experiences with each other to receive support we may not have otherwise had the courage to ask for. The instructors are truly a gift & I am so grateful to have found the Collective as true community of other inspiring, uplifting individuals who I can connect with on a deeper level.🤍 The Collective is always offering fun events to bring people together like Saturday night DJ yoga with vibey house music, healing sound baths, and unique workshops where you can hone your practice in overall wellbeing. The Collective is a lifestyle and it always leaves me excited to come in to see what’s happening next. :) Thank you Collective for spreading your light, you shine so bright in our St. Pete community.☀️

The Collective is a truly healing place. From sweet and gentle restorative to fiery yogalates, the wonderful teachers here execute every class with style, but also respect for each student's unique approach to yoga—no "military drill" ashtanga here.

Shoutout to Joyce and Kelli-Ann for making 6am yoga a ritual I looked forward to every weekday. And I wasn't much of a meditation person before, so kudos to Jenna for making me into one.

The Rise, Meditation and Manifestion mornings of deep stretching, challenging yoga, intense yogalates, cleansing sweat, real smiles, healing laughter, loving hearts and great play list ;) i cannot live without. Through soaring picture windows the sunlight pours in on this peaceful space to kiss your face. The warm glossy wooden floors welcome a dance, a twirl and a warrior to awaken. I am a better version of myself because of the people who dedicate their authentic practice to us. The owner Jenna with her thought provoking deep meditations and cool soothing voice, and for Joyce who leads us into peaceful warrior vibes with deep healing stretches, Kelli Anne who slays my glutes and abs, demands of my chaturanga and makes me grunt aloud then laugh at myself, all with a sweet gentle voice of detailed ques and Carly, in the evenings, who serves up an array of sonic healing vibes through sound baths to wash away the stressors and grimes of the day. FOR U, I AM GRATEFUL!
Feel, Recieve, Give!!! Love you my peeps at The Collective. Keep collecting ;) Keyla B.

The Collective is hands down my favorite place to get my flow on. Everything about this studio is top notch. They possibly have the widest variety of classes in the St. Pete area -from mat Pilates to 6 am yoga/meditation/journaling to sound baths to yoga with punk music…and all taught by very mindful yogis who care about their craft and practice.
Personally, my favorite mornings are going to RISE 6Am class and flowing as the sun is rising. The second floor location makes you feel like you’re in the clouds.

I’ve taken a variety of classes at the Collective and love that there are so many options. My top 3 favorite classes/instructors have been:
Yoga Punx with Madison! His yin class is my weekly non-negotiable. It’s very slow and relaxing. He sets a whole vibe with candles all around the room and black lights. His rocket power class is quite the opposite, lots of movement and a great workout! All classes he curates a new playlist.
Dani’s breathwork class was one of the most informative classes I’ve taken. I never realized all the different ways to breathe to help in so many areas of life. She was so informative and responsive. She is very calming and intelligent.
Joyce’s qi gong class was very relaxing and instructive. It was my first time practicing qi gong. It offered alternative somatic practices to connect mind and body. Loved it!
Totally recommend checking out the space!
