Dana is the BEST personal trainer!! She is attentive and focused on you during the entire session. She is so knowledgeable about the body and how it works. Every exercise is chosen with a purpose. Greatest investment I’ve made for my health!!!

I have been strength training with Dana for over 3 years now. I have never, EVER stuck around with any trainer. I am middle aged woman who had the typical, occasional lower end back pain. Dana strengthened my body, helped me with the lower back pain and somehow made me look forward to our workouts. These days, it's about pushing me to the next level. My arms, back, hips, legs... my whole body is so strong. I always find myself not "dreading" a session, which was a first for me. She makes our workouts completely customized to my needs, she is passionately careful about pushing me just enough, and I continue to be stronger for it. In over 3 years of working out together - I HAVE NEVER INJURED MYSELF WITH DANA. I can't stress this enough. She challenges me, in a careful and measured way. She knows what she's doing. Dana has an amazing ability cue my movements by helping me visualize how to move the right way. She has an energetic and positive attitude, and she cares. I can say she's just as passionate about my well being from day 1 as she is on day.... I lost count. It's been over 3 years and I'm sure we're nearing our 4th now. This is coming from someone who's been on and off strength training for years. Until I met Dana. There is something to be said about the Dana Difference. I'm living proof. She has changed my life, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Dana is the absolute best ! While I have always had commitment to fitness , I only knew what I knew ! Dana introduced me to breath work as well as kettlebell , weights and even the joy of working out barefoot !
Dana has shown me the importance of strength and mobility training as we age.
I feel so lucky that I have been able to train with Dana and experience fitness her way , even the little tips and tricks that she sprinkles in while training stay with me daily . At almost 58 , I feel stronger, healthier and all around just better.

I contacted Dana for training while I was struggling to recover from my 2nd back surgery. I've been training with her 2x weekly for eight months and have never looked back. She always meets me where I am to help me progress safely. She treats me whole person and I am getting more mobile and definitely stronger. If you struggle with getting started and fear that exercise and movement will cause pain for you, Dana will take the fear out of training to help you feel confident while accomplishing your goals. Also, if you're looking for a trainer who truly personalizes your sessions, Dana is the one for you.

Dana based my instruction after a comprehensive evaluation of my core strength and proper breathing. techniques. Safety is always a priority during my sessions; It was clear her instruction was based on years of training.
My goal initially was to build strength in my legs but became much more than I could have anticipated. Dana's inner strength as well as physical strength shine through in her instruction .

I can’t say enough how much I enjoy working with Dana. She is thoughtful in her whole-body approach to creating a plan based on each client’s goals/needs. Previously I had injured myself doing home work out videos and was very reluctant in my ability to do exercises that involved my lower back. Dana has helped guide me in safe techniques and I feel safe working with her. She has a “full of life” personality and is very encouraging! The private gym we use to train in is clean and spacious. I am so thankful to have Dana as a personal trainer!
