Upon calling to get information about the fees for this gym and how to start a membership this lady answers the phone and hangs up me then refuses top answer the phone every call after. I simply asked her if it wad thre den fitness gym and she hung up on me. Extremely rude.

Amazing gym, family owned, humble and helpful management and staff. They even have a chef inside the venue so you can order yummy food after a workout. I loved visiting this place and working out in it.

The trainer BrianOneManArmy is awesome. I've been training with him for some time now. The gym however seems like it could use a little maintenance on the machines. The equipments very dated. For the one on one personal training experience this locations great because theres usually no one in there. He makes the gym a 5 and for that reason only I would reccomend it.

I give this gym 5 stars because it's a really great place to workout at. They have personal trainers as well. As in which you could do an one on one or a be in a group with the personal trainer. There's no need to say you don't have a babysitter for you not to workout because they have a kids waiting zone. Just call and ask for the age group.

I love the no judgement zone attitude. Equipment is always available, training and classes offered and very affordable. Empowernent is the attitude that is given in the environment at all times. Amazing try THE DEN you won't be disappointed.

Beautifully appointed, black-owned gym in Miami. All kinds of equipment to suit any of your fitness needs. My favorite feature is the health bar on site! The owners are warm and knowledgeable...real family vibe. I tell everyone to try out The Den and support a community based gym that truly cares about getting the community fit.
