I’ve been going to the Exercise Coach in Carrollwood for about two and a half months,
and my experience has been fantastic! The coaches-Dion, Julius, Zack, and Andrew are all knowledgeable, encouraging, and very supportive. I really apple their guidance and motivation during every session.

You can try it out with two free sessions, which is a great way to see if it’s a good fit. The workouts are only twice a week, and they offer plenty of scheduling options which makes it easy to stay consistent. I’m looking forward to continuing my workouts and seeing more progress.

I am about to complete my 3rd month with The Exercise Coach of Carrollwood. I purposely waited until now to do a review so that it would be relevant. My goal was to gain strength and lose some weight as a side benefit. I can truly say I am meeting my goals. I love the fact that the routine is only 20minutes/2x/week. Both coaches, Both Dion and Julieus are great motivators, helping to push you through the tough exercises…a side benefit of exceeding your goals is to have Dion do pushups. On a serious note this is not a get fit quick scheme, it’s a serious workout that will in time show results.

Exercise Coach has an excellent set up to reduce the barrier of working out. Two 20-minute workouts/week coupled with knowledgeable and invested coaches in a clean and well-maintened space. Add to that exercise routines and equipment that are designed to track your progress, it's a great approach. I feel better mentally and physically for it - especially due to the improved strength and endurance from consistent training. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with The Exercise Coach program and trainers. Trainers are very knowledgeable and experts in coaching customer in becoming stronger in a reasonable period of time. Hard to believe that a 20 minute workout feels more beneficial than a 60 minute workout at a more traditional gym.

I highly recommend the Exercise Coach. They offer two free sessions to see if it works for you. Our trainer, Julius, is excellent!

I’ve gotten much stronger and more energetic thanks to my Coach Deon. My doc is amazed and has changed my profile to reflect how much the exercises have helped me. I am almost 73 years old and feel better than I have in 20 years. Besides coaching form and giving encouragement Deon is lots of fun !! I started in December of last year and am never bored . I joined the Exercise Coach 3 years ago at their Westchase location. The sign on the door said, “FOR EVERYONE ONE WHO: IS TOO BUSY, DOESN’T LIKE BIG GYMS, JUST DOESN’T LIKE EXERCISE, IS AFRAID OF GETTING HURT.” Until I retired, all 4 of those attributes applied to be, but couldn’t say I was too busy any longer. After the 2 free introductory sessions, I signed up and haven’t looked back. When the owner expanded his franchise to the Carrollwood location closer to my home, I moved over and decided to try group sessions. I was happy to see some of the same staff move over as well. The coaches are all very personable, the other clients are pleasant and relatable, and scheduling is a breeze. The proprietary equipment is very safe and generates plenty of diagnostics for real-time progress reporting, as well as historical data available on the app.

I have tried years of classes and gym memberships but have never committed to one until Exercise Coach. I am now in my second year. The trainers are enthusiastic and awesome. The format of twice a week for 20 minutes is perfect and I see and feel results in real time each session. I am 72 years old and am stronger, eat healthier, lost 37lbs and lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol to normal. Worth every penny.
