I love the staff at Lakewood Ranch! They are knowledgeable and helpful and so encouraging! Being able to see my progress on the screens as I exercise has been wonderful making sure that I stay in a healthy zone. In one year strength has gotten exponentially better and I’m very proud of my progress!

I didn't like to exercise and used to avoid it at all costs. That is until I experienced the Exercise Coach in Lakewood Ranch. From the moment you enter, you feel welcomed by the supportive, fun, and terrific staff. They are always encouraging and help you do your very best in a safe (no pain) workout. It is only 20 minutes, but you leave feeling like you have really accomplished something good. I have seen improvement in my strength and can now do things that were too hard before. The studio is clean and wiped down regularly to minimize the spread of germs. But in the end, it's the staff that keep me coming back. They are THE BEST!! I highly recommend it!

As a person who does not enjoy exercising, I was very surprised at my experience at the Exercise Coach in Lakewood Ranch. I'm in my late 70s and wanted to increase/maintain my core strength and endurance. I went to the Exercise Coach for a personalized approach to my strength training.
After only three weeks, I can see REAL results in my everyday life. For example, something as simple as taking a gallon of milk from the refrigerator used to take two hands to steady the jug. Now, I can easily do it with one hand. It may not impress others, but it impresses me (in small and everyday ways).
This approach to exercise is effective, personalized, and delivered by an attentive, caring and likable staff. I had avoided my doctor's suggestion to do strength training for years---now I look forward to it!

I joined the Exercise Coach via my Renew Active program. Having been affiliated with other gyms in the past the workouts organized by Casio and his staff are fun and efficient and I can see and feel results in the two months I have been going. I got this report from my doctor after going to the Exercise Coach for 6 months “Your bone density shows your hip density actually improved by almost 8%. Definitely Recommend! Convenient and effective strength training. Cost effective. Time efficient. And it works. All the coaches I’ve worked with here are great. Brandon has worked with me recently and listened to my individual current workout goals - and he has helped me get the most out of my workouts for rebuilding my arm and upper body strength while keeping up the full body workout !

Like most people, I was skeptical of the description at The Exercise Coach. I reached out to meet them because Renew Active from United Health offered free sessions. Pleasantly surprised meeting the well educated and experienced staff. Very happy with my weekly appointment and feel that I am gaining strength in my short three months with them. Coach Casio has been the best in observing and monitoring my progress. Each of the members of the staff have been helpful and supportive, each offering their best practices on the program. I happily recommend them and look forward to my continuing progress.

I absolutely love the Exercise Coach!
I’ve joined gyms before, and after a short while, have not gone because I dreaded the thought of 30 minutes of boring cardio and then having to try to figure out how to work the various weight machines.
The Exercise Coach is fun, affective, and most importantly short- 20 minutes/2x a week!
Casio and his staff are friendly, helpful and make the exercise process interesting and dare I say- fun!
Every time I leave there, I feel like I’ve done something good for myself!
Anyone who is considering trying the two free sessions, don’t hesitate. I could not recommend it more highly!

When I did my two free sessions, I had just had hip replacement surgery and knew that I could not safely do lower body strengthening for another month. Casio assured me that I could begin by just doing upper body exercises until my precautions were lifted. So, I started only doing abs, shoulders, and arms and soon noticed that carrying laundry baskets and groceries to and from the car was easier.
Two weeks ago, I started training my lower body. Although the machines indicate that I’m getting stronger, I hadn’t noticed any real change in how I look. However, when I was pulling out clothes to pack for our upcoming vacation, I decided to try on a pair of jeans that I haven’t worn because they didn’t fit. As I tentatively pulled them past my thighs and eased them up to my waist, I was pleasantly surprised that I could fasten them without sucking in my stomach. I also was able to step out of a pair of shorts without unzipping them.
I’m not sure how many pounds I’ve lost but am looking forward to discovering a whole new wardrobe in my closet (with tags still attached).

I am having an awesome experience with LWR - The Exercise Coach! Coach Casio & Coach Kay have been so supportive and helpful on my new journey to fitness. The “Exerbotics” along with the coaching staff have set up a guided program for me to where I feel challenged during each and every workout and most importantly, I am getting the results I have been looking for. At the age of 60, I feel great! I feel stronger!

I attended the two introductory sessions with Lauren (Lo) Benz as my exercise coach. She provided a very informative overview of the process and led me through two full workouts so that I received a good idea of the process. In addition, she answered all questions and explained the data behind the method (important to me as an engineer who likes to understand the process). I signed up for a six-month protocol and so far, after 8 sessions I am getting good, focused, progressive workouts. My long-time stiff shoulder already has a much better range of motion and knee side tendons are definitely getting the workout they need to enhance mobility. As my primary trainer, Lauren has thought about what is important to improving my individual strength/imbalance issues and provides workouts that continuously challenge. She is enthusiastic as well as fun. The other two trainers are also very good (I've had one session with each of them) - with no decline in coaching. I highly recommend this studio, Coach Lauren (and of course, this protocol).
