I love the one-on-one approach and ALL the coaches are friendly, helpful, encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable. The machines all work well and appointments are on time. Strength/resistance training was recommended for my osteopenia and this 20 minute workout is very doable!

I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but the two days a week for 20 mins was hard for the unmotivated lazy me to pass up. If I couldnβt commit to that there was no hope for me.
I am now on my 11th session and the results I feel are incredible. I feel so much stronger and less stiff. The aches I had just getting out of bed in the morning are gone. I actually look forward to my 20min workouts.
At 56yrs I thought two 20min sessions a week couldnβt make such a huge difference but I was wrong. The one on one training keeps me focused and the trainers are motivating and full of positive energy. Joining The Exercise Coach is one of the best life decisions I ever made.

The Exercise Coach is the Best. Caters to all levels, ages, beginners to, well, pushed some weight. I have learned a lot. Great Equipment and Excellent trainers. I am 68 and have worked out at a number of gyms. Highly recommend.

I have had trainers for years. I was involved in a car accident where I was hit by a drunk driver, so I prefer to do training 1/1 because of my injuries. I love, love, love The Exercise Coach Program. I have felt and have seen so much strength and toning back to areas that I never thought I could make strong or "look good" again. The trainers are fantastic and each program is tailored specifically for you. You can't mess this up. I highly recommend this program to everyone. I was a gym rat for so long spending a couple hours 5x a week at the gym....this 20 min program is NO joke, and you do not spend hours at the gym.

Participating in the Exercise Coach has been very helpful for me. In just 20 minutes, I have had a great workout. My coach is Chaz. He has been very helpful/kind. He recently adjusted my workout to a level that was safe for me after my hospital stay. I could tell he took special care to watch me, throughout my workout, making sure I remained comfortable/safe⦠It is easy to see Chaz cares about his clients and wants them to safely reach their personal goals.

I've never been able to stick to any kind of formal fitness program... Ever. But, I'm entering my second month with The Exercise Coach and I am so highly motivated to continue, I see no end in sight. The graphic display and the personalized coaching make all the difference for me. They keep me coming back and even looking forward to my 20-minute sessions. Chaz and David in particular really show their passion for helping clients get their best results. It's a significant investment that's worth every penny. I'm investing in my future health, after all. I can already see results in the mirror and I can feel it in my the energy level. Best decision I've ever made, second only to getting married!

I was looking for a place that would give me one on one exercise instruction and this place does that. I have read the medical journals on high intensity, resistance training and this is the place to go for that. I spend 20 minutes twice a week and Iβm feeling great.

After only participating for two months of sessions with The Exercise Coach, I have seen a dramatic change in myself, both physically and emothionally. Since they adjust the workouts for me, at my age and ability level, I am challenged, but never risk an injury. I receive lots of encouragement from the coaches, which is greatly appreciated. I can't say that my workouts are easy, but the satisfaction I receive from completing them in only twenty minutes, keeps me going to every appointment. Thanks to the Exercise Coach, I am getting healthier and stronger. I'm already looking forward to my next session!

Waste of money and worst experience I have had from any exercise facility. After 37 sessions I am not stronger and I believe these machines pulled or strained my muscles in my arms which has been painful. They are nice at first, but once you have any issue they show their true colors which is not so nice. These 20 minute sessions cost about $42 even doing 40 sessions. It is simply not worth it and they are preying on the fact you are looking for a fix to help yourself at a very expensive price.

The friendly, professional, encouraging staff are my favorite part of The Exercise Coach - Mandarin. I do not enjoy exercising, so to be able to come in, get a proper workout in 20 minutes, and be on my way is terrific. Even I can motivate myself to do something for 20 minutes! I also appreciate how transparent the pricing is at your first free visit for all the different package options.
