Exercise Coach helped me prepare for my Mediterranean cruise and excursions. I have become more in shape since starting 2 months ago. Two 20 minute sessions per week is all it takes to strengthen your body. That is what I love the most about this program.

I am very impressed with THE EXERCISE COACH. It is the latest technology out there. The 20 minute sessions are perfect for me. I have my own private coach who is certified in proven methods, who is totally focused on me, and makes sure I am using the correct form. The instructors are accommodating, helpful and take care that you improve your strength each session. It is a must try!
