Open-air fitness pavilion & workout center — is one of many features geared toward the local community at Paradise Coast Sports Complex. Located next to The Great Lawn and The Cove, The Factory consists of five unique areas: National Fitness Court, Open-Air Classroom, MoveStrong (Ninja-Warrior Style) Obstacle Course, Open-Air Weight Room and The Lake Trail complete with MoveStrong workout stations along the path.

Excelente opción para los residentes de Naples. Si eres residentes puedes disfrutar de las instalaciones sin costo a partir de las 3:00pm. También ofrecen clases particulares con entrenadores a bajo costo y cuentan con equipos suficientes para tus rutinas. Tienes espacio con techo y a cielo abierto así que puedes decidir donde entrenar. El personal es siempre muy amable. Recomiendo si no sabes qué hacer o eres principiante, contratar los servicios de alguno de los entrenadores que allí están para que tu entrenamiento cumpla sus propósitos. Las instalaciones siempre limpias y nuevas!

Fantastic atmosphere! Everyone I have met working out in here is very friendly. Feels great to really work up a sweat in the sun. They also provide free yoga on Sunday’s at 7am and have Cycle classes Monday-Saturday twice a day! This gym is fantastic and I’m grateful to have found it!

I have been working out at the factory for almost two years. I love the facility and the staff, but recently they have added yoga Sundays at 7am, and it’s my favorite. I never miss a Sunday yoga 😊

Super nice facility and very friendly staff here!!!
They first area is FREE to use and the ropes, ladders and platforms are pay to play. They have daily/monthly/yearly rates to use the facilities. This is one of the best I have ever seen!!!

You would think I would have pictures, but we ended up having such a fun time no one thought to click any! Being an outside gym is such a fresh breath of air, pun intended. The staff was incredibly friendly, all the equipment was super clean and the music was on point. We will definitely be returning to add some sweat to the AstroTurf!
