If you need a trainer who is attentive, straight-forward and knowledgeable, Tom is your guy. I've lost 20 lbs already and I feel like my best self. I've worked with trainers in the past but I've never seen the results that I have with Tom. 1 million/10, someone give this man an award.

I love this Guy. Every day I see him the gym. We have the best conversations about strength conditioning,powerlifting,body building,bulking,cutting, weight lifting history. Dude really knows his stuff. Great trainer. I’ve seen his results. It’s always a pleasure to work out next him and pick his brain.

If you’re looking for a trainer that does it all- you found him. Tom has changed my life! He is the most knowledgeable, motivating, friendly guy out there. He’s helped me with my nutrition, sleep, supplements, form, strength and breaking through mental barriers to lift weight I didn’t think possible.
Since working with Tom the past 5 months, I’ve lost 10 lbs, packed on muscles I didn’t know were there, sleep better, eat more, have increased energy, and just overall feel amazing!
He’s helped my sleep go from 5 hours a night to 7-8, from eating 1500 calories a day to 2750 (still increasing) , and my energy level is off the charts! The changes I see in my body every week and the amount of weight I can lift now is insane!
I have a stiff shoulder and Tom has gone out of his way to change and add exercises and stretches to strengthen and target that area. I feel my strength and mobility increasing every day!
Tom always makes sure I understand what I’m doing, pushes me past my mental limits, comes up with new exercises to challenge me and always ensures I’m comfortable with what I’m doing. He also always promotes a balance in living life while staying fit! I’m super grateful for meeting this guy and all the changes he’s helped me with. I can’t wait to see what the next 5 months brings!
If you’re looking for someone to help achieve your goals, you really couldn’t ask for a better person - Tom is the absolute best!!

Tom has been my coach for just about 4 years now. im a competitive powerlifter and im over 40.Tom is quick to get back to me when i have questions. he has helped me get through nagging injuries. and at 42 im the strongest ive been thanks to his help. Coach Tom’s knowledge doesnt just stop at programing. He also guides my nutrition and recovery. on top of this he has also become a good friend. ive had many coaches in the past as ive been competing in many dif sports through out my life and Coach tom is one of the best. I have been a client of Tom Davis for two years. I have worked with him in person and have also done his online programming and I would recommend both. He makes the online program simple to understand and gives instructional videos for each exercise. I grown exponentially working with him.
