I’ve been going to Glute Station for the past six months and I’ve completely fell in love with multiple trainers. I get such a great workout and always leave feeling like I really put in the work. Victoria is amazing, so knowledgeable, really knows what she’s talking about, and always challenges me to do more. She always has the best warm-ups, dynamic, stretching, and great burnouts. I would highly recommend for your next workout if you’re looking to change it up!

Here to add to my review. I did a class today with Kayla and she had us do progressive overload. Game changer!! I literally can’t walk after leaving and I’ve been doing this for a couple months. Booty on 🔥
Brianna is an amazing trainer at Glute Station South Tampa! She was so nice and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. She took the time to help with our form, ensuring we were doing each movement correctly and safely. Her energy was super motivating, and she pushed us in the best way. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer, Brianna is the one! Can’t wait for my next session!

Glute Station has completely changed my workout routine and life! The class times are diverse and pretty much allow
you to be able to make it to any class, any day! The coaches are awesome and make you feel very comfortable. The classes can be packed, yet you feel like you are getting a 1 on 1 session, with how the coaches adjust your weights and correct your form throughout the class. I wasn’t a beginner when I started going, but I have brought many friends who are beginners and have learned so much and felt comfortable in the classes from day 1! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to shape up their back side!

Wow! Your glutes are in for a treat cause they're going to be put to work. I really like the small, intimate class size and the coaches are super helpful in showing you how to use the machines. It may not look like much, but trust me, you're going to feel it the next day. Since you're working all legs and glutes, you need to find another workout to complement this class. I made the mistake of going twice in a row and I was extremely sore.

10/10 place, the instructors are awesome and it's a great place to work out if you want the gym equipment but the extra accountability that a group fitness class has. Will definitely be coming back!
