I've been doing the small group fitness classes for about 3 months now and can truly see an improvement in strength and flexibility. The workouts are challenging but in a good way. The instructors can make it work for any fitness level. And the community is so welcoming, fun and non-judgmental. Andi and Ryan are top-notch instructors and I'd highly recommend their program.

My experience so far with The Gravity Collective has truly been life changing. In the past I struggled with remaining consistent in my workouts, but their dynamic and challenging (in the best way possible) program keeps things interesting and the results I’ve seen keep me motivated. Andi and Ryan both bring their own unique energy to each class. They’re relatable, encouraging and have a way of pushing you to expand your abilities both mentally and physically. The small group setting allows you to build relationships with those you’re working out with, while also having a little healthy competition. Staff and patrons alike are welcoming and non-judgemental. You’ll leave every session feeling accomplished and ready for more. I can’t say enough amazing things about The Gravity Collective and I would honestly recommend them to anyone looking for a comprehensive program in a supportive environment that will lead to true, long lasting results.

I started working with Ryan early in his career, and originally sought him because he had certifications beyond the norm. I have now been working with him for over 11 years. During that time he has continued to evolve and learn as a trainer, and put that knowledge to use with his clients. His knowledge has helped me gain strength and resolve movement issues. He also continues to challenge me beyond what I think I can do, and counsel me when additional motivation is needed.

He is focused on overall health in movement and nutrition as opposed to many of the unhealthy approaches found in the industry. He has extensive knowledge working with kettlebells, maces, club bells, and functional movement, in addition to standard weight training programming. If you are interested in challenging yourself and trying some new approaches to training, you can’t go wrong with Ryan.

I take the small group training designed by Ryan Carroll and love it!! It’s so fun to break out of the traditional training and get moving in new ways.

I’m also obsessed with the retreats he puts on. Taking a healthy vacation was a first for me... but now I can’t imagine coming home feeling worse than when I left. It’s so nice coming home rejuvenated and refreshed instead of bloated and hungover. I love the spots he pics too. So cool

I took Ryan’s elimination diet class and we did it for 30 days, hard core, no cheating. It was very informative and Ryan answered all my questions throughout. I had to stop running around 4 years ago and have had a hard time getting rid of the 15 or so pounds of fat. With his diet I was finally able to drop it!! I’m still keeping it off 5 months later even though I have incorporated some foods back but I still keep to the basics of the diet!! Thanks Ryan for all you have done!!!

I have been with Ryan for close to two years which has been the best part of my life. My story began 14 years ago when I was 460 lbs and have lost weight down to 225. I have been with other gyms and trainers but Ryan is by far he most experienced trainer. He is not just your personal trainer but is a lifestyle coach that trains the mind, body, and soul. I never really learned the proper techniques of movement exercises to help strengthen my physique. Ryan is all about proper techniques and movement exercises that can help challenge your body to be the strongest. He also is an educator in diet and understands the biologics of how to eat building to transform your body's physique. I appreciate his knowledge in diet, especially as I am a Medical Doctor who understands the importance of not just exercise but a complete lifestyle change. I would never think to run a SAVAGE RACE which Ryan has helped me trained. And at 42 I can say I have completed the SAVAGE RACE challenge thanks to Ryan. I promote him fully and thank him for being apart of my life and continuing to further challenge me on my journey to achieve my best. So Thank you Ryan for being there for me and always cant wait for our next work out session!
