The Gym Lab is truly a really nice place!
Walking in, it’s a very personal gym. You can tell that they focus on each individual who walks through their door.
The trainers themselves are wonderful. They are kind and motivating. They really care about the people who they work with.
It’s hard to find a gym where you feel like an individual and feel like the gym genuinely cares about your progress.
This gym is that gym. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a safe space where they can better themselves, no matter the injuries, with professional guidance and care.

Great place for personal training! Much better experience than what I've had at big, corporate gyms. Ali paired me with Kristy for training and it was a great fit. I have several health issues, including autoimmune conditions, which can be challenging when trying to exercise. They were sensitive to my needs and excellent at preparing a training plan to gain back my strength and mobility. Pick the Gym Lab for a personalized approach to your fitness needs!

I've never had a gym membership or a trainer before. I was hesitant to start working out, due to some pre-existing back issues. Bre's one-on one attention in training has been so helpful. She helps me modify things that could otherwise be troublesome for me. Bre pushes me to when I think I can't do more, and then cheers with me when I do. Being at the Gym lab is so great for specialized training. Bre works with me on nutrition and holds me accountable, even when not in the gym. Every day that I am there I am adding a link in my chain that will get me where I want to be and none of it is possible with Bre or the gym lab.

I've been to the Gym Lab a couple of times that I can finally give my thoughts on this gym. The times that I have come have been more on the intimate side. I'll see another trainer training their client, but other than that, it was usually me and Bre! Speaking of Bre, she is dedicated and truly loves what she does. She always encourages and pushes kindly at the same token, which is needed for anyone figuring out their fitness journey. As a whole, I'd give gym lab a chance if you're wanting something more personable.

How many times do you say “I love working out!”? Don’t worry if you say it all the time, the trainers at The Gym Lab will help you find a customized training program that will help you change your mind! The gym here is great, well equipped and clean, but inviting and friendly no matter who is training! I workout with Bre and she’s a bonafide amazing trainer. She takes personalization seriously and considers your goals and motivations in all she does. I can’t recommend her and the gym enough !!

My husband and I have been going to The Gym Lab for four months now. Bre has been an absolutely fantastic trainer and encourager. I would not consider either my husband or myself eager or willing gym-goers, but Bre has made this a very painless (well, not really lol) process and every single session introduces new exercises. Oh and she somehow manages to handle training a married couple and all of the fun that that brings with ease.

Breanna is an incredible trainer! This is my first time working with a personal trainer, and I am surprised at how much I am enjoying it and actually look forward to working out. Bre created a custom workout progression tailored to my skillset and body type. I always feel challenged, but not so much that anything feels impossible. She is an incredible motivator, super positive, and always knows the right things to say to push me that extra bit. I recently started training with Rebecca at The Gym Lab and I am so glad I did! I was nervous going into the space because of gym anxiety, but immediately upon entering I could tell that it was a welcoming, inclusive, nonjudgmental space for everyone. Working with Rebecca has been wonderful - she is so knowledgeable about injury prevention, mobility, modifying movements for different abilities, and communicating with her clients about what feels good. She’s the perfect balance of someone who will encourage you but also challenge you because she believes that. movement and fitness are healing for your mind, body and soul. Ali has done such a great job creating this space for folks of all walks of life and all the trainers seem to be positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a gym that caters to your individual personal training goals with professional and caring trainers....this is the place to be. I hidden gem (gym) near the Orlando downtown area. Amanda has been my personal trainer for the past eight (8) months....she's absolutely amazing. I'm 50 years of age with many years of yoga and pilates experience, but after so many years I finally reached a plateau in my workout routine. Plus, I have multiple injuries and surgeries from past accidents that require I modify a lot in my exercise routines. I read that strength training incorporated with yoga & pilates would be a better way to handle my limitations. I've become an true believer and advocate that strength training does improve your quality of life plus enhance your physical strength with the added bonus of toning and sculpting your body for a better overall result. Emily is a fantastic human! This is BY FAR the best place in Orlando to not only get a great workout, but to get to know the most genuine, caring people. The owner is an incredibly kind hearted, amazing person and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with her as a personal trainer. I have been working with Emily since February. The way she carries herself is what first made me want to work with her. I thought she would be like Jillian Michaels but she is so much more sensitive and caring. Emily pushes me to be better every training session. She has an endless amount of knowledge/tips about exercise and nutrition that I implement in my life daily. Emily customizes our workouts to fit my needs. I had an ankle injury before meeting her and she always makes sure I am being careful with it to not re-injure it. She has taken pictures of me while doing exercises and writes the sets and weight amount on the pictures so that when I workout on my own I have that to refer to. This helps me so much since I am a visual person. I have worked with other personal trainers in the past and Emily is the best.

I started going to The GymLab almost 2 years ago after I hurt my back and could barely move without pain. I had done all of the routine medical treatments and none of it worked. I started out slow doing 1 on 1 training to build my strength and before I knew it I was having more pain free days, then pain filled ones. After about a year of 1 on 1 training I joined the group training class that is led by Ali and its changed my life. I never would have thought I would be someone that wanted to work out, and looked forward to it. But now i do. Ali is amazing, and she makes working out something i WANT to do. I would go everyday if i could.
Ali is a phenomenal trainer. She cares so much about everyone at the gym, caters workouts for each individual and their needs, she makes working out fun, and knows just how to create workouts where you didn't even realize you did 30 burpees.
I never would have imagined I could do half of the things I do now. Everyone should go to the GymLab!

Over a year of training really has flown by because The Gym Lab is the absolute best! I’ve been exercising for years on my own at a corporate gym, but was having trouble finding the motivation to keep a routine. I reached out to Ali and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
I truly look forward to and enjoy every minute I spend here - even when I’m pushing myself to do things I’ve never done before. Ali is such a creative trainer that I know even when I’m not 100% she’s going to figure out a way to get a quality, safe, fun, and beneficial workout in. I went to the gym lab when I was out of shape for 4 months with a personal trainer named Ali. The environment there is so friendly you never feel uncomfortable. I lost 30 pounds and now I do the group training there.
