Our 15,000 sq. ft. Health & Lifestyle Center provides a full range of wellness programs and spa services for all ages and abilities. Here, you can enjoy an invigorating group fitness class, a refreshing lap swim, or a rejuvenating massage, all under one roof. Our 20 meter lap pool is available for use with 3 lanes and group classes offered every Tuesday and Thursd
