My fiance and I signed up for 3 classes with John, and he was phenomenal!! We both come with minimal dance background, and he was patient, supportive and extremely knowledgable. He adjusted his teaching style based on our specific needs and giggled along side of us as we improved!! Angela is amazing!! We took several lessons to prepare for our first dance for our wedding, and Angela choreographed a beautiful routine for us. We had never ballroom danced before but with Angela’s help, we looked like naturals in no time. We got a one on one with John and he is just incredible! My husband and I have been together for 10 years and that was our first dance class ever ! I am so glad I decided to start coming here. I work a sedentary “numbers” job and while I’m fairly active outside of work hours (running, yoga, weightlifting), I felt like my range of motion was so limited. I also had the limiting belief that I “just wasn’t a good dancer.” Easidance is such a positive and constructive environment in which to learn. I’ve mainly attended group classes, which I love, but hope to start private lessons once I pinpoint a style to focus on. If you’re like me and have been meaning to learn, this is the place to do it.

After wanting to learn ballroom dancing for years, I finally had the opportunity to learn. Not knowing which dance studio to try, I arbitrarily picked Easidance Studio. It was the BEST decision I have made. From the first phone call, where I spoke with one of the owners, Michele Mason, I was made to feel very welcome as she explained to me what dances (and there are many!) they taught and which teacher would be the best fit for me. (As it turned out, I have had the great opportunity to be taught by all of their teachers and have grown in knowledge immensely by each of their styles.) I have also had the opportunity to study under Timothy Mason, also an owner, and his expertise with Michele, of being one of the top dancing couples in the world.
They are very welcoming and never ever criticize their students. They use positive reinforcement and always are encouraging.
Dancing is great for many reasons, including exercise (having fun at the same time is a plus!), and learning something new, and great for coordination, to name just a few.
I highly recommend Easidance Ballroom Studios on Ehrlich Rd. in Tampa. Come and see what it’s all about! You will be happy you did! I know I am!

When I began my lessons, I had never been on a dance floor in my life. I was scared to death. I was shaking after my first lesson, but Lina, my instructor, immediately put me at ease. So far under her supervision, I have learned the Waltz, Rhumba, and the Foxtrot. Lina has helped me gain confidence in this journey. Learning Ballroom dancing was on my bucket list😉 I wanted to learn at a studio where from the moment I entered it would feel magical. Well Easidance Ballroom felt just right. From the warm and gracious welcoming from Michelle and Tim, to the spacious, lovely studio which lit up for weekly dance parties. This year will mark 5 years of our association with the studio and I can honestly say it has changed our lives - for the better! We no longer sit in front of the TV at night, instead we dance nearly every night, improving our balance, coordination, and sharing something we both love! My wife and I have made new friends and extended our dancing to events in the neighborhood and across the Bay area.
The experience with Tim and Michele, the owners, makes us feel like part of a larger family that has grown through the many special events such as Murder Mysteries, Festivals, and Showcases through the years.

Easidance was a great dance studio to learn how to dance before our wedding. We had wanted to take dance lessons, but of course got caught up in life and ended up waiting until the last minute. We did five dance lessons with Julie within two weeks before our wedding. She showed us some basic foxtrot and swing steps that fit with our first dance song and cut down our song to make it more manageable. She recommended that we go to our venue to practice. It was definitely a great suggestion. We were able to choreograph a dance with the steps that she showed us and surprised all of our guests. Don't wait to the last minute! It was stressful but we got through it!

I have wanted to learn ballroom dancing since I was a teenager, and three months ago, after many years of putting it off, I jumped in with both feet. (Although at that time I felt as though I was jumping with two left feet.)

Directors Tim and Michele Mason have assembled a remarkably gifted group of dancers as instructors and coaches. Not only are these people passionate about dance, but they are passionate about teaching. My sense of awkwardness began to vanish with my very first lesson.

Now enrolled in ongoing private lessons, and attending nightly group lessons, I have personally benefitted from the knowledge, skill, and support continually being offered by six different instructors. Inspired by watching the more advanced students, all of whom are welcoming and frequently offer words of encouragement, I am not only learning how to dance, but also why to dance—Because it's a blast!

I have been a student there for over 4 months . The place is owned by a British dancing couple experts.
Parking is very good and safe, the location is central and easy to find. The facility is clean and well organised.
On entry there is very warm reception by the owners and desk staff.
The instructors appear to be hand picked. competent, patient, accomplished dancers., You get opportunity to learn a lot of dances in the free group classes. There are outside activities like club visits outside the facility and cruises. It is not just a stiff dancing school.
Do not forget , dancing is good for your health, flexibility,balance, concentration and build of energy. Go for it , in the best environment you can find.

My husband and I have been dancing with Easidance for a year and a half now. We absolutely love the studio!

The curriculum is very effective and well structured which helps you as a student understand what the objectives are for each lesson and where your overall goals will take you. This is all based on what you want to accomplish. There is no forceful direction into taking more lessons or attending their outside events.

The staff is well educated in the realm of ballroom dancing and are more than personable. If you don't love the staff here, I would be very surprised.

In addition to private dance lessons, Easidance has practice parties and outside events that help you build your skill level.
