The Lab is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The group classes are seriously next level, challenging, fun, and super motivating. If you prefer to do your own thing, the open gym setup gives you all the space and equipment you need without the crowds or wait time.

What really sets this place apart, though, are the trainers. Natalie and Sarah are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, encouraging, and just genuinely great people who push you in the best way possible. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, this is the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to working out. Also, I love the social aspect, they consistently have social events throughout each month.

From the moment you walk into the door, you’re greeted with the warmest welcome by the staff and members alike. I have been to my share of gyms and fitness classes and nothing quite compares to the Lab. The classes are smaller than some other ones offered in the area, allowing the staff to take their time in ensuring their members are doing the exercises right and efficiently. The members are all very sweet and supportive of one another, and they really make you feel welcomed. A special shoutout to Sarah and Natalie for the best first classes. They are as sweet as they come, and really push you to be the best version of yourself in your workout journey. Can’t wait for another class!

The Lab is an amazing gym, they truly care to help you see results! I’ve done the core and cardio class, the partner class, glutes, and the lab lift off! I left feeling sore and like progress was being made. Everyone there is super kind and caring, I came down to south Florida and didn’t know too many people, I was able to meet good friends here that share similar health interests! The LAB has an energy like no other gym I’ve been to. The workouts are challenging, progressive, and push you as far as you want (and sometimes don’t believe) you can go. But the difference maker are the people. The LAB work out methods have allowed me not only to get stronger but also increase my VO2 Max. I recently went gorilla, golden monkey and chimpanzee trekking in the mountains of Uganda. Living in Florida I believed the altitude would affect my breathing. Not at all, we hiked 4 to 5 hours a few days and I felt amazing! I’m in my mid fifties and feeling strong and fit because of the coaches at The LAB!

This gym is absolutely incredible, they’re right around the corner from our house in the lake Ida community, my wife started going there, and I decided to try a few classes within a few weeks, and was surprised at how well, put together the workouts work, my wife and I have both seen great progress has joining them, and cannot recommend them enough! The owners are great, and all of the trainers are really professional and great at what they do.

I love The LAB! I started out training privately with Natalie a year and a half ago (I was intimidated by group classes and a bit injury prone) and now I have been a member at the lab for about 9 months now taking group classes and I feel incredible. I’ve never felt stronger in my body and more confident in the gym. I absolutely adore Natalie, Sarah and Tania and I take their classes as often as I can. They’re challenging in the best way, I feel so good afterwards and I’m always really glad I went. I feel totally safe in the classes because theyre small, and the trainers really care and pay attention. It’s a beautiful comminity that I’m honored to be a part of!

I’ve never stuck with a gym routine consistently until I found The Lab. The difference here is incredible. I’ve learned so much about what my body can do, and I recover faster because of what I’ve been taught here. I've noticed how different the LAB is from all the other gyms since day one! The classes are small and the coaches will help you learn, perfect your form and challenge you! They take the time to explain and demonstrate every exercise to make sure you are doing it perfectly.
The classes are set up in a way in which they all complement- each day is dedicated to a part of the body and focuses on strength. I had done HIIT training for years and realized that most of the weight exercises I had been doing were wrong.
Sarah is teaching me how to do things right and is so patient with me!
Everyone that works there is extremely kind... I am so happy with my membership and can't say enough good things about this gym and the people!

I can’t say enough great things about The Lab! I’ve been consistently taking their classes 3–4 times a week for the last 5 months, and the results speak for themselves—I've gained 5 pounds of muscle and dropped over 4% body fat since starting full-time.

The Lab is amazing!!! I’m an ex college athlete and don’t like to workout very much at all bc it’s just boring - but then I started going to the Lab and I’ve been routinely going at 6am. It’s hard enough that’s it’s an amazing workout and you get good sore muscles but I’ve never thought an exercise was dangerous or too much. I was shopping around for a new gym, and The Lab was, without a doubt the one I choose to join after just one class. The gym is clean, organized, music is great and lighting is perfect. All the trainers are educated and thorough and do well to challenge you and make sure your form is on point. Co-owners and trainers Natalie & Sarah are some of the most talented and educated fitness professionals I have come across in my many years of training. I take several classes a week (180 total so far) and have never felt stronger. The classes are capped at 12-16 people so there is always the opportunity for individual attention. Another unique aspect is the social club which provides frequent opportunities to connect with the wonderful community of members. The instructors are amazing and so kind, the classes are exactly the level of strength training I was looking for, and the facility is clean and beautiful. The classes times offered are great for my schedule and so close to where I live. Love everything about it and 100% recommend!!!

I was introduced to The Lab by one of their founders, Joey Elmo (great guy). After the first workout, I loved the culture and atmosphere. The facility is amazing, and their trainers always have a great variety of workouts. They put on great social events too, which is always fun to hang with other members afterward. Highly recommend!

Having recently retired and starting to visit DelRay Beach more frequently my wife and I were fortunate enough to have The Lab recommended to us for our daily workouts. We found the facility extremely clean with all of the equipment state of the art. There trainers are all high level with impeccable credentials, giving them the ability to format workouts for all skill levels. I visited town and stopped by The Lab for a morning workout class. I was very impressed with the gym and its staff; everyone was welcoming and kind. The equipment is high-quality, and the workout areas are spotless. The trainer, Lisa, clearly explained the workout and was helpful throughout. This gym is a safe haven for me. There are a few options for membership, I have the unlimited class package and do some personal sessions with Natalie. I grew up playing sports then completely fell off when I went to college. The coaches here (specifically Natalie) have helped me channel my inner athlete and I have grown so much in just a few months! They have helped me with everything from form/technique, proper diet, to building my confidence and mental toughness. I can feel the difference in my mind and body, and I’ve made several friends from the group classes as well. The classes are small and within the community, so there is an opportunity to meet and get to know local people. It’s also kept very clean and is aesthetically pleasing which is a plus. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re already experienced, I cannot recommend The Lab Method enough!

The Lab has changed my relationship with fitness. I thought that I was not capable of working out and lifting heavy. Sarah and Natalie have made me feel confident and strong in the gym. I started with never touching a bar bell or kettle bell in my life, and now I am looking forward to getting a new Deadlift PR and getting excited to do kettle bell swings. I attended a LAB Method strength class last night for the first time and I am eager to return again soon! I signed up for their trial and was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to a gym in nearly 10 years. The trainer/co-owner, Natalie, was super sweet and gave me lots of one on one help to improve my form. Everyone in the class was so nice and welcoming! It felt like I was getting time with a personal trainer while also being extra motivated by the group setting-- 10/10 recommend!
