I was very pleased with my evening class. Mostly friendly and welcoming staff. I’m excited to see this place grow!

We stopped in for a class today and my granddaughter loved it! The staff was so hands-on and supportive, and I really appreciated seeing every child get individual attention. Her teachers were incredibly attentive and even challenged her when she picked things up quickly. I didn’t expect a soft opening to run this smoothly. We can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointed. I was hoping to find a gymnastics studio for my grandson that was closer to us. This is not it.

We had such an amazing time at the preview class! My son is almost 11 months old and had so much fun interacting with the instructors and other babies/toddlers. The instructors were very attentive to all the children and did a great job keeping everyone engaged and making them feel special. We will definitely be attending more little gym classes!!

Edited to respond: Danielle, you told me I had to sign up before the grand opening to lock in the founding member rate, now here you’re stating it’s always optional? You need to be more clear when giving information. I was under the impression that I needed to lock in the rate and then I could have the trial class and make a final decision. You were misleading when I signed up in October.
As far as your soft opening with inexperienced coaches, it seems unsafe to allow employees who are clearly not trained to supervise young children on gym equipment, you clearly noticed the young girl allowing students to use equipment in a way that felt unsafe as you rushed in to help with the class.
I brought my concerns to you in a timely manner, I signed up for your gym on October, the 23rd to be exact which you tried to tell me I signed up November 23rd, the day after the trial class which is untrue and I have the texts and receipt to prove it.
Bottom line is you were misleading and you’re unprepared to open as you do not have trained staff. And the excuse about the phone is just that, an excuse. Allowing staff to check their phone 5 or more times during class is excessive.
Original post:
I had the unfortunate experience of signing up for the “founding member rate” in October due to the fact that I was lead to believe if I didn’t sign up BEFORE the trial class I would miss out on the discount. When I attended the trial class a month later, which was rescheduled several times due to staffing issues, I was unimpressed. The class had FOUR instructors for approximately 14 kids, who were then split up into two groups. The younger group had 1 instructor and the older group had 3. My son, who is small in size, was in the younger group. He was pushed to the back of the line by the other kids and the teacher did nothing about it. Each event lasted a very short period of time so each kid only got one turn. One of the teachers clearly lacked experience as she did not properly spot the older kids on the bars and the owner noticed and rushed in to help. The teacher for my son’s group checked her phone at least 5 times during the class which I’m told was due to checking the time and playing music. It was unprofessional and honestly came across as her lacking interest in the class and the kids. When the class ended my son came out and told me he liked his other gymnastics class and teacher better.
When I called today to cancel my account and ask for a refund I was informed “we don’t do refunds, it’s in the contract.” For a business just starting out offering TRIAL classes, this just screams bad business. I offered constructive feedback and let the owner know I wasn’t satisfied with the class, they haven’t even officially opened and now I’m being denied a refund and out $109. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism both in class and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, there are better gyms in the area with trained coaches, more equipment and better customer service, and also cheaper rates. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

We got the opportunity to come in for a preview class on Saturday and our son had a blast! The coaches were all so kind and made it a fun experience for him. He was able to do some fun obstacle courses and play lots of group games. He was in the super beasts class and there were about 6 kids in the class and a few instructors to help guide them where they needed to go and show them fun new ways to play on the equipment. We for sure will be back as it was a fun and safe place to get our energy out!

Brought our kids here today for preview class and it was AWESOME. Our two year old and four year old loved it and we excitedly signed up as members. Looking forward to being here and seeing the kids grow each week!!
