No matter what your fitness level, you can improve your cardiovascular endurance and get toned while singing along (even if it’s in your head) to some of your favorite beats. It’s a great way to mix up your routine and stay in shape all while having a little fun.

What an amazing experience I had today. I’m from San Antonio TX and heard amazing things about Montana Methods, and had to try it out. It was a fun, sweaty workout filled with dance, weights and pilates inspired moves. The hour went by so quickly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family if they are looking for a new style of working out and building your confidence.

I purchased the one payment 1 year membership to access the Video on Demand and live classes. It's been 2 months and since then I've been able to access Video on Demand (VOD) only 3 times. There's been multiple issues when signing in, app issues, and the latest issues is when selecting a video I get a message suggesting that I update my membership and I am not able to access any of the work out videos.. The Montana Method staff has been responsive to my emails, and still not able to solve the problem. I am being asked to reboot the webpage, nothing works. I've asked for a refund for the reminder of the year for the membership paid and I have not received a response. This is unfair after paying in full for 1 year access to VOD and live classes.

I’m so thankful my friend Brandy made me try Montana Method! When she asked me I thought I was just going to go to a fitness class and grab a smoothie with a friend! Little did I know it would bring so much to my life! It is truly a contagious place! From the music, to the people, the merch and the mind body connection! I’m just obsessed with the place! I always get excited to read the weekly newsletters, too! There’s always something going on or something to look forward to! Montana is truly a magnetic and gifted individual! I love feeling inspired by people and she and her team are undoubtedly inspirational.
I really wish everyone can read my review and just go and try MM! Because, on one ordinary Saturday morning my friend asked me to go try a class and get a smoothie after …… and that has now turned into one of the most positive addictions I have in my life!

I Honestly don’t know where to start to explain the MM experience. You could argue that my daily walk across the street is sheer convenience but it’s so much more. It’s how the class makes me feel every day- strong- healthy and alive. It’s the start to my day. The women in the class are all so energized that you cannot find a studio that brings that much sweat and pure enjoyment for a full 50 minutes. Thank you Montana for your creation , your compassion and for building an amazing staff that are just like you !

Pilates Fusion with Louis. Great class! Very upbeat with music. Classical mat with some twists. Used small weights, ball and band. Lol, was not expecting to work my arms like I did-the first few mins was a burn out with arms-greatly appreciated and needed. Will def drop in again!

The Montana Method online class is a WEEKLY staple now! I don't even like to miss a class....AND I LOVE LOUIS!!! The classes are so sassy and fun. The definition I'm seeing in my arms and rear is awesome and my day is 100% improved by not driving to a gym for a class. A class like this was too hard to find out there anyways! This is a silver bullet combo of pilates, cardio, light weights and hits so many parts of the body. Virtual no-brainer......

I got hooked on to MM when the workouts were recorded and could be accessed by the app. It would be awesome to be able to have that few back or schedule a workout option before most people have to work at. Your time 6:30am.

The Montana Method is by far the best work out and probably the only work out in the world that could get me back to getting myself healthy. Just after a couple classes u will feel and see a difference in ur body and ur mind. The music even is amazeballs. It’s like all inclusive u get it all! when I’m there I know I’m in the flow. Wow! What fun classes and atmosphere! Being someone that is just getting back into working out, I think the classes have something for everyone of all levels while keeping it fun! I've tried every kind of fitness concept over the years and The Montana Method is the best workout I've ever done. The full-body workouts are not only challenging but fun and the community is very welcoming. The playlists are great and no two classes are ever the same.
