Love this place! It’s very personable and offers a great opportunity to exchange experiences with other pregnant women. The instructor explains the exercises clearly, encourages us to stay active throughout the week, and is extremely open to questions. So glad I found The Nest.

As a first time mom, I had a lot of doubts and concerns about the entire pregnancy process. We took the Partner Workshop (a gift from my love and baby's daddy), and these classes helped a lot in clearing them up and gave us tools we can use during labor and postpartum. A big thank you to Ifat for all the information and advice she gave us to be a little better prepared for the arrival of our baby. We highly recommended The Nest.

Every yoga class I take with Ifat is amazing but the partner class was especially wonderful. I will say my husband is not a β€œyoga guy” but liked that there were other men there and felt instantly comfortable with the whole experience. He said he also feels better prepared to help me throughout early and late labor. We learned techniques that we can practice together to prepare for our birth journey and connected deeper as a couple. We are first time parents so all of the information we gained was special and important.

We had a wonderful experience doing the partner class. We were able to learn some helpful techniques which we plan to use. Fiat is very friendly and makes it easy to ask questions in a comfortable setting.

Ifat is empowerment. I found her through a Google search for prenatal yoga, and found her presence to be so incredibly calming.

When I found out she was a doula as well we knew she was the person we’d want present for us at the hospital. Ifat supported us and taught us how to advocate for ourselves throughout pregnancy, during labor and post partum. She is knowledgeable, caring, and the reason I had such an empowering birth experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

Loved the prenatal yoga class as a way to stay active without overdoing it during my pregnancy. Especially loved the partner yoga class which was a great way to include my partner, as well as teach him some ways to help comfort me during labor. Now that baby is here we have been enjoying the mommy and me yoga class together to meet other moms and babies and start building back up my flexibility and strength.

I am so blessed to have found Ifat! My friend actually found her and we went to her class together and now we are regulars. I love her technique, passion and over all energy. Each class that I go to I feel more connected to my baby and more prepared for a natural birth. I can’t wait to attend her classes after my baby girl is born for the Mommy & Me classes! Thank you so much, I am so grateful for you Ifat!

The Nest, Prenatal Yoga, has been a blessing! The classes are lead by the great Ifat, who sets the tone immediately into a judgment free and safe zone, for all us mamas to ask questions, voice concerns, and explore our bodies. I’ve been attending the classes at the park, and I LOVE being surrounded by the trees and nature. I highly recommend this class if you are expecting!

I absolutely love these prenatal yoga classes! I truly look forward to them every week! Ifat is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and never forces anyone to do anything that they may not feel comfortable doing. She truly wants everyone to feel comfortable in her classes and this is the first yoga instructor I’ve had that actually explains each yoga pose, step by step, which is so helpful for someone like me, who does not have that much yoga experience. I leave her classes feeling so relaxed and happy. You can truly see she has a passion for what she does and cares about each and every one of us. I love that her classes are focused on breathing and light poses that are absolutely safe for pregnancy. That was extremely important for me, as I am a high risk pregnancy. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these prenatal yoga classes with Ifat!! I am beyond happy I signed up!

Prenatal yoga is my favorite part of the week! Ifat teaches yoga poses and exercises that are useful throughout pregnancy and prepare you for labor. The class is part support group/part yoga class. I have learned so much from listening to all of the other mothers to be share their experiences. It is so comforting to have a community of women to ask questions and bounce ideas off of.

Moving from Boston at 6 months pregnant and not knowing anybody in the area was challenging. Finding Ifat and joining the prenatal yoga classes has been the most helpful thing I did for myself and my family. ‏

The classes are empowering, gentle and focus on our strengths as moms to be. I meet awesome moms that I now call friends, and having their support while we all go through motherhood has been very important, and for that I’m extremely thankful.

Joined this community mid year 2022 when I found out I was having my 2nd baby. The experience and the knowledge I have gained from Ifat has been incredible. I enter and leave that studio feeling empowered. Ifat’s energy is like no other and she truly does transfer that in her class. The exercises are doable, so no need to be a yoga expert. She is gentle, funny and honest, which I love! Come Feb2023 I will be joining her other class for mommy and me.

Ifat is the best yoga teacher I’ve had. She cares so much about all her students. I met Ifat when I went to an informational session hosted at her studio in 2018 and I immediately fell in love with the sense of family she showed me although we had just met. I found my doula through her, my midwife, an acupuncturist, my chiropractor, a prenatal massage therapist and most importantly, I found my mommy tribe through her Mommy and Me yoga classes. I took prenatal yoga with her during my first pregnancy, then mommy and me and now I’m pregnant with my 2nd and taking prenatal classes again. It’s so refreshing to be able to meet other moms who will be lifelong friends. I don’t know what I would have done without finding Ifat and The Nest!

Ifat is an amazing yoga teacher! She’s very welcoming, funny, and kind. I took her classes while I was pregnant with my first child and now I’m back for more prenatal yoga with my second pregnancy. Ifat is very knowledgeable about child birth, and being a mom, and what we go through and experience during pregnancy through child birth and even after. She makes me feel at ease and happy to attend her classes in a stress free relaxed environment. Ifat shares her own stories and experience in a judgment-free way and encourages others to share, helping us relate to one another. Every class has been an enjoyable experience that I look forward to each week. I feel like I get so much more out of the classes than just yoga and I would highly recommend these classes to any mom-to-be!

I love so much Ifat's mommy&me yoga class in the park! During this pandemic it's the only way I can connect with other mommies and not feel like I'm alone in this world.
There are so many advantages from going to the yoga class in the park, like grounding, connecting with the nature, getting some fresh air, moving our bodies, interacting with each other, playing with the babies, etc.
I cannot recommend it enough! This is way way better than a class in the studio!

The only downfall is that it's designed only for babies that haven't started crawling and moving.

The Nest was my first yoga home during both my prenatal and postnatal journey. The wonderful community, the inclusiveness, the sheer love that they poured out is forever in my heart. From prenatal/birthing classes to yoga classes The Nest provided me with the confidence to have a safe and informed delivery. Upon my return to yoga post natal, I was given a space in which to rebuild myself. I am so thankful for this group and especially Ifat. Her teachings are both loving and challenging. Her love for yoga and community is powerful. Highly recommend!

I began taking classes at the Yoganest when pregnant with my first child. I was new to the area and the classes were such a great source of support and information for pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. My husband and I attended a Spinning Babies and Childbirth education class with Ifat and the information we learned helped us to communicate effectively with all the medical professionals throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Ifat and all of the instructors are amazing and the classes greatly helped with lowering the anxiety and stress I was feeling about being a first time mom. Can not recommend the Yoganest enough!

We had the best experience with Ifat and Dawna. Not only are they incredibly knowledgable on all things pregnancy and birthing but they're passionate, engaged and supportive of all types of births. They provided so much information that made my husband and I so much more at ease with our upcoming birth. All of the information was so thorough and explained in such great detail that we instantly felt a sigh of relief and answers to our fears. We couldn't have asked for a better birthing class!!

I discovered The Yoga Nest shortly after we found out we were expecting. I started doing Prenatal Yoga there with Ifat right away and immediately fell in love with the studio, the atmosphere and all of the wisdom and resources that she and Dawna offer. I attended a Newborn class that was offered for FREE by three amazing doulas a couple weekends ago, I’ll be attending a FREE breastfeeding class in a couple weeks, and then my husband and I attended Dawna and Ifat’s Childbirth Class that was offered this past weekend. The class was so informative and insightful and we were in awe of the knowledge that was shared and everything we learned. We loved that it was a small, intimate setting, so you really got to get to know the other couples, it was hands-on, honest and eye opening. I think as women who are expecting we naturally expect this from such classes, but even my husband, who was so skeptical of the class and had his mind set on what to expect, he walked out of there with a greater appreciation and a whole new mindset on pregnancy, delivery, postpartum and appreciation for this new journey...and that’s huge! I cannot recommend this place enough. I have learned so much about my pregnancy, as well as myself, and feel so much stronger and prepared for my delivery (as well as becoming a first time mother) because of this amazing place and these two fantastic women! I also find it incredibly reassuring to know that this is a place that I can continue to enjoy and reach out to once our daughter is born, and that there are classes offered that we can attend together, whether it be postpartum issues, breastfeeding questions and concerns, infant CPR refresher courses, zumbini classes, etc.

I had such a wonderful first-time experience last Saturday with Ifat :) The prenatal class and environment was instantly warm and welcoming. Ifat makes sure to form a community for her students. Before the class began we had circle time and all took the time to introduce ourselves and talk a little bit about our pregnancies. I find this so important because in today's day and age, everyone is so disconnected. We barely make eye contact with strangers! So I found this to be awesome and hope that I'm able to form friendships with some of these other mamas-to-be.

The class itself was great. Ifat makes sure to be very clear with all the movements and steps, so there is never any confusion or discomfort. I felt so good afterwards! My muscles and joints felt relieved.

I'll definitely be coming back and be recommending this class to other local preggos :)

I am so grateful I found this prenatal yoga classes! I took prenatal yoga with my first pregnancy in a fancy studio in NY that was more like an expensive nap time. This class is nothing like that! It's engaging and will actually make you work and feel stronger for birth. I believe birthing is 50% mental 50% physical this class addresses both.
With my second pregnancy I was determined to go as natural as posible. So I labored at home for 4 hours, mainly on my yoga ball. Got to hospital at 9 cm (so no epidural). Got baby to crown wth the help of gravity and variations of cat cow and rested on frog pose on hospital bed. So I basically did yoga in the hospital bed while in the worse pain of my life. Before I knew it, baby was here :)

Yoga classes with Ifat where great! I started taking them when I was in my 20th week of my pregnancy. Believe or not yoga helps a lot!!!! By the time I was in week 27 I had to move out of state and sadly I couldn’t continue doing yoga at her Weston location. However, I continued doing yoga at home what I remember from the class. By the time the big day came all the respiration excercise came super handy! Even for having the epidural lol... my baby was in place for having him natural so I was happy about that and by the time I had to push I ended up pushing him in 20 minutes! I am telling you WHITHOUT this yoga classes I wouldn’t have been able to do that. I am very greatful to Ifat for teaching me a lot and I wish the same success and comfort to every future mom. You will not regret taking these classes!

Ifat at the Yoga Nest is amazing! Not only is she great at what she does yoga but she's a positive and great person to talk to! Her prenatal yoga is more of a group where you can share your thoughts with our pregos and never feel judged. My pregnancy and labor wouldn't have been the same without her! Definitely recommend :) Ill be going be back for my next pregnancies and her post pregnancy classes!

I was fortunate to take prenatal yoga with Ifat through both of my pregnancies. I can say without a doubt that it was the most helpful part of my pregnancy routine as well as the best preparation for childbirth! Ifat is such an intuitive instructor who is able to read the energy of the students and adjust class accordingly. I always left class feeling more positive, rested, and energized!! I highly recommend The Yoga Nest to help prepare your mind and body for the crazy experience of pregnancy and childbirth :)

I attended a birth with Ifat a few months ago and found her energy and knowledge to be advantageous to the client. she greatly benefited from hiring her as a doula. As a midwife, I recommend her prenatal yoga classes to all my clients as it is a great way to focus on your pregnancy and upcoming birth and keep yourself healthy. I will certainly be referring clients and look forward to working with Ifat in the future.

Walked in and literally never wanted to walk out. It was like i was at a relaxing resort. The class was extremely informative, fun and special. Thank you Ifat, Dawna and Lisa for helping me through one of the most rewarding yet difficult experiences i could ever go through. I would recommend this class to any expecting moms and dads. Well worth it.

I'm the kind of person who refuses to practice yoga at the gym. I need a place where I can relax, feel safe, connect with myself and a teacher who has a special energy. I found all of this at the yoga nest. Love the space, love the vibe and Ifat is a very calm, caring and loving person. Trust me, you'll love it too!

Wonderful prenatal flow class and a great teacher. I first met Ifat at a Yoga for Kids class a Summer or so ago, and recently took the prenatal class. Both classes were filled with a lot of positive energy. I felt great after the prenatal yoga class. Highly recommend.

Loved it! I recently started taking Ifat's class again for my second pregnancy since it helped me so much during my first pregnancy. My first delivery was quick and easy which I think due to her prenatal yoga class.
My hips and lower back feel less tight. I was actually able to get a good night's sleep for the first time in my pregnancy. She gives helpful tips throughout the class which will help you through your pregnancy and delivery.
I would recommend it to all mommies to be.

I only attended 1 out a 4 class series of prenatal yoga because of my own discomfort and difficulty with my pregnancy but I really enjoyed the experience. I took a class with Ali and the pace was great, the energy was fantastic and she was very aware of me throughout the class and I apprecited that. I would so recommend The Yoga Nest to anyone looking to get there yoga on.

Absolutely incredible prenatal yoga classes, amazing instructor and healing atmosphere! I had never tried yoga before but I felt So comfortable with how well every step was explained and how free I felt to go at my own pace. I even used all the valuable knowledge I gained here during my birth and it made a complete difference! 100% recommended!

Not only I could get physical benefits from the classes (it really gets you moving afterwards!) but also found a great community to share experiences with. The exchange of information is as valuable as Yoga. Not to say Ifat has a doula perspective, which allows her to bring more knowledge, breathing techniques and mental exercises. No doubt one of the best choices I've made for myself in this pregnancy.
