I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The staff are welcoming, supportive, and truly go above and beyond to make every member feel comfortable. Which makes a huge difference. The equipment is always clean, and with many options so I never have to worry about waiting around. I’m really grateful to find this gem of a gym especially being out of town. Highly recommended!

I am not a member and was just looking at the ratings and comments and responses from the management and that turned me off. Their responses were so rude and did not really address the issues people had. Customer concerns should not be addressed with such flippancy. It definitely can turn potential customers off. You might want to address that issue . It is a no go for me for that reason.

The machines here are as old as the people that go here. They recycle the same 50 towels for everyone to use, so most of the time they don’t have any towels. The redeeming quality of the gym is the free fitness classes and the CrossFit that’s attached.

My son introduced me to the gym recently. He has been a member for many years. The facility is clean and not too big. People are very friendly and all seem to have a sense of community which I like. This gym advertised a free day pass to try the gym on their website. I signed up for it, walked in and was told that they’re not doing the free day pass anymore. Listen I get it, the world doesn’t revolve around me. I’m just one customer, but it’s false advertisement and there wasn’t the slightest care or attempt to try to compensate a mistake on the gym’s end. To me, that goes a long way, seeing how a business takes care of its customers/prospective new customers.

I absolutely love Boca Spin Studio! It's located inside the Boca Raton fitness center. The instructors are top-notch—motivating, energetic, and always pushing you to give your best. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for an intense workout. One of my favorite features is the Spivi technology. I have belonged to this gym for over 8 years; however a couple years ago a new owner came in, Jon. He exudes a could care less attitude. I opened the door to enter our 11:30 class at 11:29, the instructor and students called me all kinds of names and he condoned it. Dawna the manager takes the same attitude. It is a mean and toxic environment. When u go to a gym you expect a welcoming atmosphere not an attitude. I was there solely for Hugo , the zumba instructor and was sad to leave him, otherwise so happy to be at a new gym

This place has turned into a joke. At any given time there are more trainers on the floor with their own non member clients taking up most of the machines and filming. I've seen myself on countless videos in the background which I'm not ok with but they let anyone walk around with cameras and tripods filming whoever and doing what they want

The Boca Raton Fitness Center is by far my new favorite gym!! They have all new equipment and even a room dedicated to the glutes (aka the Booty Room!!). Not to mention the staff is beyond amazing! Weight room is cluttered. Dumbbells, plates & other equipment left all over the floor. People don't put them back. Way too many machines so close together. Machines are constantly out of order. No room to roam around. Dirty. Dust everywhere. Owner is upcharging for classes, upgrading member fees for new machines & equipment and increasing rent for trainers. Showers smell. Sauna is constantly out of order.

What a great gym. They have lots of equipment and the space is big so it does not feel crowded. The customers are friendly and it’s nice to see friendly faces. I love that they have spin classes with great instructors. I wish they added a 12 O’clock spin class… My trainer, James Taylor Jr., is so amazing. He even sends me inspiring messages when I’m away in order to keep me focused on training… Trainers at Boca Raton Fitness are very knowledgeable and they are all pros. Highly recommend this gym🥰

I came to visit my family who have just moved from NY to Florida. after looking for a gym I came across this one and it was the best choice I could have ever made. During those three weeks I attended cross fit classes eachmorning and both the staff and members were more than friendly, extreamly helpful with any questions I had regarding the sessions etc. I could not have asked for a better experience. Requested my membership be cancelled three different times after they closed the Boca location including one conversation with the owner and they still continue to debit my account. Palm Beach Gym is a friendly, energetic, uplifting, and positive atmosphere. There are so many choices for working out and improving physical fitness that it’s difficult to choose one. The staff are smiling, they greet you when you walk in, they are friendly and always ready to help. You will never wait for clean towels, coffee and water is always available. And you can spend as much time as you want on any given day and never use the same machine twice. There are so many options.

Nice gym if you want to do a quick workout. The cardio equipment is top-notch TechnoGym, but resistance equipment seems to be lagging. You can see the years of wear on the resistance machines, which are a combo of Life Fitness and other brands, not TechnoGym. If this gym brought in TechnoGym resistance machines, I’d be there every day. The gym is sometimes warm so working out is a little more difficult. Also, the equipment on the floor needs to be better organized—they don’t seem to follow any particular pattern and aren’t grouped by muscle trained.

Love this gym! Old school feel without the attitude or bad hygiene that usually comes with those types of places. Ive been in gyms for over 20 years, (Gold's, Powerhouse, etc). Definitely a sense of community here, with most members there to work out and improve themselves. Not overpopulated with loiterers that a lot of gyms have. Management and ownership seem engaged and equipment is varied and positioned strategically enough. I'm currently rehabbing from a surgery and have noticed many members seem to be helpful and courteous which is an added bonus and unexpected.

This gym is driven by pure greed, lies and manipulation. They will tell you one thing and do something different. The general desk staff is kind, welcoming with great attitudes but the manager Dawna is beyond horrible. She has lack of respect, zero people skills, quick to judge and looks down on people. After experiencing such an attitude, I wanted nothing more to do with this gym and asked for the 1-month membership of $99 + tax to be refunded and only charge the daily rate for the only two days I used & will ever use that gym. Greed kicked in and of course that was not accepted.

CrossFit gym is amazing. The coaches there, Devin and Kaite in particular but Justin as well are great. They don’t care how much you lift as long as you’re pushing yourself and doing it correctly to avoid injury. I haven’t worked out in the free weight area as I only use the CrossFit gym.

I just want to make sure that great customer service is recognized and acknowledged I understand that sometimes things can be frustrating and for example receiving a in-house collection letter of a membership, that I thought I canceled temporarily, was pretty surprising and frustrating. I was able to contact the billing phone number and the lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful to the situation granted I was very respectful and communicated with her clearly and she was able to do the same to me with patiennce and respect. The lady, who I believe is Donna, took the time to explain what may have happened and went out of her way to make sure that any collection was canceled and that a freeze was put in place until the date that we agreed to do to being in fire academy. Very helpful and very accommodating. But again like I stated above if you approach somebody with respect, Patience and kindness usually the same as reciprocated. Thank you Palm Beach gym staff for being so helpful

I am in awe of the absolute disgust customer service. I walked in to get a walk through and check out the gym (CrossFit section), the lady upfront told me I needed to register my name and asked for me to do this THREE times over and over again. All I wanted was a look, I understand there are policies and liabilities but it now seems unapproachable. It was almost like she was racially profiling me (I’m latina of color). I asked the lady if this was normal and she told me to leave and “have a nice day”. I’ve lived in Boca my whole life, never have I been treated this way.
I wish I could leave no stars.

I love this gym. It may not have all of the equipment I would like to see but the new owner John is super cool and welcomes the feedback.
So far, I am extremely pleased with the changes that have been made in this past year. I always joked about the Eucalyptus infused chilled towels at Busy Body but I’ll tell you, they are a game changer after a hard workout!
The new roadhouse spin room looks amazing but I haven’t tried the classes yet. The turf area is just enough for comfortable distance between others when stretching or doing other functional exercises.
The members are always respectful to each other and people seem to be moderately courteous about wiping machines and equipment when done.

A gym is a gym, and in my opinion, if your gym is “clean” people are probably not working out very hard.
Public Gyms are sort of meant to be musky.
The location is convenient, parking is ample, and there are not a bunch of juiceheads posing flexing and taking shirtless vascular selfies so I’m sold on it :)

The management are cheaters. I put a hold on my account and was out of country for few months and without any intimation the gym started to deduct money from my card. When asked for refund they say it can’t be refunded and at last i somehow convinced them to refund partial amount but they lie and act as they refunded and its issue with my bank! My bank confirmed that there is nothing that is pending on my account. The manager is very bad they just act and sound good people dont trust

Place was great before it was sold now there are 3 business running out of here so it's always crowded. There are double the trainers now that take up two machines at a time. Plus there are a lot of "influencers" coming that were never here before that bring large tripods and camera's to video themselves and will take up entire sections of the gym to film themselves. All this plus current members get to pay higher fees for all that added convenience

Wow how very disappointing, came here for the first time in a while only to find they had completely removed the mma section including the mats, heavy bags and all other associated equipment. These are the very same heavy bags the now welter weight champion of the world Kumaru Usman used to use and they now sit in a corner collecting dust how shameful. The mma section was the only real notable part of this gym considering most if not all the equipment is outdated and broken half of the time. Not to mention they constantly move the assault bikes to the crossfit room were they are unavailable for use because normal members are not allowed in there. This was a very poor decision on behalf of the management I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she says they have no plans on bring back the mats and she says they will rehang the bags but it looks as if they already have the space occupied. I will be canceling my membership soon along with quite a few others I am sure, again how very disappointing.

Great gym if you’re looking to be left alone and just lift. They’re not going to pamper you, but they’re extremely fair with membership changes/payments and overall polite and professional. Clean facility and the members are nice enough. Definitely recommend

I went here on a small visit to Boca Raton this past weekend and was greeted by Bob. Immediately I asked if I could try it out for a day because I was only in for a short visit, and he buzzed me in for the remainder of the day (Sunday). The gym is packed with tons of goodies, a boxing part, a cross-fit part, and a cycling room! It has everything you could want, and a very old school type of vibe which I love. The sanitation stations are EVERYWHERE, and I love it because I sweat like a grease-monkey. It helps because you don't have to scour for spray or paper towels. The gym is very clean and the people are friendly. I would recommend this place over and over.

Very nice gym and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Also after the covid-19 pandemic nonsense they gave you the choice of wearing a mask they did not make it mandatory which was nice to see. If there's one positive thing post covid-19 it looks like everybody is cleaning all the machines after each use. I would visit again

Everyone was friendly enough but not very communicative. Seems like they only care about charging you then you’re on your own. Machines need Updating. Customer service was less than average. Bathrooms okay. WiFi shotty. I came here with a friend and I didn’t get the “welcome it’s your first time let me show you around” that I was expecting compared to Other gyms I’ve been to.

I was a member for years, put my account on hold as I would be gone for a year. When I went to re-activate my membership, I was told I had to pay the sign up fee, then they were doing me a favor by only charging me half. After years of being a member and referring family + friends, this is ridiculous!!

Came to town on an emergency basis and needed a place to stress release. Wonderful place with great staff made me feel important and wanted. Equipment is good and plentiful. Thanks for the assistance!!

Was a member for multiple years but only because it was usually dead and you could easily use any machines you want. It was great if you just went in and kept your head down but it’s also on the other side of the coin one of the most unprofessional gyms I’ve been to. It’s one of those gyms that’s fine until you have to deal with staff, they are rude, condescending and will make sure you do not feel welcome if you lodge any complaint whatsoever instead of treating you like a customer that you are. Not just make sure, but go out of their way to treat you horribly after showing any disapproval. The guy on the weekend at the front desk is great but the rest are half awake and don’t pay attention to anything, the bathrooms are disgusting. I would never use a shower there without wearing full shower shoes and the sink is always slimy and grimy. For the cost, I’m not expecting much but when their brown streaks in the shower and the toilets are constantly disgusting, you’d think they’d find someone to clean and wonder how often they clean anything else there. Anyways, there are multiple gyms in the area I would recommend in a heart beat over this place. A youfit or planet fitness will at least clean, here I feel like I’m going to get ring worm.

WHO are these people that complain bout staffers "harassing" them etc etc... ??
I've been going here for two years and everyone is waaaaay chill and laid back and pleasant. Maybe these complaints come from people who go through their lives peeing vinegar and expect everybody to bow down to their overly entitled snowflake Boca Raton mentalities.
If you go in with a humble attitude and be gracious and have good energy then you will find like minded people. .. .
These people need to get a life. My only wish is that this gym would get HEAVIER Heavy Bags to suspend from the ceiling beams. Other than that, what do you expect for thirty bucks a month??😎.

We are a new couple to the gym since may. Very close to home and we like it so far. My only complaint is In regards to a very few people who bother you while you are trying to work out. You cant lay claim on a machine that you walk away from for several minutes. To talk to your buddies or use another machine and then when someone who pays just like you do comes to use the machine you say oh i was using that. Guess what i am going to use it. Management at the gym has told me once you leave a machine its fair game. I watched a machine vacant for 20 min during my work out and as soon as i go to use it some guy asked to work out with me i declined i am using it now he got mad . Then another time a rude old lady came up and demanded how long i was going to be. I just got on the machine only did one set of ten. I politely said i am not sure i just got on. She proceeds to tell me that is not what i asked you and that i am being ignorant because i dont know gym etiquette. I told her i am not bothering her during her work out do not bother me. Management was notified. I was told she was an independent trainor not an employee and this was not the first time someone has complained about her. So do whats right for the customer you have cameras. Put clear rules visible to your clients about machines and personal space. Let paying customers work out. They also said i could stay on the machine as long as i like til i am done . Everyone’s work out is different. So in a short time these are the issues. So instead of working out stress before work now i have stress going to the gym because i dont want to be bothered. I dont want to work out with anyone. I just want to find a machine no one is on and get in shape. I have limited time . Eventually i want a personal trainor and more but we are considering changing gyms if we cant work out in peace. Maybe management will read this and care maybe not but i know other people have the same issues . I post both good and bad reviews and i read them when making decisions where to spend my hard earned money. Thank you

I was at the front desk making a complain about the lack of benchmarks for the body pump class while the front desk employees was lounging and grinning . At that point ,I addressed the unprofessional attitude of an employee to her manager who continued to laugh about the situation. She refused to disclose her name. I suggest that the company hires people that are able to behave professionally. Sadly, I have been a member since 2002 and went through different transactions but now thinking that my loyalty should change.Upon me leaving she continued to laugh stating that she has no problems with anyone and gets compliments all the time.

I live in Palm Beach Gardens but I spend every other weekend in Delray so I signed up for a gym member ship here for those weekends and I was blown away by how nice it is. I wish I could make this my every day gym. State of the art and well maintained equipment and lots of it as well. I also can't even go to my regular gym at peek hours because it is so busy but I went Saturday morning at 9AM which would be a madhouse at my regular gym but at Palm Beach Gym I didn't have to wait for any equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
