This gym is terrible. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and acts like you’re bothering them if you ask a simple question. The equipment is dirty, the bathrooms are gross, and it feels like nobody here cares about keeping the place clean. The vibe is completely unwelcoming, and the employees make it worse. This gym is straight up nasty. The equipment is dirty, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Half the machines are broken or squeaky, and the ones that work are sticky and gross. The air smells sweaty the second you walk in. Nobody wipes anything down, and it feels like management doesn’t even care. On top of that, the management is rude and dismissive if you bring up any problems. Easily one of the worst gyms I’ve ever stepped in.

Excellent service with the staff and the Ranch is a very clean and organized place to actually enjoy your spa treatment - really super nice gym to exercise with a numerous types of equipment to use and assistance to help with your needs - clean massage rooms and wonderful massage specialist to assist in your body healings , nice sauna and steam room . I have joined The Ranch 6 months ago and unfortunately experience a hostile and unfriendly front desk staff in the mornings.

I attend the swim aerobics classes 6 days a week and enjoys those classes immensely. However, dealing with the dismissive and unfriendly office staff has me rethinking whether I want to be a part of this hostile environment. I am energized to attend my classes but the stress of dealing with 2 unprofessional desk personnel makes my experience less satisfactory.

Good, consistent and genuine greetings make the paying customer feel welcome and add to a positive overall fitness experience and future referrals to The Ranch.

Two long standing members of The Ranch (17 plus years) have affirmed my front desk experience since they also feel ignored and are rarely greeted.

Anyone with any Customer Service experience knows that an organization is built on a positive relationship between the customer and staff employees. If employees are so unhappy as to take it out on members then they should exit The Ranch and leave the Customer Service field.

I and many other members are hopeful of positive changes regarding a professional and welcoming attitude.

Let it be known that there are many Ranch employees who are excellent Ranch Ambassadors. One in particular is Agie whose stable personality and hard working ethics is exemplary and should be the standard for The Ranch.

The exercise floor is cramped, very limited with machines and equipment. The spa side doesn't provide towels or a robe for services. I've never been to a spa that didn't provide a way to shower before/after a massage

This is in regards to the Salon: My wife made an appointment over a week ago to get her hair styled. We drove down this morning and she was told 'we do not have you scheduled'! Now my wife is battling Cancer and just wanted to get her hair done in order to make herself feel better. They couldn't even accomodate her at that time and this was THEIR mistake!! Last time she will go here and last time we recommend this Salon to anyone. If you can't hire a person that can schedule an appointment then you've got some serious staffing issues.

Do not waste your time or money. This place has turned into a real joke. they still charge you full price for the membership even after taking away the steam room, deodorant, mouthwash, and lotion in the bathrooms I have been a on and off member with this place since 2016. When you want to cancel your membership sheri will not answer the phone you can “leave her messages all day and still get nothing in return. And when you do finally get ahold of her she will tell you that you never called to cancel and still change you for the next month. She is very rude and unprofessional and will not call you back. I will not be returning. Other than to try and go up there and get my money back since their phones don’t seem to work after canceling a membership.....

Don't waste your money.I do NOT recommend this place. I have been a member for over 14 years and it has really been going down hill for at least the last 5 years! I feel the management team is rude, snitty and unfriendly. The manager has been aggressive towards me twice. In my opinion he couldn't manage a pot-a-potty and is a bully. The class schedule has been awful for months. The "heated" pool is cold. It's an expensive gym, so you would think they would be grateful for their members. That is not how I was treated for the last 5 years.

Tuesday evening around 7PM I was leaving the Gym after my workout and realized I did not have my Car Keys,I know I had them when I entered the Gym but I could not find them. Every Staff Member stopped what they were doing and started searching for my Keys,they checked everything,even went out to my Car with a Flashlight looking on the ground,went through the Laundry,Lockers,Bathrooms etc. The Keys were finally found in the Group fitness Room.The Staff at the Ranch is always friendly and helpful all the time but I was still surprised at how each of them cared so much and went out of their way to help me.
