Dina has created a wonderful place for all of us to come together to workout. Her vision realized is a huge opportunity for each individual, no matter what level of fitness we are at the present. The trainers, instructors focus on all the group while adapting instruction when needed for us!!!! The trainers and instructors are absolutely awesome. Soooo glad we have this opportunity for all. Everyone needs to come and see this!!!!
