Rick was my trainer for two years after I had both of my knees fully replaced he listens to your concerns and at the same time pushes you towards your goals without letting you get hurt. He is very knowledgeable, confident, and passionate about his training abilities. I’m happy to say I was in the best shape after those two years that I have been in for many many years. Rick definitely will not disappoint you.

I really enjoy working out with Erik! He is very personable & knowledgeable! He likes to keep the exercises interesting as well as challenging! He isn't afraid to try something new and he was very patient with me when I had to ask him multiple times how to do a specific exercise! Erik is absolutely AMAZING. He’s the perfect balance of patient and motivating he knows exactly when to push you, especially in those moments when you don’t think you can keep going, but he knows you can.

He’s incredibly accommodating with scheduling, which has been such a blessing. And the bonus? He also teaches my children jujutsu! His patience isn’t just for adults he has a true gift for working with kids, too.

Erik is an all around incredible trainer, a family man, and someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with. Best part is he’s right here in New Port Richey. Go check him out! Rick and this gym is a nice peaceful and clean gym. Rick was my trainer & i couldn't reccomend him enough. He cares about his client and shows them exactly how to do things from start to finish. I would highly reccomend this gym if you want a clean & peaceful environment. I would also reccomend Rick as a trainer.
