I’ve been training with Coach D for almost two years(on and off), and I truly can’t thank him enough for the role he’s played in my journey. Living with lupus, staying active and consistent has been a challenge, but his guidance and support have been a huge part of helping me remain in remission.

We started training in person, and even after I moved to California, he made it seamless to continue virtually. His patience, flexibility, and encouragement make every session not only effective but also enjoyable. He understands my needs, listens carefully, and adjusts workouts so that they challenge me without ever compromising my health.

Damien is my son’s coach and we are so glad we found him. Damien educates my son on the importance of working out and how to use the correct form while exercising. Damien is quite literally the best trainer I have worked with. I put off going to the gym for a number of years because I had lack of motivation and I had noticed gym culture had changed (not for the better). But then I met Damien. He got me to feel motivated again. He showed me a gym culture that was all about growth, positivity, and support. Damien is a fantastic trainer! He takes the time to ask questions; asks questions before and during training, and follows up. We discussed my fitness goals and he recommended nutrition changes, like reducing my calorie intake which was huge for me! I am seeing results! I’ve been working with Coach D for a little while now and I am the strongest I have ever been! One of my coworkers asked me to run a 5K with her, which is not something I would normally do, being a lifelong slowpoke! He is helping me with interval training, and my form, and I feel like I am actually getting the hang of running! I am also strength training and am getting stronger every day, and he challenges me to push myself. He keeps me on track and holds me accountable with my diet in the nicest way, and doesn’t make me feel bad if I slip up! I am down about 45 pounds so far! He seems to really care about his clients and wants to help them achieve their goals with a positive attitude. I cannot recommend Coach D enough!!!!

Ok so my actual name is Malik. I use this account to submit reviews. First off i want to say Damien and I relationship started from me selling him auto insurance with Geico. He offer me a free session which i gladly accepted. After the session i did purchase a 10 session including 2 free classes. And it is a investment in one self at the end of the day so keep that in mind. Anyways from i believe 06/15/24- current 08/09/24 i went from about 200lbs to 187. And that is without having to run. I didn’t run one time while i had training with him. Which was one of my biggest things i told him i don't really like running. I don’t want to make this too lengthy but for my first time having a trainer I believe Damien is of the upper echelon of trainers. I will continue with his programs and things he taught me and hopefully by this time next year im down to 155-165 all muscle and cut up!!!

I’ve been training with Damien for 3 months and couldn’t be happier. I’ve lost 14 pounds, have increased energy levels, and even have become more self-aware of eating habits.

Damien also helped me overcome difficulties with mobility as I was coming back from shoulder surgery, and his “just take pics of your meals” approach to my diet is WAY easier to follow than calorie-counting apps.

I first worked with Coach Damien in 2016 while living in South Florida. I reconnected with him 2 years ago when I needed to make a change to my gym routine, eating habits, etc. I now live out of state and have been working with Coach D remotely, and it has been amazing! I've lost over 20lbs and shed about 10% body fat. He sets up my work outs through an app and coaches me through weekly phone/video calls to work on form! He is highly motivational and helps me find the strength to work out on the tough days too! I'd recommend working with Coach D if you need to make a change or want to lose weight/build muscle. He is very motivational and always in a positive mood! The workouts are never boring and adjusted as you make progress! Whether you're local or out of state, I'd say call Coach D!! Worked with Coach D a couple of times through 2023 and some of 2024. Could not recommend him enough! We did mainly online programming, but also a few in-person workouts as well. He does a great job of weekly programming for your personal goals, and also held me accountable. He also helped me fun my first Spartan Race!

I have been a client of Damien's for many years. He has helped me achieve so many fitness goals and showed me how to adopt a growth mindset when it comes to my potential.

I was very scared of the gym in the beginning, but Damien's initial sessions really helped me overcome that first fear. Then I was hesitant of lifting weights but he helped me overcome that to the point where tracking my strength records became my favorite part of our sessions. I lost 80 pounds working with him.
