The Yoga Garden Collective is a blessing. I was a little nervous about starting something I knew absolutely nothing about but the instructors are so friendly and compassionate. This has become my haven from the storm of the world. I highly recommend everyone to come and give it a try.

The Yoga Garden in Freeport is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sense of calm, warmth, and welcome that’s hard to find anywhere else. The space is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and filled with good energy.

What makes this place special, though, is Jamie, the owner. She is incredibly kind, genuine, and attentive. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, she meets you exactly where you are with compassion and encouragement. Her classes are thoughtfully guided, blending mindfulness, movement, and a deep sense of care. It’s clear she puts her heart into everything she does.

If you’re looking for a place to practice yoga, find a little peace, or just feel supported and seen, I can’t recommend The Yoga Garden is enough. Jamie has created something truly special here.

The Yoga Garden Collective is the gold standard for yoga studios in the area. The instructors are helpful and skilled for every level no matter where you are at in your wellness journey. Being new to the area I was nervous about what to expect but I was met with a warm welcome by all. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. She has really put together something special and healing here. If you’re bouncing from studio to studio do yourself a favor a find your tribe here. You’ll be glad that you did.

Absolutely love the Yoga Garden!❤ Jamie(owner) is an absolute doll and extremely knowledgeable! The whole vibe/energy is so incredibly welcoming, positive, supportive & FUN that I actually look forward to going!!!😂 Wide range of classes to choose from annnnd they recently added some weight machines!💪 Rumor has it that kettleballs are also being added to the hand weight collection. I can see my one-stop fitness shop taking shape🎉🏆 Check it out - you won't be disappointed!👍❤👍❤👍
