I went to Nikki’s class last week while I was visiting from out of town and it was unbelievable. I didn’t know what to expect and she exceeded my expectations with her challenging choreography and teaching style. I’m an instructor as well and found her class to be one of the best I’ve ever done. I will definitely come back to this studio!

Love the Clematis location for years, and I frequent there often. But last week, I tried the Palm Beach location, and Nikki's class was seriously amazing! She made it feel like a private session. She also helped me grow & learn in my practice. Super cool, friendly, & inspiring. The studio is also adorable!

As a new but dedicated yogi who became a regular at The Yoga Society in Palm Beach, I wanted to shine a light on Nikki Rattenger, who I can honestly say changed my perspective and relationship with yoga. Nikki's classes not only offer a welcoming and warm atmosphere but also a deeply personalized experience that caters to each student's individual needs.
What sets Nikki apart is her genuine interest in getting to know her students on a personal level. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, Nikki takes the time to understand your unique journey and tailors her classes accordingly. It's this personalized touch that makes each session feel like a transformative experience.
With her compassionate guidance, she seamlessly integrates the emotional and mental aspects of yoga into every session, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered long after you've rolled up your mat.
As someone who regularly attends Nikki's classes in Palm Beach, I can't help but wish she taught at the West Palm Beach studio too, especially once this pop up location closes for the season.

I experienced two wonderful classes while in town last week. I was fortunate to have a private class with Nikki as my first class where she dedicated time to motivate and push me in my practice. Additionally, Sarah's class was perfectly challenging and explored new positions. I was sore for days!

BEST HOT YOGA EVER!!!
I have been to many studios, seeking the best hot Vinyasa classes, and the Yoga Society raises the bar high and offers a fun and unique experience!
TEACHERS: best in their field, with some of the most advanced Vinyassa flows!
STUDIO ENVIRONMENT: the studio gets very hot, has wall-to-wall windows with a view overlooking Clematis Street, and an epic sound system!

Whoever taught 6.30 pm class today didn’t take into consideration that yoga studio is not a night club and that blasting music through the speakers doesn’t create high energy but takes away students’ ability to hear the instructions. I asked the instructor to please turn down the volume and she did so for exactly two seconds before turning it back on to the max on her phone.
Today’s flow was neither well designed nor professionally taught. I’m an experienced yoga student and felt like I was in a marathon with up and down motions switching between asanas. And who calls a “tricep” - “tri”? Definitely not Ashley Galvin. I love Shaun’s classes but tonight was a disaster. I was one of the three students walking out on the class early which I’ve never done in my 20 years of taking yoga.
Downtown West Palm needs a bigger variety of yoga studios for the honest competition to keep teachers accountable and help them do better as professionals.

I love the studio and the practices very much. The instructors are inspiring and depths individuals is hard to say who is my favorite teacher all them are great. Love every class and my workout gets done. I really see how on each practice my body and mind are progressing!
I kept thinking about this review and I needed to add more details. Tried multiple yoga studios around WPB and this is the best of the best. The teachers are so unique and well versed in technique, postures and variety of classes. Impossible change this place. Thank you so much for teaching and your hard work!

Bought a 10 class pass and was kind of disappointed. They don't offer any beginners classes and I mistakenly thought the foundation class was a beginners class and found it a little too challenging. I felt awkward and out of place at the Yin Yoga class. MOST of the Instructors are overall friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant but I would not recommend unless you are very experienced with yoga. Also the only parking available is in the garages so it's a little hard to get to easily. I most likely won't go back even though I still have 7 classes left on my pass. : (

My experience in this studio is actually a one-star, but I rated as a three-star because a lot is likely my personal preference.
Positives: nice and competent yoga instructor and other patrons, central location in WPB, nice view with multiple walls of windows
Cons: music was so loud both myself and wife could not hear the instructor; the class was more for people wanting to "go through the motions" of a class vs. bettering one's practice (e.g., the instructor offered no feedback, offered no alternative poses, and went through the entire course as if following a script).
If you are an experienced yoga student, go to this studio more than once for familiarity, and just want to go through the motions for a "yoga workout" - this studio may be ideal for you. If you want to improve your practice, receive feedback, have opportunity to experiment, hear your instructor vs. feeling like you're in a club - this studio may not be ideal for you.

Nikki is by far the best yoga instructor at this studio. She is AMAZING and knows how to read the room and tailor the class to our needs and intentions we set for ourselves. Every time I leave class I feel SO empowered and full of love and gratitude for her and my practice. I wish this studio offered her more classes at nighttime after work, but nonetheless I am so thankful having her around and helping me on my yogi journey! If you are an avid yogi, this is your instructor. If you do yoga to “burn calories” this is still your instructor even though that is far from her approach to practice. If you are new to yoga, this is still your instructor! She will kick your butt and light a fire within you. Highly recommend ❤️

Recently took a foundations class with Shawn and I learned so much! This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to work hard and practice proper form. The instructors at The Yoga Society are helpful and inspiring. This is the perfect studio to drop-in and take a class. I also recommend the FlowBack Thursday class!

This was my first time every doing yoga, I'm sure I looked like a total mess lol ! But the instructor was so nice and calming. It is very intense but well worth it and I will definitely be coming back for more sessions. Bring lots of water 😁

I am newer to yoga and am trying to get into it a lot more. I started my yoga experience at this yoga studio. Took three classes with three different instructors. All three were very welcoming and helpful to my lack of flexibility and lack of knowledge of terms and positions. They went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my experience and learning.
I then left for one month and took some classes in Los Angeles.
Came back today for Brittany McKay’s class, which makes her the only instructor I had twice. It’s difficult to articulate the emotions I felt in this class. I learned; new positions, expanded my flexibility, reach a new level of happy discomfort, detoxed a month of traveling and stress, and became personally emotional by the end of the class.
This was a new experience for me and was truly beautiful. After class I spoke with the instructor and asked why I would have gotten so emotional for the first time in yoga. She explained how the twists and positions we did were hip stretches and those help with detoxing and releasing emotions.
This was such a shift in my yoga journey and has empowered me to continue visiting The Yoga Society in West Palm Beach. I will be taking as many Brittany McKay classes as I possibly can to further my yoga journey and experience.
Thank you Brittany McKay and The Yoga Society for everything!

Love this studio! The people are kind and the classes are well lead and always upbeat. Each yoga teacher gets very involved in each students movement. They often come correct form hands on or give little reminders on how to be in the complete posture. They also work with all bodies and ability levels. I have been to many different studios in many different places, and none compare. The heat + the energy + the teachers= the perfect workout and yoga practice! <3

So grateful to practice with a community of yogis that show no judgement. It could be a day, week, month or year since the last time you practiced together and you feel equally welcomed by this supportive and loving studio. 🙏🏻❤️ 🙌🏻

I am beyond obsessed with this studio, the practice, and yoga teachers. You're always nervous heading into a new studio the first time, but I was so so warmly welcomed by ashley my first day! I look forward to taking a sweaty and destressing vinyasa class or just a calming yin class every day! 100% recommend to anyone in South Florida looking for a yoga studio, a place to drip sweat, or just a place to meet fun people.
