beware they will say you have to go in person to cancel and when you do it actually doesnt cancel your membership. You then have to submit a google form that the desk person wont inform you of so you think you membership is cancelled then you get charged again and have to call your bank. This is the best gym I've ever been to! The space is so well organized, welcoming, and ultra clean. Their 24-hour access for members is super convenient. They have awesome equipment (they even have a sled which is hard to find!) and the community is amazing - everyone is kind, friendly, and supportive. I've been visiting North Palm Beach for a few months every year for the last 3 years and I most look forward to coming here each time. Without fail I make a new friend. This should be the gold standard for how gyms are operated! Shout out to Dennis for all his help! Y'all are wonderful

I love this gym! Staff is super nice and friendly. They remember you and especially if you’re new. They always check in on me and ask if I need help with anything. I am not worried about bothering the staff, they are always happy to help. As a woman and an extremely introverted person I feel at ease here. Very women friendly and positive environment. I feel safe working out here at all hours. Also 24 hours which is great if you want to workout super early or super late.

This gym is a lot slower and less packed then many others gyms in south Florida, which is cool. The woman that signed me up was awesome (I don't remember her name, Lisa maybe?) The locker rooms are SUPER nice and it's awesome that the women's locker room is full of any toiletries we could possibly need.

My only two complaints:

1. The lack of yoga mats. Yes, there are the tri-fold thick black mats but those don't work for when I don't want to get scrapped up on the turf while doing hip thrusts.

2. This might just be me, but the last couple times I've been here, there's a young girl at the front desk that just seems like she can't be bothered whenever I have to speak to her. She didn't offer me a locker key and I didn't want to even ask for one after how annoyed she seemed when I wanted to buy a water. Every single other time I've come in, I've been greeted with a smile and offered a locker key when whoever is at the desk sees my bag. Again, I'm possibly reading into this wrong as I struggle to gauge people's body language and tone but just something that did rub me the wrong way.

I have stopped in here several times pre-Covid and post-Covid. I have seen the advancements that the business has implemented to keep up with the times. One of my biggest requests was 24-hour access, which was added within the last month. They have the typical cable weights, free weights, cardio, and a smoothie bar/station. But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such.

Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there.

If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.

Where do I start? I can’t say enough about how wonderful this Gym is. For starters the owners and staff are great and very attentive to their members. My trainer Toby, he is one of the best trainers I have had the pleasure of being trained by, and I have had a few throughout my life. I have two injuries, both to my right leg and Toby is very attentive to those injuries and knows the best way to train me without causing further injury to myself. Next, I love the size of the Gym. It has all the modern equipment of a bigger gym but is smaller in size. The music they play is great to work out. As a female I am extremely comfortable walking in to work out without feeling like I am going to get harassed. They are now open 24 hours so I can come in any time I want.they offer free towels and smoothie bar. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants a great work out and if you want a personal trainer, I highly recommend Toby.

I went to this gym based on the reviews and can tell you that after having been there for three months, it is clear to me that the reviews must have been paid for or created by fake reviewers.

The gym is not clean, it is quite disgusting. The equipment is old (some even have rust on them!), hand held weights are falling apart, props are poorly organized and also falling apart. In addition to the monthly charge, there is a once a year charge for "improvements". I cannot see where any of the revenue is being used for improvements. You can get protein shakes there, which seems good, but if you examine the ingredients they use, you will see they are poor, cheap quality. The so-called "spa like" bathrooms are anything but; the showers are tiny, full of mold and mildew (Tilex people!!), not enough room to get ready for post workout dressing. They just put some tacky italian-theme wallpaper and a basket of cheap toiletries, and called it "spa-like". The members and the staff are pompous, vain and pretentious.

One good thing is there are a couple good instructors but that is not enough to overcome the myriad of negatives.

Don't be fooled by fake reviews. Avoid Zoo Health Club.

As a new member, you can meet with a trainer who produces a personalized routine for you. They rival lux resort gyms with plush towel service, toiletries, coffee service and juice bar. Although I don't have a ton of time to participate in them, the fitness classes I have attended are great, especially rowing and spin which introduces you to some more challenging and intense training. Best gym I’ve ever been to. I have two kids and the childcare is the most important part to me. They have great employees in the Kids room and my kids are always happy to go! Everything is super clean and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and succeeding in your goals. The classes are great too! It’s the best gym in palm beach county.

The Zoo in North Palm Beach is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you can tell the difference. As a personal trainer I have been in a number of facilities over the years and what has really stood out about The Zoo are the people, the cleanliness of the place, and the overall environment. In fact, many of my clients would always remark at how clean the place was and how amazing their childcare was. And those are two areas that are often overlooked in a fitness facility. This is a great place for anyone wanting to get in a great work out with some of the best equipment available, a friendly environment, a full class schedule, and large, clean locker rooms. Plus you get top notch trainers and instructors as well as owners who are there often greeting you as you come in.

What a great health club I belong to! I love going here because it is such a friendly atmosphere with top notch trainers and classes. I have used two of their trainers and have been impressed by both. Great prices, great classes, great equipment, great clientele!

Such a friendly atmosphere. I have been to a lot of gyms, and this one by far is the cleanest and nicest smelling! I never have to wait for cardio equipment and there isn't a time limit either. They have a variety of weights and cable systems along with energized group classes. Best yet, CHILDCARE IS FREE!!! They were very welcoming to me when I first came in and had different price points that tailored to my needs. I love checking facebook and pintrest on my cardio machine when i'm working out, it makes to time go by so much faster.
