After practicing at home for a few years, I finally decided to try an in class experience. This is not like any other yoga class, every class is different and unique. The teachers and students are so welcoming and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. I’m still very much a beginner and the class isn’t difficult and the teachers are helpful. So happy I picked the right place.

From a weekly beginner to a retreat regular—Third Eye Yoga has completely transformed my practice.

I've been attending classes at Third Eye Yoga in Tavares for almost a year now, and I recently returned from my first yoga retreat hosted by the incredible studio owners, Jaymati and Rob. Let me tell you—the retreat in the Georgia mountains at Elohee Retreat Center was next-level amazing! Every detail was so thoughtfully planned: three nourishing yoga sessions a day, gourmet 5-star vegetarian meals, and the perfect balance of free time and social connection. It exceeded every expectation I had. I’m already looking forward to attending every future retreat they offer!

But let’s bring it back to the heart of it all—the studio itself. 💜 The instructors at Third Eye Yoga are not only deeply knowledgeable, but also caring, supportive, and truly committed to their students' well-being. I began my journey with just one class a week—the Tuesday night Restorative class witb Destiny— and fell so in love with the experience that I gradually explored more classes. Fast-forward a few months, and I’m now enjoying 3–5 classes a week through their unlimited membership!

I feel so grateful that Jaymati and Rob opened this welcoming space in Lake County- hosting events and classes beyond yoga. They live and breathe the lifestyle they teach, and their dedication shows in every class, every event, and every retreat.

If you’re curious about starting yoga or looking for a studio that offers a deeper, more authentic experience—Third Eye Yoga is the place to be. Its a place where I've found my breath, balance, and a beautiful community of people.

It just doesn’t get any better than this! The owners, Jaymati and Robert, create a unique experience at every class. Their expertise allows them to create a flow, not a cookie cutter class. The atmosphere is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. They also offer private classes and all kinds of events.

I have been to several events with Natalie, Jaymati and Robb as well as guest teachers respectively and many classes as well as vedic thai sessions, with Robb.
The vibe is amazing! I have been treated with love, kindness and respect at all times.
My flexibility/mobility has improved amazingly! I would recommend each of these instructors and this studio whole heartedly!

Third Eye Yoga represents a compassionate, caring, and highly knowledgeable group of yogis. Robb in particular has assisted me with recovery following orthopedic surgery and subsequent months of immobilization. Classes accommodate practitioners of all ages and levels of practice. I am deeply grateful to Third Eye Yoga for helping me vastly improve my physical and mental well being.

It’s funny how many of these reviews talk about how welcoming this place is… I have a completely different take… I found this place online and saw the classes and events like sound bath etc that they have. I looked up prices for class packs etc and I decided to go for it and sign up but wanted to check out the vibe and see what it was like. At app 12:30 today I stopped by to say hello. The door was unlocked so I opened it and stood about 2 foot from the door. It’s so nice in there. Very zen and comforting feel. A man was in the studio and he passed by in front of me and was caught off guard by seeing me standing there. I explained I was new and had found them online and interested in different events and classes but wanted to stop by and say hello and what the vibe was…he just kept saying how caught off guard he was and seemed extremely startled. He then sat down at desk to seemingly take a breath and once again said I caught him off guard because he wasn’t expecting anyone. He did finally say if you want to look around…. I did not. I walked out apologizing to someone for visiting there business. If I had come in screaming and banging things that would be one thing.
I get that you are in a zen state and going about the task of setting up a class or event. But this is also a business and if you don’t want anyone walking in then lock the door . And since it is a business when someone does walk in don’t make them feel like they did something wrong and have them apologizing to you as they leave

I completed my one on one Third Eye Asana assisted for 6 visits. I made this decision a few months after the death of my son. Grief is heavy and I desperately sought to find peace within myself. Jaymati is an incredible teacher and leader in this art. I learned that the peace I sought was always with me and Jaymati assisted me in uncovering this part of my subconscious that had been hidden under the weight of my grief. I was touched by My Creator during my sessions and I will forever be grateful to her for this as well. I continue to be open to breathwork and the acknowledgment of my feelings and emotions allowing them flow in the rhythm that is best for me. As I walk my journey in life I will continue to be grateful to myself for the choice I made to follow the path that led me to Third Eye Yoga. Thankyou Jaymati with all of my heart

There is no place I'd rather be. Jai and Robb are phenomenal, as are their other teachers. The more classes I attend, the better I feel. Private sessions are incredible. Do yourself the great favor of visiting Third Eye Yoga. While there, check out a book from their yoga library!

I discovered Third Eye yoga while looking for a place to practice yoga. I was looking for a way to calm my busy mind. When I found Third Eye, it was just right! I felt welcomed, safe, and not judged. As I began to practice, I had life-changing experiences. The first time I was invited to participate in yoga teacher training, I laughed it off. A few months later, another teacher asked me to consider the training. I told them I wasn’t built to be a teacher as I don’t bend and twist like the IG photos. Then they asked me, “Wouldn’t it be nice to give back to a practice that has given so much?” Well, I pondered it. My ego wanted to know how I would incorporate it into my business. It told me that I didn’t want to teach it. My coach asked me if I could participate in the training without knowing the outcome. So, I signed up!

Let me share with you it was the best investment I have made in myself to date! Jaymati does an incredible job of integrating all the different aspects of yoga. I will always look at a yoga class differently. It takes time, thought, and preparation to create safe spaces for people to have their experience. From learning Sanskrit, history, theory, and anatomy. I am well-prepared to create safe spaces for myself and others. It turns out I love teaching yoga! It brings me as much or more peace than just practicing alone. If you are considering yoga teacher training, Third Eye Yoga is the place to do it! All my friends who got their certification from other sources couldn’t believe how much more I learned than they experienced, from the relationship created to the hands-on practice and, most importantly, the time and support to integrate all the wisdom, knowledge, and experience. Jaymati and her integrated teacher training is more than a yoga certification; it is a life-changing experience. Whether contemplating a class or teacher training, I ask you, are you willing to invest in you not knowing the outcome?

Third Eye Yoga is, in my opinion, the ideal yoga studio. The owners Jaymati and Robb are both exemplary yogis who do a fantastic job of operating the studio with a kind hearted, open and accepting philosophy.

I completed my 200-hr integrated hatha yoga teacher training at this studio and I honestly couldn’t think of a better place to have completed my training. All of the instructors do a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and accepted in their own skin.

This is not a place of cliques or judgmental stares like I’ve unfortunately experienced at other studios in the past. They make you feel welcomed and will meet you exactly where you’re at regarding physical capabilities and personal knowledge of yoga. Please do yourself a favor and check this studio out! Your mind and body will thank you later and you might even find a family of like-minded people while you’re at it!

Rob and Jaymati go above and beyond creating a safe space to practice yoga. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. They have a variety of different classes each offering a unique experience. They also facilitate events like sound baths and workshops. I can not recommend this studio enough. Any level would feel welcomed. No stress when arriving, they have all the props/equipment you may need.
I just completed my 200hour teacher training program with third eye yoga. If you have any interest in how and why yoga really works, this would be a wonderful place to start. It was the best investment I have made in myself.

I was diagnosed with degenerative articular disc displacement, a condition that is not treatable. I was completely not able to eat at times because I could not use my jaw. It was suggested I take yoga to relax my muscles or go on addictive muscle relaxers. I chose yoga. I have been using yoga with Jaymati for 3 weeks now, she has went above and beyond to assist me, even sending me nidras to practice at home. My jaw has only locked once since starting. It truely is a healing practice. Thank you Third Eye for all the compassion.
