Thrive is an inclusive gym allowing for any and all levels of fitness. Bri makes herself for each member during the workouts, making it feel like a personal training session.

I’ve trained with Bri years ago at another gym and was super excited when she opened her own gym in the area. She is a fantastic trainer with a deep rooted knowledge of the fundamentals of strength training, as well as just a really kind and caring person. Her gym was thoughtfully built out to accommodate a class size of 24 without ever feeling cramped or claustrophobic. She has some of the larger equipment coveted for those booty workouts she is known for, as well as all the weights and equipment wanted for traditional lifting and strength training. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

I’ve been going to Thrive for 3+ months and it was the best decision. What really makes this gym exceptional is the atmosphere. It’s welcoming and motivating—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym goer, you feel like you belong. The group classes are high-energy, and led by Bri who is an amazing, well educated trainer/owner, who knows how to keep you pushing your limits. 10/10!

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment to work out in. Every class is well thought out. 8 minute stations has given me the ability to build on my lifts and see real results. Coach Bri devotes her full attention to the classes- making sure everyone is pushing their limits, lifting properly, and building on their goals.

Taking gym classes with Bri has been such a great experience! The workouts are always challenging and push me to improve, but what really makes it special is the amazing group of people in the class. After having my baby a year ago, I was looking for a place that would help me regain my strength and confidence, and I’ve found exactly that here. I have known bootybybri since she was first starting out as a trainer in delray years ago and seeing her grow into her own gym just proves her knowledge and dedication to her passion for fitness! Thrive is an awesome, intimate gym that allows individuals to feel confident knowing that for one hour, they will get in a good workout without worrying about creating one on their own. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This gym is exactly what Delray needed! The group fitness classes are high-energy, well-structured, and designed to get real results. Coach Bri is amazing and I always feel great and productive after her classes.
One of the best part about Thrive is that you can work out with friends, which keeps the motivation high. Especially close friends who share your motivation and drive.
Bri is incredible, she super knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures that I am using the proper form. She has been my coach for over two years and I’ve never had an injury. Even though it’s a group setting, it feels like a personal training session with the level of attention you receive.
The facility itself is immaculately clean with high-quality equipment. There’s no time wasted here, every workout is efficient and effective. If you’re looking for a gym family that work towards results while keeping you motivated and supported, this is the place!

Incredible strength training class! Functional, simple movements that allow you to really focus on the mind/muscle connection. The flow and pace of class is great, with 8 minutes per station really allowing you to get 3-4 sets in for an amazing workout. Coach Bri is also amazing! So knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive.
