I have been helping individuals develope new and interesting ways to interact with activities in their daily lives, engage in sports and exercise that they enjoy; and begin new chapters of their lives, for more than 25 Years.
Moving; is better than not moving.
Finding ways to interact positively, with food and activity; can require the help of someone with both education and experience. I hope that I can be that someone for you.
Changing your behavior; when not at the gym, is equally as important as new and interesting exercises to stay motivated.

Making good nutrition and healthy activity a part of your identity; is what I do.

I’ve been working with Tim for almost two months now. And I’m very satisfied with the result so far. My job requires working long hours in front of computer. Ever since I started personal training with Tim, I rarely have back or neck pains (once in two months vs a few times a week). With weight stays the same, I can already see more muscles on my upper arms and abs. Tim is also very professional, attentive, and flexible during training. He adjusts the weights and schedule according to your capability and your workout status, tells you tricks to work the correct muscles, and pushing you to your limits while ensuring proper poses and safety. I would definitely continue the training with Tim and recommends him to my friends.

I have always enjoyed exercising to keep my weight in check and to stay healthy. Not like an athlete though. No marathons, no hard-core spinning sessions but mostly gym work like cardio on a treadmill or stationary bike, free weights, sit ups, pushups, gym equipment, etc.
I have had issues with my knees and lower back for a long time and thought this was only going to get worse with age (I am 58). In fact it was getting worse and about a year and a half ago I threw my back out so bad that I had to stay in bed without moving or even sitting up for over 10 days. When I started to feel better I decided I had to do something about it right away and really get strong to avoid this from happening again.
My husband has also had issues with his back, neck and shoulder and no flexibility what so ever!

The breakthrough: PT+ Hard work + positive attitude = Results!
This is when Tim became a very welcome and important part of our lives.
My husband and I have been training with Tim ever since, two and three times a week.
Tim is professional and knowledgeable. He understands our needs and limitations and keeps us motivated and focused with workouts that are enjoyable and challenging at the same time. We have improved our flexibility and strength and we are certainly more energetic and confident about ourselves. Plus , i have lost 15 pounds since i started working out with him ! Exercising daily has become a vital part of our life.
I recommend Tim 100% to anyone looking for a responsible, caring, professional and knowledgeable personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Tim since 2012. I was not only out of shape, but really concerned with my physical future.
It took me one year to commit and start training with Tim.
Today I am 65 years old and in the best shape of my life.
I train with Tim at least three times a week for one hour sessions.
He is a professional in every sense of the word.
Other trainers at the gym come to him all the time for advice as he is well studied in physiology.

Tim has helped me realize that I can do just about anything. I always thought you had to be an "athlete" to do a half marathon. Tim taught me that not only could I do and have done several half marathons, I DID 2 full marathons. (New York and Marine Corps). When I get off track, Tim is always there encouraging me to move forward!!

One day I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I was losing my waistline! Friends had encouraged me to try working with a trainer and I signed up with Tim the Trainer. And I am still training with him! But now I am able to live as actively as I like. My turnaround involved changing my diet and how I ate as well as cross training and weight lifting twice a week. I’m currently going to Metropolis fitness, I love the place and the trainers are great; but I must say Tim is one of my favorites, he is always willing to help you and with the best attitude possible, you can tell he has the proper knowledge of training: warming up, stretch and cool down are key for a great work out, and he knows it!!! I’ve seen him working with people of all ages, with different needs and limitations but Tim manages to make a specific routine that works for everyone with great results!! He is amazing!!
